I read the reviews and was skeptical about my choice to use this facility. I decided to trust my gut and go ahead with my reservation and I’m so glad I did. My dogs had the best time, they were happy, well cared for, and I will do doggie day care so my youngest GSP gets pool time and socializing that she needs once spayed. My family had a very pleasant experience with Pet Paradise. Sometimes you just need to give things a try. 2 happy customers

I’m always timid about boarding my boy Axel because one he is not fixed, and two I’m always unsure how his breed will impact his stay. Staff was super friendly toward him! I loved that I could check the cameras throughout the day, I caught him out for his playtime twice and the one time the lady was very interactive with him and I could tell she was enjoying playing with him. The other time I caught the end so I didn’t see much. I do wish there were cameras at the kennels so I could see him while he wasn’t out at playtime or they let you know when he’d be out for playtime so you could watch. My only disappointment was the website said he would get 2 hours of playtime a day but upon arrival I was informed he would only get 15 minutes, twice daily. I’m not sure why that was, maybe because he isn’t fixed so his playtime had to be one on one instead of with other dogs I wish it was atleast 30 minutes twice daily because that just didn’t seem like much time for a big dog and adding extra playtime was pretty expensive. But overall he seemed to really enjoy his visit! And I had peace of mind seeing that he was enjoying play times.

I understand there is a problem with dogs getting kennel cough after they stay there. What's up with that? What does the place do to prevent this? Also, they take in too many dogs to care for, so some are neglected.

I love leaving my dog here! She's always so excited when we arrive and then at pick up a few days later. Next week will be our 3rd time leaving our golden retriever for another week and im already feeling happy for her because of how much fun she will have!

Everything was amazing. I haven't used the boarding service but just from the looks of it, these pets aren't just being cared for, they're being spoiled (in a good way). The staff is very friendly and I did use the grooming service. The service was fast and they communicate with you well to get what you want your pet to look and feel. Nothing but good things to say!

My experience at the Bonita Springs clinic was Very negative, starting with the waiting room, which contained just two plastic chairs to wait for veterinary help. I explained to the doctor that I just wanted my cat treated for his immediate problem, which was an upper respiratory infection causing him to stop eating. As he is over 20 years old, I just want him to be comfortable eating. The doctor insisted that my cat had to at least have a complete blood diagnostic before she could treat him. She did a very superficial exam, and although he has mouth and teeth problems, she said she could not look in his mouth as she had not been "cleared for rabies". I agreed to the blood tests and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. This turned into almost an hour after which nothing very serious turned up, except the known infection. I was charged over 300 dollars, but did finally get an antibiotic injection. It seems the primary purpose of Pet Paradise is providing pools for dogs to play in. This aspect of the place could be all right but it is Not Recommended for veterinary care,!!!

Just picked my dog up after being there for the weekend and she has kennel cough. 5th or 6th person I've heard this has happened to recently that took their pet to pet paradise. Won't be going back again.

This is a poor excuse for a pet boarding facility. If I ran a business this way, I would be out of business. Taking your fur baby to Per Paradise is a guarantee that they will come back sick with something serious. I am here in the ER at 1145 at night because I had to take my beautiful 1year old Australian Shepherd in for kennel cough, after his second visit to Pet Paradise, the time before he had a fungus. He has a low grade fever and weakened lungs, these people should be ashamed of themselves. Please please PLEASE don’t bring your dog here. I saw a post about someone else’s dog getting kennel cough and I should have listened. This is very serious and highly contagious. If you care about your creature, please don’t take them here.

I have never opted to leave Maxi with big companies because I am afraid they wont take as good care as smaller facilities. I trusted Pet Paradise and they exceed my expectations. They had reasonable prices and were patient to answer all my questions! I'm also a bit of a clean freak so I take special notice of cleanliness, the facility is new and kept clean!

The vet was great. Fair pricing and caring workers when I am there in person. I did have to keep calling to get my dogs lab results back but I know they were transition new people in and since his result were fine it got lost in the mix.

I’m honestly very disappointed, my dogs stayed 3 nights at the facility; when i arrived to pick them up, they didn’t seem like themselves and when we were on our way home they smell really bad (Urine) i had to put the windows down because we couldn’t keep up with the smell, && keep in mind i payed extra for a bath and honestly I doubt they even got one ???????? yet never did i see them through the cams, i also took toys and snacks for them and they were left untouched!! Ps i picked them up around 3pm and it’s now 9:22pm and they are NOT themselves, they pee themselves if we try to get close to them! I did not pay that much for them to be mistreated !!! They will not be going back!!

