Love this location. The groomers are so good. My dogs always look adorable when I pick them up. The groomers are so nice. The staff in the store are great too. I get all my dog supplies here.

Never much customer service...bunch of teenagers working everytime i go and no common sense or sense of urgency to get customers taken care of and out the door. Like no one should ever be in a rush to buy one item and leave when it's busy! Only one register open EVER!!!

Order was ready in no time. Called in when I arrived and a super friendly staff member brought it right out and loaded in car. Would definitely use this service again.

I was purchasing a large order to be donated to the Brandywine SPCA, and if the staff was not helping me, my day would have been much longer than I anticipated. This is my second large order also to be donated, and the staff was right there to assist me. Kudos to them!

The pet supply store had a lot of items that I liked customer service could be a lot better especially in the grooming area for pets and also finding items you need with good Hospitality help

We love this store! We find the prices very competitive and they always have special promotions for many of the dog & cat items that we buy. They also send great coupons by email that make it possible to beat the prices of the big online store "C****". The staff is helpful and always ask if they can load the big bags of food into the car.

The staff are wonderful! They have a wide variety of products and the employees are knowledgeable and readily available. It's a small store with a lot of heart.

Great place to buy a variety of healthy pets and pet supplies. My fish and gecko were little when purchased, they've grown! You'll find birds, reptiles, fish, and ferrets for sale. You can also purchase live plants, feeders, crickets, mealworms, etc... They also have a grooming service.

The Fairfax Shopping Center location in Wilmington, DE is awesome. Super helpful and friendly staff, clean store, and always well stocked in whatever I need. Highly recommend shopping here.

I appreciate that they still have disinfectant and gloves by the front door, and the prices are reasonable. Considering this pandemic is nowhere near over it really does give me some peace of mind. On several visits I've had to wait for a cashier because there was no one at the front end, and although incredibly helpful once you find one, it isn't easy to find an employee sometime for a store that isn't terribly big.
