This place has been my "go to" place for all my animals! Dr. Gregory and his team are the BEST!!

I was worried about trying to find a new vet for my dog, but then I met the staff here! Old 41 animal hospital will be my go to from now on. My dog is a very nervous girl, everyone there was great with her and by the end she was excited when they came back in the room. I have always left the vet office frazzled and hoping that I wouldn't have to go back for a while, that was NOT the case here. We look forward to seeing you all again at our next checkup! Thank you for making everything go so smooth and as stress less as possible.

They are amazing .. take such good care of my fur babies. ... Jes, Kim and Doc stick out and are very compassionate. My vet retired and I was sad to have to find a new place . But I love them. Take your pets here. ❤

We have heard a lot of good opinions about this practice, so we took our dog there. We never had the chance to meet Dr. Gregory personally. He hid well. First time we met a part time veterinary, who was abrupt and dismissive. Second time we had two appointments for tooth cleaning. We met various office staff. We had minor issues with the dog, needed a rabies vaccine, and had a small lump on her shoulder. We had to tell them about the issues several times, but they were only partially taken care of. When we questioned then we received rude answers and actions ( as "we never told about this" and one person even slammed the door on me.) Decided not to go back. Dr. Gregory would you check on your staff"s behavior and show yourself to the pet owners at least once. 2 weeks later: they never sent the rabies certificate to Lee County.

The vet takes so much time with our dog, to keep our 16 year old puppy healthy.

They have been so good to us, Dr Gregory ( Dr Scott) is so kind, gentle and knowledgeable, the staff is friendly, courteous and efficient, highly recommend them.

I’m from md traveling across the state my dog has kidney problems and I ran out of his flavor of the week and can’t get anything right now after I called they said I can’t buy any because I wasn’t a client ): I just needed a can. He’s sick and he’s needs his food. I called 10 places everywhere was out of stock and told them... HERE said that had it and then refused to just help me with one can. MY DOG IS SICK have some respect please you’re a vet you’re suppose to have love for animals. ):

Dr. Gregory is the best veterinarian I have ever encountered. He has helped us with several different situations with our greyhounds, he always treats us with respect, and cares deeply for our pets. He’s extremely knowledgeable and works closely with his patients/clients to meet the true need. Very thankful for such a caring vet in our community!

Dr Gregory is amazing! He has such a positive, cheerful attitude & really seems to care. I think he could be the cat whisperer! This is a no frills place, but the care is top notch!

The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. I regularly get my guinea pig's nails clipped here and I am always in and out of the door in 15 minutes or less. The prices are fairly reasonable and the service a wide range of small animal needs.

They are wonderful with the animals and the owners My dog gets love and good care and the people love the animals.

Dr Gregory is awesome! Has such a loving approach to all of the patients and is concerned about their well-being by giving honest advice.

One of our dogs had been dealing with an issue that was causing bumps to pop up all over his body. Our vet at the time had tried steroids, antibiotics, injections, etc until he finally decided to do a biopsy which took months to hear back about and was told it was benign tumors and there was nothing we could do about it since they would go away on their own. They didn't go away and the bumps started showing up in our dog's nose and really severely effecting is quality of life so we decided that we needed to get a second opinion. In comes Dr. Scott who, despite my mean dog's attitude, came in with a "we love feisty dogs!" smile and told us he didn't agree with the lab results and to try a medication just to give it a shot and see how it goes. Within 3 days our dog was completely back to normal. We were so shocked that within 10 minutes Dr. Scott could decipher what our dog needed that our old vet couldn't in over 12 months. We have since switched all four of our pets for visits here with zero hesitation. We are so grateful for Dr. Scott and his team for what they have done for us and our doggo. I, personally, have never had a bad experience with the staff here. Of the 3-5 times i've been in the office for visits or medication pick ups everyone has been so friendly and helpful. My husband has had one instance where he was a little bothered by an interaction but it was the end of the day on a Saturday (walk-in day) so really it's understandable. Everyone has bad days, hectic days, etc. The staff here come to work and handle your sick, desperate, mean, crazy, and sometimes dying pets. All day. And they do it because they love their jobs and animals. I'm not about to fault someone who makes sure my pets have the life and health they need simply for having a bad day.

Talk about going above and beyond - this place is AMAZING! Great people with big hearts for animals. I would recommend this clinic 15 out of 10 times!!!

They take excellent care of my 20yo cat.

My dog had never been here and they were fully committed for the day and they still allowed me to drop him so they could take a look at him. Dr. Gregory is amazing and you instantly know he genuinely cares for each pet he sees. I've been to a few different vets and have never had such an incredible experience. Thank you so much for the kind and sincere service.

This was our first time at this vet and have to say the vet and vet techs were wonderful! Very caring and attentive to the needs of our 7 year old Italian Greyhound. Everything was explained to us slowly and carefully so we understood everything. Dr. Gregory was amazing and you can tell he is compassionate and loves animals. HOWEVER, the front desk was a different matter. The girl was not very friendly and she left us standing there almost as long as the appointment took. She acted as if we were a bother. Overall a good experience but the front needs help or she needs a new job!!

I'm sure the Vet is professional and courteous but his front office needs attention. This is what happens when the doctor leaves his staff alone-playing cards by the parking lot. Not professional to lock the front doors during business hours. I will never use this animal hospital again
