I love this place so nurturing, friendly & professional.

My dog is normally extremely nervous when going to the vet, refuses to take treats from them and shakes uncontrollably. First visit with Dr. Stern and Kristen and she was loving on them, stopped shaking easily and I had never seen her like that at the vet, especially on a day where she was getting shots and blood drawn. I would definitely recommend them and I'm happy I had them recommended to me. Everyone was extremely kind and caring and attentive.

Wonderful experience. My dog saw Dr. Sarah Stern. She clearly knew what she was doing, with incredible attention to detail and bedside manor — both for me and my dog. I knew he was in very good hands.

Blown away by the care we received last night from Dr. Stern and vet tech Dana, plus all of the amazing staff at the front desk! It was just a routine vaccine booster and heartworm/flea & tick preventative visit, but they were so willing to answer all of our questions. Our dog has inflammatory bowel disease and Glen Mills Vet has been so thoughtful about how he might respond to any change. It's also great to know that as a facility they have surgery, X-ray and ultrasound offerings - it's been hard to find a place that has all of that equipment and capabilities. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and their love for their patients was absolutely apparent. Will be coming back!

They were great except for masking and distancing people. The Doctor was great with my dog and keep me informed thew out working on her. There were differences in opinions with Doctors

The doctors and staff are caring, professional and knowledgeable. I like that there are separate waiting areas for cats and for dogs!

Best vet I’ve been to

I've been taking my dog here for the past 7 years and this is the best vet we've ever had! My dog genuinely gets excited whenever we pull up to the office, which says alot about the people who work here.

Super caring team. They take care of your pets as if they are their own. I have 2 cats and they actually like going to the vet.

What a wonderful experience! The entire staff was extremely kind and helpful. Dr.Wilson took great care of our two fur babies. I had my six year old cat loving daughter with me, and she let her listen to their heartbeats which was super special. This is the kind of office you want to take your precious pets to. Top notch, all around!

We have been going to this vet for 2 years now. Up to now we have been satisfied with the care we have received. We made the difficult decision to have my sons rat euthanized and it was the WORST most traumatic experience of my son’s life. Dr. Robinson treated my son and husband in an extremely disrespectful manner. Accused my son of not taking care of his rat. Basically called him a lier when he told her the rat deteriorated significantly over the last 2 weeks. The rat is almost 3 years old - average life span is 1-2 years. If we don’t care about our animals, why are we spending $193.00 to humanely euthanize a rat and why have we spent over $1,000 at this office in the last week on our two dogs? We will not be going back here. If they employ a Vet with this kind of bedside manner, I don’t trust their judgement with my animals.

Taking my cats here several times. Each time my cats have been treated with care. Well worth the hour drive to go see them. Friendly staff.

I have nothing but love for everyone who works here. Just around Thanksgiving last year, our elderly dog needed to be put down very suddenly: her health had been deteriorating, but this time she didn't start feeling better like she always used to. At the time the COVID-19 restrictions had forced them to close the emergency clinic, but I found a veterinary hospital through their website. Just saying, whoever set up their web page really knew what they were doing; I had absolutely no trouble finding the information I needed. It was a difficult experience to say goodbye so suddenly, but after we let her vet know they sent a condolences card covered with kind words and heartfelt messages. It was such a comfort for my daughter, who was devastated by the sudden loss. Since I moved here in 2015 I've trusted Glenn Mills Veterinary Hospital and the people who work there to keep my pets happy and healthy.

Best visit in a while. During this whole pandemic stuff. It was an emergency visit and it was still fast and professional. The vet even came out and explained everything.

Everything about Glen Mills Veterinary Hospital is fantastic. I moved from Philly, and immediately needed to see them for my senior dog at the time, Carter. Kathy, the Vet Techs, and Dr. Parker are great. I have since referred both of my sisters and all of their dogs here, and they feel the same way! Dr. Parker is probably the most thorough vet I have ever seen for my dogs. She gives you every possible scenario, gives you her opinion, and what she would do for her animals, if you ask! I'd recommend coming here, even if it is a drive.... you will always be in good hands!

Owners are very nice, as well as most of the staff. However, there are a few technicians that I do not trust to be around my pet. For example, as I was on the phone today discussing a matter about my pet's condition, I over heard in the back some disturbance. I heard "STOP, KNOCK IT OFF" and proceeding such, was a dog crying and yelping. I asked "is everything okay" to which the reply I was given was "we are dealing with a patient." I could not believe the abuse I was hearing. It was awful to hear that over the phone. I do not trust what is happening behind closed doors. Be careful.

My cat was sick and had to be euthanized. The staff was very sympathetic and supportive. Michelle is the best, very caring and knowledgeable.

I can’t say enough good things about the doctors, techs, front desk, and every single person that works here. They saved my dogs life a year ago when my dog hadn’t even been a regular patient. Since that day we have been able to rely on Glen Mills Vet to keep our girl safe and sound. Every single person in this office goes above and beyond. Once again they helped us tonight in an urgent situation. I highly recommend!!!

I had two final visits with Dr. Krowicki for my cats before our move across the country. Dr. Krowicki helped address some concerns about how my cats would do on a cross country road trip - his advice worked wonderfully and he turned what would've been an awful trip into a great one. Unfortunately I no longer live in the area, otherwise I would've been a customer for life. I also appreciate how well they handled my visits during COVID19 - they showed care for myself and their staff.

Had an appt. as a new patient, after deciding to leave Brookhaven vet. Arrived at office 15 minutes before appt, called as instructed, and was told someone would fetch my cat in a few minutes. After 10 minutes, a tech came out and returned a dog to the car next to us. Since it was now past the appt. time, I expected the tech to take my cat into the office. Instead she reentered the clinic without a word. Not a greeting, not a we'll be right with you, nothing. At this point I had all the info about this site and left. Rather deal with a vet who doesn't undervalue the customers time and is friendly in there interactions with customets

Always a great visit. From the front staff to the doctors, they love my little menagerie as much as I do. Very helpful and knowledgeable and excellent with the animals
