Had to have a cherished pet put to sleep overnight in the emergency clinic. They made a paw print for us. When we went back to get it they had lost it! Not one person said how sorry they were that they lost it , or could explain what could have happened or a refund. Thank God we took our pet home to bury it.

They are really kind and awesome! They helped us through a hard time, and have greeted our other pets happily. One of my babies is afraid of strangers, yet didn't try to climb them when they handled him.

I've been bringing my dog here every year since she was a puppy(7 years ago!) Love the staff and doctors! I've never had any issues and they provide adequate care and time during appointments. They don't push vaccines or anything on you. I recommend this veterinary practice to everyone who needs one!

I've been taking my furbabies there since the late 1990s, and I wouldn't take them anywhere else. They've never showed any signs of fear, and I've never seen a dog look nervous to be there. That speaks volumes! Everyone is wonderful, from the front desk employees to the assistants, techs, and vets.

I have been bringing my animals here for decades. I've always been treated professionally and my animals been treated with compassion and kindness. I cannot say enough about the staff and facility.

Had problems with my dogs health. Was referred to De Soto animal clinic. The staff was extremely friendly and sensitive to the needs of my dog. Dr. Harper was great. He did not give up I’m trying to find results for what was going on with my dog. Very compassionate. very knowledgeable. I’m thankful to him and the staff.

My dogs go here. But like a lot of vets in Bradenton, there prices are high. Good group of vets and front desk gals though. Always helpful.

Couldn't ask for a more caring staff, friendly very attentive to the pets. Very busy, arrived early and still waited 30 minutes past appointment time to be seen, also offers emergency care. Slightly higher prices but that and the wait are well worth the customer service at the reception and the care and compassion from the techs and the Dr. Highly recommended for anyone who wants excellent care for the fur babies.

This was my first visit. Very friendly staff .I thought everyone was very personable and competent. This is my new veterinarian clinic.

Absolutely the best. Wonderful having the veterinary practise go right into the ER. 24 hour services. Outstanding.
