I was referred here by a potential pet sitter, regarding my fur baby’s allergies. My current Vet keeps charging me $$$$$$$ for prescriptions that don’t do much, and/or steroid injections that I don’t want to keep doing. I bought the epi-pet Vet shampoo and epi-pet Vet calming spray that Dr. Fleck was instrumental in developing. I bathed and sprayed him today. WOW! This is an amazing product! Natural products. My baby is, after a bath and spray-down today, completely at peace. I wish I could attached a photo to prove it. The staff was extremely knowledgeable on the epi-pet Vet products, and all products are much more affordable than prescribed, and OTC products. Kudos to Dr. Fleck and staff. I’ll be changing my Veterinarian very soon.

Disappointed my cat Popi didn't get relief and died in my arms on the way home. So sad!

I had to bring my dog here to be cremated after she passed at home. They came out apologized several times and got her on a cart to take her in. The woman who told us the cost and options was very sympathetic and caring. When i went to pick up her paw print they apologized once again. They even sent us a card with hand written condolences.

Nothing with this place never been but same dr from red barn I will never be back for the vet maybe the food in the courtyard but I was very unpleased with how your employees treat others I see a lot of negative complaints about how they treat others better get on it before they put you out of business I will be attaching my other review since it got flagged, the old lady that checks people out with the buccaneers face mask needs to fired ASAP!! ????

Had to take my dog there this morning I'm in transition trying to find a new vet and Dr fleck was actually highly recommended by a couple people I get there and the whole staff just seemed very rude very uneducated almost like they tell you what you want to hear didn't really observe cash didn't really ask any questions but was quick to shoot him up with a cocktail of drugs to ease his tummy and whatnot instead of running certain tests I brought my dog there because he had blood in his stool and he had diarrhea from 5:00 p.m. the prior day to 9:00 the morning of clearly my dog has blood in his bowels I'd take them a sample of his bow that he just did when I pulled up at their facility and they simply tell me that there's no blood in his vow in his vows

I brought My dog to him and said she is sensitive with vaccines please don’t over vaccinate her. Well he did NOT LISTEN he over vaccinated her and she’s been sick and now I had to bring her to another vet to get medicine I hope she’s gonna be OK ...I’m very upset with Dr. Fleck and I do no recommend him !! If anything happens to my dog I will hold you responsible Mr. Fleck

The ladies who answer the phones have horrible customer service. The vet is amazing that's why I'm giving at least 1 star but dealing with the other people who work there is awful. I've referred a lot of people to this office and the Red Barn but not anymore. I'd rather pay more money and take both my dogs to another clinic.

Dr Fleck has taken care of my pets for 12 + years never been anything but wonderful with them. He really cares about the pets he takes care of.

Had to drop off my dog for Cremation today

We love our fur children immensely and last winter we found the most amazing vet ever. Down to earth, honest, a great empathetic listener made us calm and reassured us that our Twiggy was in great hands. That was our assessment. But Twiggy has her own one to make. She, upon hearing his voice, walked right out of her cage to see what was going on. She trusted the vet, the assistant and her new surroundings! Loved it! The vet offered knowledgeable care and a confident yet compassionate demeanour! Many many thanks!!!!

I am not the person to leave a comment if I experience horrible customer service because I like to shine light to positive experiences than negative ones. However, this TAKES THE CAKE for unaccommodating, unfriendly, unkind and plain mean customer service. Romeo has been experiencing symptoms of what looks like hip dysplasia. He is only 9 months old and can barely get up to play or even to eat. We made an appointment with Animal Medical Center of Bradenton to get him X-rays. Romeo had extra trouble getting up this morning and we had to carry him to the car. Additionally, we ran into traffic so I called at 8:30am to let them know we will be arriving at 8:52am. During the first phone call they said the Doctor does not have time to wait for us and that he has other priorities. ???? And I explain to them that we would only be 5-7 minutes late and that we have been seeing the Doctor at PetVet of Red Barn since Romeo was 2 months old. It’s not like he’s never seen Romeo or has no record. I hang up and call again to try to beg to take us in because we need Romeo to get help soon. Another lady answers me very rudely and begins to yell at us saying that we were already told the doctor has other priorities. I told her to please not yell at us. She continued to raise her voice and said that if we cannot reschedule than to not show because they will not help us. Honestly, who treats people like this? Especially people that are going to pay you and trust you with their pet. I feel absolutely awful and hope none of my friends, family members or any person experiences this type of treatment. For that reason I DO NOT RECOMMEND Animal Medical Center of Bradenton.

I would give no stars to this place if I could! We have THE WORST experience with Dr Fleck and his staff members! Dr Fleck did such a horrible job! We took our dog to be spayed there. After we picked her up her stitches looked like 5 years old child did them. They looked super messy sticking out from all over the place! They looked like he was in a big rush! But the worst part was that when we picked her up she was all shaking and had no cone on!!! They told us we have to go to a pet store to buy it! Do they really out of their mind thinking that after such a traumatic surgery my dog really wanted to drive around the town and go shopping instead of going straight home to rest?! Why didn't they tell us to get it when we were dropping her off in the morning? As I was told a dog should already has a cone on when I pick her up or at least they should sell it there. But not at Dr Flecks office. It is a very poor service! Then when I asked them why my dog was shaking they said it was because she was scared. What?! I was so done with that place at that point! When we got home I called Blue Pearl ER and explain the situation. They told me that our dog was reacting on pain and medication that was given to us by Dr Fleck was a joke, that we could threw it in the garbage and we sure did! We rushed our dog to Blue Pearl ER. They gave our dog a shot from the pain and she stopped shaking right away! They prescribed a new medication that actually helped our dog to feel better not worse. They told us that stitches were done poorly and they wouldnt disolved as Dr Fleck's assistant had advised us. Plus they told us that it looked like our dog was licking her self for a while when she wasn't supposed to. Of course, she was because Dr Fleck never put a cone on her after the surgery! So we had to pay for ER visit plus for an appointment to remove stitches on top of paying Dr Fleck office. Next day someone called from Blue Pearl ER to check how our dog was doing. They even called again the day after. We NEVER got a call from Dr Fleck's office. Dr Fleck nor anyone in his office obviously has no interest in following up with their customers. They simply don't care! IF YOU LOVE YOUR ANIMAL PLEASE DON'T EVER TAKE IT TO THIS PLACE!!!!
