They took great care of my pup and helped her with blood in her stool. Always great to have a vet that you can take your pets to when they are ill. Had an issue with staff not communicating pricing and Dr. Katz did everything he could to remediate the situation. A month later took my pup in and could see changes they have made like showing me the invoice to help lower the bill.

Dr. Mazzaschi and Dr. Katz are amazing! They have been with us through thick and thin, and provide very compassionate care. We always recommend them to all of our friends and family, as they treat our pets as if they are their own. Will definitely continue coming to them in the future.

My elderly dog was recently diagnosed with Stage 2 kidney disease by Dr Whitsett . The office staff calls me to check on her condition, and explains symptoms and behaviors of which I need to be aware. I have been able to get my pet examined every time I think she needs to be seen. This business is well managed and the technicians are excellent when handling my dog. I have confidence in Healthy Pets.

I just recently moved to Boca from another county and needed to switch my dogs over to somewhere nearby. I always do the most research and by the look of reviews, Healthy Pets seemed to have happy customers. My first red flag and first visit was when I got a prescription for my 6 year old Morkie, they specifically told me it was available on-hand and I could come pick it up. I go to the office and they don't have it and needed to order it out, so this was a complete waste of my lunch break, driving there and back during a work day. The main reason why I am writing this review is because I noticed a lump on my 3 year old Morkie and went there to get an opinion on it. Of course, they always suggest the pricey option first of surgical removal and doing dental work while they're at it. (This quote was over 1k plus whatever extractions they want to pull) I then tell Dr. Carroll I rather find out if the bump is something to be concerned about first via biopsy, before putting my dog through a surgery that could be unnecessary. Then she admits it's very unlikely that it's cancerous. We scheduled the biopsy for a few days later. I arrived at 8am to drop off my dog as instructed, was told there were no other dogs in the office, and that the biopsy was under 30 minutes and then they would like to observe him for an hour afterwards. I call at 10am asking for an update, to find out that he is still sitting in the cage and waiting for his turn to go. I said why did you have me bring him there at 8am to sit in a cage for hours? They put me on hold and come back to say they squeezed in another dog for dental work and had more extractions needed than timed for. Last time I checked, when you squeeze in another patient anywhere, they should be the ones waiting? They told me my dog would not be ready for pickup until 4pm and if I want, I can pick up my dog and reschedule for another day. Oh boy, yeah I'm picking him up and never coming back! I got there to the office and they asked when to reschedule my dog. I said "I'm not, I'm going to take him somewhere else". The front desk lady says "Ok" and that was the end of it. No question, no concerns. From two visits, I experienced a major lack of communication and terrible customer service!

Everyone here is so kind and patient. You can easily tell they all genuinely care about the pets, their clients, and their jobs. I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for us.

This hospital is amazing. I used to see Dr. Whitsett at another Animal Hospital up in Gardens. When I found out she started working closer to home I was crestfallen, so I decided I would do the drive to Boca and see her. I am so glad I did! Besides her immaculate care, the rest of the team could not be more friendly and caring. 10/10!

Amazing place for your pet. If you are in the area and are looking for a place to take your pet for all of his/her needs...look no further. Our little puppy Luciano loves to go there and get his bath, medicine if he ever needs it and the staff is very kind and even checked with the doctor to see if we could bring our puppy into the pool! They leave no stone unturned and give the best care for your pet. Don’t look back.

I have been a client of Healthy Pets Veterinary Care for the last 9 1/2 months. I am a new pet mother and perhaps I am overly cautious but I definitely would rather be safe than sorry! Everyone who works in the office, is not only very kind, but also very knowledgeable. The doctors always listen to my questions and concerns with full attention. One evening I called, concerned about something that happened, and I received a call at 7o’clock at night, after office hours! I can’t tell you what a relief it was to talk to the doctor. I can’t say enough about this veterinary practice. They are caring ,kind and compassionate, not only to the pet, but to the pet Mom as well! I just went there today to get my dog from her grooming. I called before I left and was told that she would be ready in one hour. I got there a little after one hour and was told that it would take another 20 minutes. A total disrespect for my time. She told me that the total amount was 85 and asked I wanted to charge on my card on file, since I was in a hurry and was not allowed inside the office due to convid I said yes. Just checked my account online and was charged 95 instead. Bottom line. They are not trustworthy. The staff does not keep their word. And by the way. My dogs beard was full of knots.

Everyone who works here is amazing and takes such good care of our dog. They are the best and we highly recommend them.

We have since moved out of Boca, but while living there we absolutely loved this vet. Special shout out to Dr Prock, and Allie at the front desk. The whole staff is so kind and patient, and it is clear they get so much joy from connecting with the animals. Bring your fuzzy friends here !

Even with the Covid limitations, our first visit to this clinic with our new dog MJ was nothing short of amazing. They are extremely friendly and professional. Even my dog came out smiling. Dr Curry spent a long time with me on the phone. Lindsey was very patient and helpful. They are definitely going to be our family's vet.

They are very attentive and friendly. Our charly a 12 year lab suddenly stopped walking. We dropped him and they treated him like a rock ????. Took care of him, run tests and put him on treatment. Charly is back on his legs and getting better every day. Thanks guys.
