I have taken my cat there three times at the request of the lady I stay with. If it were not for her, I would find another place. While they have been professional and knowledgeable enough. No one has one has introduced themselves or been very friendly. I am new to the community and am hoping to find a comfortable place for my pets to feel comfortable. As far as I am concerned, it is adequate until I can establish myself here and find a better fit.

My family has taken animals to this practice for many, many years. The staff members have always been empathetic and professional. When I recently had to put my beloved dog Frances down, she was first gently carried to see all the techs to say good-bye and then Dr. Quigley held my hand during the procedure. I then received paw and nose prints as well as a beautiful card signed by all. I miss them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We have taken our dog here twice and have had a great experience both times. They are quick, thorough, and friendly. The prices are very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this animal hospital.

Considering that I fell asleep and missed my appointment, they were very accommodating. I have been bringing my pets here since late 1970's. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable. They genuinely care and treat your pets as if they were their own.

My senior beagle, Mickey, saw Dr. Chen for acupuncture for back pain caused by arthritis and potential IVDD. During the initial consultation, Dr. Chen went through a detailed list of questions to determine which type of acupuncture would be best and explained the process very thoroughly. We continued seeing Dr. Chen for acupuncture once a week until he was back to his normal self. I was amazed with the results as Mickey was noticeably perkier even after just one appointment and was able to sleep much better. If/when his back issues flair up again, we will definitely be back for some more sessions. All of the techs and front desk staff were also great- very friendly, efficient, and they love the animals!

Our pets stayed at the pet inn and everything went great. When there was a snow storm they let them stay an extra day, and had great communication during the process.

We had a cat that just recently passed at 21 years old. For atleast 10 years she was on a maintenance med for a hyper thyroid. Throughout this time, we had to visit quite frequently and the staff was always pleasant, helpful, and attentive to our needs. Believe me I had to call a lot with many questions. When she was 19 yrs old she became very sluggish. She had tumerous lesions behind her neck and mouth. We observed the neck; however, we never noticed her mouth and attributed the sluggishness to old age. Furthermore, we held the false belief that she was to old for surgery. After meeting with Dr Chen for the first time, she felt the facial tumor under lip and recommended surgery immediately due to her ability to eat. She assured us that blood work could give her an idea if she could stand the surgery. We also had a few teeth pulled and small lesions removed that were probably bothering her (hard to say, cats hide injuries well). Needless to say the surgery, performed by Dr Quigley, was a success. She was the happiest kitty her last two years. She played like she was young again. It was the best money spent for the most loving creature! Thank you BHVH for many years of friendly service!

They have always taken excellent care of our dogs as a veterinarian and a dog boarding facility.

The Doctors seem honest and forthright. The Techs are very friendly and helpful. We have been going here for the better part of 4 years and we have always feel our pets are getting quality care.

Groomer was very nice and friendly. She was great with my cat. His 1st Time. I will visit again.
