This vet knowingly overcharged me for multiple prescriptions and when confronted simply dismissed my concern (using one of her employees) saying “we aren’t a pharmacy”. Instead the professional reply would have been “ you and your two pets have been clients for years and let me refund the difference between what I charged you and what the price is at Pet Meds. We value your loyalty and concerns and we understand caring for your beloved pets can become very expensive in their golden years”.

The staff are always so sweet and nice. I always feel like they have my pets' best interests in mind and they've always been helpful.

Dr. Cherry and her entire team consistently delivers outstanding care and service. We have been clients for 11 years and Millie LOVES to visit VSVC. We couldn't ask for a more professional, caring team. We LOVE VSVC and highly recommend to everyone!

I am writing this on behalf of my in-laws Robert and Bernice Shafran. Our Lexi was fortunate enough to go to Village Square Veterinary Clinic for several years. Dr. Douglas is an extremely knowledgeable and kind veterinarian. Sadly, recently we had to make the difficult decision to put our precious dog of 15 years down, due to her poor health. The way Lexi was handled was done was with such sensitivity and compassion, loving and caring. Four assistants and Dr. Douglas took care of her in her final moments. They were so good to my husband and me, it made our loss more bearable. Thank you again to Dr. Douglas and her outstanding team at Village Square Veterinary Clinic.

Dr. Douglas & her staff provide tender loving professional care to your animals, and to owners as well. She has cared for my dogs for over 12 years and I can’t imagine bringing them to anyone more competent than her.

Took both my pups here on separate days. The office still has parking lot drop off. The ladies that came to greet and do paperwork were friendly. Once they took my girls in, the appointment went very fast. We completed the visit in approximately 20 minutes including payment and prescriptions. Both my girls seemed to love the visit and I highly recommend

Dr Cherry Douglass is the very best Veterinary Dr I have ever been to in my 40 + years of having pets. In addition to being an excellent doctor she is one of the most kind and caring people I have ever met. Her staff is outstanding as well, a group of knowledgable professionals who have a sincere love for animals.

We moved to Florida recently and needed a vet for our youngest kitty unexpectedly. We were recommended Village Square and we are glad we went. They were able to fit Bradley in immediately and handled him with great care. They were compassionate and really had his best interest in mind. We will be bringing the rest of our kitties here and we recommend them to anyone.

They're all so wonderful. Been going there over 4 years now.

Dr. Douglas and her team have taken care of Mya for many years. From regular checkups to more serious conditions. They make both Mya and me feel comfortable and assured the services and care are coming from a place of knowledge and kindness that I personally appreciate. From the receptionist, to her technicians they are all very knowledgeable on procedures and treatments, so as you don’t feel lost through their procedures. I find that very reassuring. Dr. Douglas has many years of experience under her belt. She doesn’t recommend unnecessary diagnostic tests and medications. She Knows! Having worked in this industry in the past, I trust her assessments and recommendations inherently. Thank you Dr. Douglas and The Village Square Team! I moved to Boynton Beach about a year and a half ago and while I have a bunch of pets (2 dogs and 4 cats), they were all for the most part health but getting older. I had been going to another vet who I wasn't comfortable with, so decided to try Village Square since they are close to my home. First I had a very ill older kitty, Tinker Bell, who we ultimately had to put down, but Dr. Douglas and the team treated us with care and compassion during the process. More recently, one of my little dogs, Tasha, had an accident and while she was on the road to recovery, I still needed to feel confident that she was ok. Again, Dr. Douglas showed care and compassion, made appointments quickly and followed up to check on her several times. I don't feel like they are trying to sell me more services or that they overcharge, but that they really care for the animals and want to do what is best, even if it means ending their suffering. Thanks for helping me with all my fur babies. Definitely recommend them!

I have been using Dr.Douglas at Village Square Veterinary Clinic for twelve years. My Yorkshire Terrier Natalie is twelve and a half. Dr.Douglas is a fantastic understanding and compassionate doctor. She is well educated and extremely well informed of all new techniques. The entire staff of Dr. Douglas office are exactly like the doctor. They are always there compassionate and understanding. A great staff. This is definitely the very best veterinary practice in the state of Florida.