My neighbor brought her totally vaccinated dogs there and they came home very sick. The staff changes frequently. How can they be trained properly, impossible. Don’t use this place it’s a facade for happy healthy dogs.

I am so shocked to see Pet paradise has anything less than five stars. We took our very scared/anxious dog there today and HE LOVED IT! A special thanks to the great team in Bonita! The staff (especially Marissa), is top notch! We highly recommend them to others.

The facility is very nice, but there seems to be a lot of turnover with staff. Went to pick up my dog and the young lady working there completely ignored me as she continued with whatever task she was doing. I can understand if she was busy, but customers should be acknowledged. Was surprised that she did not greet me or at least say that someone would be with me momentarily. Customer service 101 is to always greet the customer when they arrive and let them know that they will be served. I didn’t say anything because I wanted to actually see if she’d totally ignore me and she did. Another person came out from the back and she assisted me. Also, another concern I have with this facility is the difficulty I have had reaching them during business hours. More often than not, no one picks up the phone and most calls go to voice message. They seem to want you to speak to someone in a centralized location which is not really great when you are trying to get in touch with someone who may actually know what’s happening with your dog. I hope they can improve on these concerns because I do like the facility and would like to be a repeat customer.

Had my first grooming visit at Pet Paradise Bonita Springs after being referred by a friend. It had been a long time since my dog got groomed and my dogs fur was out of control. The groomer Bella did a fantastic job. Just what I wanted.

So far this place is great. I love how many secondary options they have for security and extra doors. There's no chance of escape. I do like how clean the place is, I also appreciate that they separate the small dogs from the large. It's a wonderful idea to have a veterinarian on site. I do wish that they had more play times and outdoor experiences more frequently that didn't cost so much more $ .... Otherwise so far so good.

I made an appointment to get my dog groomed and when I arrived they told me the groomer wasn’t there and that it was canceled. They not only canceled it, but they had no courtesy to call me and tell me the appointment was cancelled. Very unprofessional.

They have very bad service, I took the plan, they never explained to me that they were going to take all the data from my card and if they are going to stay with it, they also didn't tell me that it was a one-year contract for that plan in …

I would not even give this facility a 1 but I could not give a 0. I took my pet to this facility the weekend of June 3. I dropped her off early morning and was unaware that my dog could not have her own blanket and bed. In addition, my dog has separation anxiety therefore I brought medicine for her. They wanted to count every pill and then never even used any of the medicine. When I picked my dog up she was covered in feces and Urine and was lethargic. I took her home and gave her a bath and she did not get better. I knew immediately she had kennel cough which she was perfectly healthy when I dropped her off and she was vaccinated!!! I was so upset as my animal is family. I incurred a large vet bill and my dog has been acting not right since this experience. I am reporting to the BBB and would feel I should I have money back for the terrible experience. I am sick I even put my animal in a kennel as I never do that, but unfortunately I had no option. Lesson learned!!!

We brought our dog Harley to his first day care visit and were so impressed by the professionalism and truly caring staff at Pet Paradise Bonita Springs. Harley had a great experience and we were impressed with the cleanliness and organization. A big thank you to all the staff that made sure Harleys first day at day care was a positive one. He is looking forward to returning and visiting all his new friends.

First time experience and want to alert all pet owners. Be very, very cautious when using this facility to board your pet. We boarded two of our dogs only to learn that they totally disregarded all the written instructions for feeding them. Each dog had their own food, labeled by dog name; when to feed (date, day of the week and time of day "morning or evening"). One of our dogs has a food allergy to chicken so his food is lamb. They disregarded the instructions and fed the dogs 3 times a day, thereby running out of food. AND what's even more critical, we have no way of knowing if they gave the dog with the chicken allergy food that contains chicken. I guess we'll find out this week if he begins with skin and ear issues. When we picked the dogs up this morning, we saw that they had Danny's collar on Vinnie and Vinnie's collar on Danny. This confirmed for us, that they did not know which dog was which and most likely fed them the wrong foods. Anyway, to sum up, "It's a beautiful facility and makes you think it would be a great fit for your pet. But, they don't have the critical attention to detail and care that is necessary to ensure that your pet receives the attention that they so much deserve and that you are paying them to provide. Do not recommend.

Bonita location: Manager and Groomers do not stand by their work. After being a customer for 3 years at Naples and now Bonita, I will not go back to either location because of how I was treated today on the phone by Bonita Manager and Groomer.

Not all day play, only 4 hrs free range then 4 hrs in a kennel. Pool is always closed due to over-chlorination. My dog came home with an eye infection then an ear infection. Now they are raising the prices to $40/day when they have only been open a few months.
