Very friendly and caring and does not push you to run tests. Does understand about not being able to afford everything. Wish they had a wellness plans. The vet and vet assistant was very understanding and caring.

I took my 9 yr old Goldendoodle in because she was having a severe allergic reaction. Very concerned because she was no longer eating and throwing up at all hours. After I brought Molly in to get checked, Westmonte Animal Clinic was able to bring my girl back to good health!! A relief to see my dog happy not to be in pain.

The staff and Dr. M are so caring, you can tell they really care about the animals. They were informative and compassionate and we were pleased with the service provided. I would, without a doubt recommend to everyone!

I have been taking my dog there since she was a puppy. The staff is loving and caring. Always give my dog a treat when nervous and the vet doesn't mind getting on the ground to talk and play with her

Took my kitty in for the first time here and I was very pleased! The office was clean and smelt great unlike some places I’ve tried in the past. The receptionist was great and got us right in, same day, for my baby’s yearly shots and exam. The vet and vet tech were great as well! They took great care of my kitty cat and you can tell they genuinely care for the animals they treat. I’m happy to have found an awesome vet I can count on! I’ll be back here for all my kitty vet trips. :) -update 2 years later with a pic :)

Everyone here is super sweet and caring. They really listen to you and try to do what they can to help. You can tell they all love their job and that they are all very passionate about animals. I wouldn’t bring my dog anywhere else!

Love the vet and staff here, really go out of their way to help you make your decisions. Spent more time with new dog (that they had not seen yet) than they had to; feel like they want to get the full history. Feel very safe, even during pandemic.

The new office is beautiful. Very flexible with same day appointments. With that being said be prepared to wait a little if you made a same day appointment.

Dr. Matagrano and her staff are great with my puppy, they treat her like if she was their pet. My dog enjoys going to the vet, which is weird I know but she gets super excited when we get there.

The vet here is honest and awesome! The staff does a really good job of continuing to follow up and check in on our precise Bella. They also do a good job of answering any questions that we have.

By far the most compassionate vet we have ever seen. They were kind, followed up on our fur baby after he became ill, and kept him comfortable until we had to make the tough decision to let him go. They will not pressure you into procedures or therapies that will not work, or attempt to prolong your animals life for the sake of making money. They were honest and upfront with every option, gave advice, and supported us through every tough decision. I truly couldn't speak higher of Westmonte Animal Clinic. Another vet we saw prior to here improperly diagnosed our cat, wanted to add test upon test and treatment upon treatment. All it took was one exam and an xray to confirm his condition with Westmonte. If we would have gone the other direction, the treatment would not only have been extremely expensive, it would have shortened his life, and made him gravely ill until his passing. Instead, Westmonte Animal Clinic kept him comfortable, and I can say with certainty that gave us more time with him. Thank you so much! ❤

Dr really nice and knowledgeable, you can tell that everyone in that office like what they do, and that is very important when you put your little furryes in their hands.

This place was so pleasant to deal with and the facility was nice and clean. I was recommended by my girlfriend and would recommend others to try here as well.

Fantastic staff and very knowledgeable

This veterinary service is one of the best I have been to. I have two cats, one of which is very elderly. They have provided excellent care for both of my cats and are easy to talk to compassionate in their care. I would highly recommend them to anyone for pet care.

The staff and veterinarian were very friendly and obviously care about pets. However, buyer beware. We feel they misdiagnosed our dog as having pulled a muscle when we brought her in with unidentifiable pain and lethargy. They took X-rays and couldn't find anything wrong. We left with pain meds and instructions not to let her be too active for 2 weeks. The cost was nearly $400. The next day we discovered crusty scabs from her neck down her back and took her back again. The vet prescribed a $27 bottle of shampoo (found on Amazon for $17), and charged another $82 for the office visit. I expressed my disappointment in the misdiagnosis and high cost associated. Felt the "exam" was not very thorough. This may be a good office for the basics, but be wary about emergency situations unless you know for sure what's wrong with your pet.
