I have gone to this hospital for years with three different dogs. The doctor and staff have gone above and beyond to help me and my dogs.

Dr. Levy has cared for my pets for over 20 years and truly cares about the animals and what is best for them. I highly recommend Dr. Levy and the staff at 441 Animal Hospital.

We communicate with 441 Animal Hospital about vaccines necessary for dogs to come to Dogstown University for doggie daycare and boarding. They are always prompt and easy to deal with. Friendly staff.

We’ve been a client since February 2021 when we adopted a puppy. Dr. Levy and the staff have been wonderful, patient, knowledgeable and have gone out of their way to explain everything we needed to know. Whenever I had a question or a concern, they have been very responsive and helpful. Above all of that, our puppy is actually happy when she goes to the vet - not something I’ve ever had with pets over the years.

My cat is always scared to go out and she tends to be very shaky when someone else has to touch her. But they were awesome with her and she was not so scared after everything was done! I can tell she entrusted the professional stuff and I got to be very happy to see her treated so well

Dr Levy has been Lucy's Dr. since birth. He takes care in explaining her development and how to proceed . Even though we cannot go inside with her now due to pandemic, he never fails to come outside to talk to use after he sees her. I feel confident that should she have an emergency any time day, night, weekends, he will rush to her aid. The staff is friendly and competent. Carson, my one year old golden doodle ate a bofu toad and was dyeing in my arms. It was the middle of the day on a Sunday and Dr. Levy rushed into the office to meet us. He saved my dogs life. Carson was back to his normal self again the next day. It was like a miracle!!

Over 20 years, I have been going to Dr Levy. I've had 4 dogs during this span. During this time I have had to put down 2 dogs. The level of compassion he gives his heartfelt and that of a family member . There is a closer vet I have gone to in the past, however, Dr. Levy takes the time, answers all your questions and you don't feel like you're being rushed out. I highly recommend him for your pet.

Dr. Andy Levy is the best! We have taken our dogs to him for over six years. He is a good diagnostician, really cares about people and their pets, and always does right by us.

Seem like caring people, but a bit pushy, and kinda disorganized. Do not rely on their automated system for reminders!!!!!

I have a new puppy (12 weeks) and each time I have seen Dr.Levy and his staff they have been so kind and caring to my dog and myself.. I am very thankful for the referral to Dr. Levy.

I wish I could give 0 stars, but sadly there is no such thing! The nurses and doctor killed my dog by giving him too much anesthesia. My dog went in for an operation and hours later my family called the office back to see if we could pick him up and the doctor said no and that my dog has not been waking up and had a stroke. The next day we brought him home. After two days later when we saw he wasn't acting any better, we brought him to a different office to see if they could give us their insight on the problem. On the drive to this other office my dog was having a numerous amount of seizures. When we told them the story of him not waking up correctly and the seizures, they said it was 100% because of the anesthesia. After staying at that office for 1 day the doctor called my family and told us that he was not getting better so my family made the executive decision to sadly put him down. You would think that doctors would be considerate and kind to you since your dog is sick. Apparently with 441 Animal Hospital that is not the case. The day my family called after the operation, Dr.Levy was EXTREMELY RUDE and after my family asked if he was sure that the amount of anesthesia was correct, he was mortified that the question came out of our mouths. As you are reading this, I ASK OF YOU TO CAREFULLY THINK IF THIS IS THE PLACE THAT YOU WANT YOUR PET TO GET AND OPERATION DONE OR SIMPLY GET A CHECK UP AT. The death of my dog has brought complete and utter depression upon us. Thanks for nothing but depression and hatred 441 Animal Hospital, my family and I are definitely spreading the sad truth about the business and its horrible customer service.

They absolutely killed my dog. There is no doubt in my mind that they over drugged him at the time of a small procedure follow up. My healthy puppy went in for an abscess and we were told to come in 5 days later …

We brought our suffering 7 year old Boxer Mishka to Four Forty One Animal Hospital. As soon as Dr. Levy saw her it was apparent that she was suffering with multiple tumors all over her body. Instead of euthanizing her he ran a battery of tests which cost us $883. There was no reason to do that because unfortunately no amount of medical treatment could save our beautiful dog. This was done out of greed to pad our bill. My wife and kids were emotionally distraught and need not be hoodwinked by this greedy doctor. A decent man would have done the right thing and console us while making the painstaking decision to euthanize her. Dr. Levy asked for an additional $500 to put her out of her misery. That's almost $1,400...Shame on them! We decided to take Mishka to the good people over at Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League in West Palm Beach. These compassionate caring people charged a nominal $100 for the euthanization and cremation. We said our goodbyes to beautiful doggie and she drifted off with no pain. I suggest my neighbors steer away from these profiteers.

Wow! I am incredibly impressed with 441 Animal Hospital! It was our first time visiting their office, but Dr. Levy and his wonderful staff treated us and our 21-year-old cat as if they'd known us for years. Dr. Levy clearly has a heart of gold and it shows in the way he treats both animals and their owners with kindness, compassion, warmth and a genuine understanding of the love we share for our animals. The entire office team was as caring, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as Dr. Levy, which made us completely confident that we were trusting the right people and had come to the right place. When you really love your animals, you'll really love 441 Animal Hospital!

Dr. Levy and his staff have been great for our furry family members in excess of 15 yrs. They currently care for our two dogs and four cats. They have been compassionate and caring through the loss of a dog and 2 cats. We recommend 441 Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a very competant and friendly vet.

Doctor is available 24/7 for emergencies and offers his personal cell number. Only went once for heartworm medication and will definitely return for all checkups for my pupper!
