I have visited numerous times throughout the years. And, received exemplary customer service each visit! Definitely would recommend!

These people are so so so sweet and kind. My dog is big and he pulls, walking him was impossible and I was so frustrated and when I went into concord pets they fit him with his harness, let me try it out, and really took the time to make sure we found the right fit. Now our walks are so much more fun and stress free. I cannot say enough good things- support your local pet store!!!

Great place for pet supplies. They carry a good selection of small sized portions of Hill's, Purina Pro & Royal Canon for our small dog. Friendly, helpful staff.

Will not shop at Concord Pet ever again. Need to switch my dog's food and looked online to check prices. Concord Pet was listed at the best price of $58 for a 30 lb. bag. Go to my local store and it's priced at $67. Showed the girl the price listed on their website and all I got was "well it's not that price here." So obviously they're doing a bait and switch type scam.

Had some of what I wanted. They had light inventory on weekender fish food. They did have my bird stuff.

Edited Review I originally left a bad review, and improved it a couple times as I went back. They have earned four stars. They have been very attentive and very friendly in recent visits. I'm glad I went back. 2 of the 3 employees were being occupied by a salesman, who should have known to let them take care of their customers. I waited a bit, they saw several of us backed up in line, but just kept smarming. If your customer isn't your priority, then I'm not necessary. Edited: I recently went back, and everything went well (no salesmen monopolizing employees!). I'll add a star and try them again another time.

Best pet store!! Every one I have been in, has always been a great experience. The workers are always friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable! I was in the Graylyn Crest store and I apologize for not knowing her name but the young woman who helped me find formula and kitten food was amazing. She was obviously busy but took the time to find out about the kitten and spent about 10 minutes answering my many questions and recommended what I should get. I won't go to any other pet store!!

I love Concord Pet! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The selection is very good, and I'm always able to find what my pets need.

Everyone was so friendly! One of the employees took my heavy items right to my trunk (28 pound of kitty litter and a huge bag of dry cat food!!!!) Defidently recommend this place of establishment (and they wiped every basket and shopping cart after each use!)

This is my go-to pet store. They always have what I need and are reasonably priced. The staff is kind and knowledgeable.

Customer service was very nice, but they had a disappointing selection of bird food, toys, and accessories

The store was very neat and clean,the air conditioning was finally working. The staff are always nice and helpful.

They were unhelpful Austin was very rude to my aunt and she is in a wheelchair and he was being unhelpful like he didn’t care about his job. There were also bugs on the floor and I even saw a open dog food bag and there were bugs in it.

I love coming here to pet the cats even though they are convicts waiting for bail I don't judge at least they don't have to where orange doc's.
