This has got to be the worst place ever! Made an appointment a month ago for the dogs nails!!!! to only call them to confirm the appointment because no one called to confirm the appointment (of course). Was put on hold for 10 min for someone to come back and tell me my appointment was canceled and the girl lied and said there’s a message saying someone left me a voicemail when my voicemail isn’t even set up. They have no consideration for others, no communication. We have had multiple problems here this was supposed to be our 3rd time trying and this was a sign! this place has been a fuckinggggg nightmare to deal with never again

Dr Leslie Hack is absolutely the best! She is excellent w my pups and she's great at keeping me calm when I have a sick baby. Great diagnostic doctor.

Gave my 12 year old cat no chance, we paid for blood tests that the vet promised to have results in 24 hrs and call immediately next day but they didn’t send them out. We brought her in next day it was too late according to another vet she went from slight heart murmur to heart failure over night. I kept calling for days to find out her tests results to know why we lost her they had no results and doctors wouldn’t return my calls. When I finally complained and got the doctor that helped us the day we brought her in he had no answers. Terrible place stay away.

This was my first time with my dog as I just moved down to Boca. From the first call to the end of the appointment, I couldn’t be happier. The warmth , professionalism and knowledge cannot have been better. Can’t say enough about my visit!!!

Very disappointed …people at the front desk talking very loud , don’t focus on their job Nurse not professional . Rooms are disgusting, they don’t keep the place clean at all… By the way Nicole the manager is the worst ….. Because of her people I won’t go back to This place .EVER My dog deserves better .

Boca Vet Clinic is always so great! This was my first time boarding my pup and they made me feel very comfortable with it. There is always great communication and I know my pup is in good hands with them!

The staff was very professional in explaining our dogs diagnosis and continued care due to diabetes. They got us in right away and took care of our concerns.

Dr. Silvia is amazing ! My dog and I just relocated , which is already stressful enough . We had an emergency situation she handled quickly and professionally . She genuinely cares about your pet and will take the extra time needed . I would recommend Dr. Silvia and her team to anyone !

An MD’s office should run as efficiently and effectively as Boca Veterinary Clinic. Our new kitten was cared for as if their own by both Taylor and Dr. Tessler. We could not have been happier with the outcome and most impressively at a reasonable price!

I’m very impressed with Dr De Leonibus she was very compassionate when I had to put my old boy Louie to sleep. Later I took my dog Greta to see Dr De Leonibus for an ear infection and she got my attention when she mentioned she reviewed Greta’s records and she observed that Greta had high triglycerides and Dr De Leonibus was concerned that Greta could have Cushing’s disease she recommended to do some labs which I could not do at that moment but it got my attention because for a long time I have had suspicions that Greta could have cushing’s however her previous vet tested her differently and didn’t think she has it. But just Dr De Leonibus’s observation of what she saw in the older blood wok has me trusting her knowledge and her gut intuition. I will be going back and having Dr De Leonibus test Greta. This vet is young but is an absolute gem and very intelligent.

I’ve been with this Vet group for about a decade. They have seen me through the full circle of my dogs’ lives. I was happy with them all the way through. I have two puppies again and they are still the best, and only doctors I would ever use!

This Veterinary clinic is the best in caring for our dog. We have had dogs for over 50 years and lived in different parts of the country and have used many vets. This one is the absolute best!

The vets and staff are here because they love animals. It is evident through their attention to detail and the time they spend with clients and patients, that animal care is the priority. Dr. West goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are ok, and it’s not unusual for her to spend time after hours checking in on them. I highly recommend this hospital because all the vets are knowledgeable, trustworthy and alway provide meaningful and relevant recommendations for our pets. Additionally, the entire clinic supports animals in our community, and is always there for local rescues in times on need… they truly walk the walk!

I live in the UK though I am American. I needed a health certificate for my dog, to return. I’ve taken my dog to 16 other countries without incident. This practice clearly has limited awareness about travel (although it purports to be the boca expert with a wealth of experience). I had four phone calls in advance as they weren’t clear. I handed in my dog and waited more than an hour for what has always been a 5 minute visit. They could not understand what to do and I was constantly on the phone with them from my car as they couldn’t just come to talk to me. I left rattled and upset. I was continually told she be out in 5 minutes over the course of more than 35 minutes.. following an initial 30 minute wait for her. I explained I needed to go as I also had a scheduled covid test (required by the UK). Then, when she was given back to me, I was told I would have to return in 3 hrs for her certificate. When I complained, I was told they had gone out of their way for me, essentially, suggesting I should be thankful. This was followed by the insistence that my father, who made the appointment, was told it would be 1-2 hours. My father, a meticulous tax attorney, with an impeccable memory told me this never happened. Further I was informed they are the recommended practice for pet travel, I find this baffling. Hands down, this is the worst and most Ill-informed veterinary service I’ve had the displeasure of attending. I can’t speak for their other services, but international travelers should steer clear of this place. Don’t be drawn in by their marketing.

Everyone is super nice and friendly, service is very quick with an appointment. The vet saw us right away. Prices are very reasonable. I cant say this about any other type of doctor I've ever been to. You even gave my dog some treats! The only way to be better is if I could eat some treats too! Wonderful place, hopefully we dont need to come to often but glad we have a great vet to go to.

Boca veterinary is truly distinctive across all dimensions! And trust me, I’ve been to so many clinics across various states. I can’t even express how dedicated, professional, knowledgeable and diligent the entire staff is at Boca Vet. We’ve been taking our new sweet pup for nearly 1 year, and most recently, Dr Stacey Riff neutered him. She is so caring, extremely knowledgeable and very thorough (see picture after his neuter !). My little guy always keeps things interesting and has gotten sick a few times (including eating metal!). The staff and Dr. Riff always go above and beyond communicating everything, thoroughly testing him for the right treatment plan, reviewing all cost options / recommendations and first & foremost - they always take such good care of him while there. My husband and I always talk about how lucky we are to have found such a top notch place. Thank you all so much!

I’ve been going to book a veterinarian for 10 years. this experience was a first and as a result I will not be going back to Boca veterinarian. The office manager whose name is Nicole is the worst manager I’ve ever met. After boarding my dog for 11 days for which I paid $30 a day and then paid $40 for a bath, when I got my dog she smelled as if she had been in the kennel for 11 days that’s the reason I paid for a bath for my dog . Not only did she smell like she had been in the kennel for 11days, her eyes were filled with debris. I was more upset than normal because this was the second time I picked my dog up and was told she had a bath and it was obvious she did not. The first time this happened I spoke with the person that was to bathe my dog snd she told me she did not. This time Nichole the office manager argued with me that she had been bathed and that the goop in her eyes was from some stuff they have put in her eyes. Nichole the office manager told me that I needed to pay for a grooming in order for her eyes to be cleaned. Because of the disrespectfulness and unruliness of the office manager Nichole I will sever my 10 year relationship with Boca veterinarian.

The staff was caring, polite and efficient. We have loved BVC for 7 years and counting!
