Great place for pet supplies.

Do not use Adriana as a groomer. My dog ALWAYS gets groomed and never misbehaves. Today I pick her up with an incomplete groom stating she was biting at the clippers. She doesn’t even bite therefore I will look into other associates. If you don’t like your job find another !

I am very happy with my experience today with PetSmart Grooming. My fussy Cairn Terrier was groomed and he was a very happy doggie, looking very handsome! Thank you everyone at PetSmart ! Robin and all the staff are very profesional, knowledgeable and they really care and love all pets!

they did an amazing job with my dog , they cut his hair really good and made sure they cut him the way i wanted yhey are not expensice $54 for a haircut , teeth cleaned , nails grinded and cutted & full bath and the lady was so nice i will defenitly be back and recommend this to anyone with pets i am a happy customer

I called and asked for an appt for my 2 12 lb shih tzu dogs for a bath and brush for any day the following week. They gave me a Sunday date but neglected to mention weekends are $5 more / dog. That should have been disclosed. Their website says nothing of that either so beware. They do NOT give you any money back. The bath and brush service said $31. I specifically asked if face cutting was included in this bath and brush service and she said 'ah yes'. I come to get the dogs, they were $47 each!!! It cost me $51 for a full groom. Face cutting (just around the eyes was $10 each dog). I gladly would have done that myself if they had disclosed that. I feel bad for the workers because I know it's not their policy and they do a nice job on my pets but get the brunt of people's anger from these hidden costs. Make sure you get the price up front, in writing. I won't ever wait until I pick them up again, if I even go there. Unfortunately, they might still charge you because they get $15 to get a matt out. My friends have a 4lb maltese that went in for the bath and brush and were charged the $15 for a matt in her ear. How big could that have been? She's barely 4 lbs. Sleezy business practice. No wonder the groomers leave once they have their training done. The staff were all great. Only complaint is they should sweep the dog hair out of the way after every dog in case the previous dog had fleas and they don't. They let it stack up. That's a little gross.

Jared the store associate was so knowledgeable and helpful while we were shopping for fish for our tank! Answered every question and turned us in the right direction!

They have the sweetest employees there! ☺️ One of the mangers were really nice on helping me find my food.

Kayla Is The Best Animal ???? ????Groomer I've Ever Had The Pleasure To have Groom my Little Ones :) :D My Dogs Just love her!! She's Very Talented and Gifted, Such A Positive Woman. My dogs "children" ha don't even stay as still with me as they do for her. I Highly Recommend ???????? using her for anyone that's particular or even unsure. They were very kind and helpful in Petsmart AND Banfield. I have also searched everywhere for my little guy's prescription food and there has been severe shortage. I've searched in NY and Chicago (both my hometowns) everything is sold out but this location had at least 9 cases! ????

Ordered online for pick up, listed my boyfriend as the person picking up. He got there over two hours later and they hadn't picked the order. Claimed it was because payment hadn't gone through, he showed them the charge on my banking app. Then they claimed they couldn't find the order by our order number (but I thought it was because of payment just two minutes ago...). I sent him screenshots of the email confirmation with the same order number he'd already given them. They refused to give him the stuff that I'd already paid for and showed proof of paying for. Then miraculously, the order happened to just appear. Staff incompetence is not a customers problem, nor are system problems. If a client has proof of purchase they should give them the stuff they paid for, period.

I like petsupermarket, however there wasnt enough empmoyees on the floor and i wound up buying some of the wrong leashes i have to return now

We absolutely love our local Petsmart. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The salon is always so amazing. They're super fast. We love Gabe! She's always so excited to see our Dexy. And our Dexy loves her! She's an absolute delight! Thanks Gabe!

store was not too busy but there was truck loads of merchandise on floor where you had to go around. But personally it is a nice store. When you do have employees there they seem to what to help you

They cut my dogs neck and it was bleeding from probably going over to many times to rough , his haircut was bad and I had been growing his beard since a puppy , that I told them not to cut and they cut his beard off , never going back to that groomers

The staff here are soo helpful. Due to a back injury, I cannot lift anything over 10 lbs. So, the staff went *the extra mile* and physically went to the cat section to get my 40 lb bag of litter. After retrieving it, they waited for me to pay for it, and then, helped me out to my car, and put it in my car for me. I was so grateful...

Called to have a bath done for my dog . I have a chocolate lab bigger dog. His feet are sensitive and he doesn't like loud dryers. They banned my dog from any petsmart grooming!! It sure sounds like you don't have groomers who do there jobs! They don't want my dog because they are LAZY and don't want to have to deal with bigger dogs. Do your jobs and just because bigger dogs are a little more difficult doesn't mean you BAN THEM. You all are lazy do a HORRIBLE job. Everytime I have gone asked for nails to be done and they are never even touched. I would hope you can mess up a bath. Stay far away from this petsmart. Lazy groomers, they hate there jobs, horrible at what they do and skip corners! Will never shop at petsmaet again because of this experience! ✌

They carry a great variety and everything I need for my pets.

They seem to have Every cat food known to man here! Well marked displays and well taken care of animals. Good prices and sales too.

The check-out line was long where I had to pay, but my pet was well taken care of.

Took our nervous type cat Rooney for exam, rabies shot & nail trim. This was our first visit there & all went great. Rooney saw Dr Johnson who we requested to be Rooney's regular vet as he was very nice & listened to what we had to say. His assistant George was also very friendly & helpful. All around good experience there for Rooney & us!
