It was my second visit to Bark Room. All my preferences have been followed to the dot. The friendly atmosphere and love to animals was evident. The owner Randy goes out of his way to makes his clients happy. I highly recommend Bark room.

The warmest, caring staff. My 16y/o maltese can be challenging but the concern shown regarding his comfort is above and beyond. They really treat the dogs very well. Highly recommended. Mindy and Maxthedog ????????????

My husband brought our daughters small dog for grooming. This was our second time. The owner promised everything and delivered nothing. But charged as everything was done as agreed. Unbeliveable. Do not go there!!!! They will take your money and not do anything agreed. Complete disaster! And guess what, first they charge you, and after you pay they bring out your dog (at that point you see they have not groomed the dog, trim the nails, cut the hair….) sorry… but no money back

Love this place. Very clean and friendly. My yorkie always comes out looking clean and 5 years younger. Worth every penny!

They always take great care of my girl, Cali. The owners are dog lovers too. I don’t often groom my dog as she’s timid of strangers so I take care of it at home. But she’s okay going to Bark Room. Quick, courteous and reasonable for the dog owners too.

This is a totally epic small business who cares for each pet and animal individually. The owner and his staff are caring, quick, & treat the animals like he gold they are. My bear came out happy & defluffed for her new "winter" coat. Not to mention the prices are fantastic here. My huge bear was under 100$ to get all cleaned up. She was done in maybe 3 hours. No kennels/cages, a total dog friendly social experience for her. My old girl is clean and happy, that means the world to us! P.s. she went right to sleep on the car ride home, a sign of a happy old gal.????????

Consistency good haircut, and to the instructions we give. We texted a picture of the cut we want, and they do a great job of matching it. We have been consistently happy, both with the haircut when we pick up our friend, and what it looks like as it grows out.

This place must have changed owners because my experience was the worst and it didht match the reviews here. Nice waiting area and cage free, but Owner was blaming my puppy for the poorly job they did, I came 3 times for having the job done lost my hours and yet they didht do they wanted me to come 4rth time and blaming my goldendoodle that he is hyper for his ears that they left them full of wax, lots of matt's and uneven hair cut , they dedicate one hour to the dog, my previous groomer Central park pet spa in Manhattan dedicated 2,30 hours with the same money and no complaints they loved my dog !! Always in my time, at bark room they never took him on time inside, and then it was my puppys fault that he was barking at some dogs passing by the entrance , instead of speaking pollite to me to wait outside my turn, and they said that is the worst puppy they have!!! They also talked to me aggressively at everything I was saying as a customer about the situation, and they didht returned money as an unsatisfied customer either!! They apologise afterwards ,offered to took the dog for the fourth time but I'm not going back. Absolutely disappointed and upset , Owner must trained himself proffessional manners and also respect customer's opinion about some things instead of being SO rude.

The staff are super friendly and experienced. Excellent quality of work . I have a difficult dog to groom and they were amazing with her. They knew about my Shetland sheepdog and sat and bonded with her right off the bat. Def reccommend this place for your furever friend pampering!

My wife and I brought our puppy to Bark Room for her first "tidy up" grooming the other day. We met with Randy and Val...they were the nicest people and were extremely professional! The place was super clean and the prices were very reasonable. Not to mention, they made our pup even more adorable than she already is! Bark Room is now our official groomer. Highly recommend!

Kari is the best groomer my baby comes out looking great everytime! Shop owner & employees are very welcoming ! The shop is alwsys clean & i like the cageless grooming.

Valentina came to our house in her Mobile Grooming truck. My 3 month old puppy is quite a handful and I did not know how her 1st hair cut would go. Well the answer is ....FABULOUS.

I loved being able to run around and meet new friends! I really love smelling amazing too. My owners won’t stop smelling me and petting me. I didn’t even cry when they did my nails! I’m making my dads bring me back.

I Love Bark Room! The owners and employees are some of the nicest and most professional people you could every meet. They are such animal lovers and it shows in the way they interact with your pet. I took my Schnoodle in today to be groomed and i can promise you, I have now become a loyal customer. Get your furry babies groomed here, you will be happy you did.

I brought my small and sweet dog for a hair cut and she had two bad cuts that became bleeding wounds that needed medical Assistance. I don’t recommend this place at all. Nice hair cut though.

Bark Room was taking care of our dog for a while , and we were satisfied. On June 5, 2019 they were here to cut our dog hair. They parked their van in our driveway , and after they left I noticed an oil spot on our bricks. My wife called immediately , and we finally spoke to someone at Bark Room. My wife was told the van was parked on the street not in our driveway as we advised them. Well i am surprised that they don’t want to do anything about it and don’t care if they lose a customer. My wife was told that the van has no oil leaks. Well just think if they cause damage to your pet how far they would help you. I recommend everyone before using them asked for their insurance certificate for liability policy , workers compensation if they are required to have workers compensation. I recommend to ask for professional license as required by county, state etc. Buyer be aware.

Bark Room is the best! My dog is a regular for the past couple of years and gets excited everytime we walk in. She always comes out looking, feeling and smelling like a million bucks! New owners have been doing a great job and the store looks awesome with all the renovations they are making.
