Great staff very friendly and good with my dog. She knows where she’s going soon as we pull of 202. My dog only has been going for short time but so far she loves it. Best part she’s tired when I pick her up.

My boy goose looked unkept and hadn't eaten in days. His blanket was soaked. I wanted to punch someone.

Don't know what they did to bring my dog out of his shell but it worked. Definitely will go back!

My 100+lbs German Shepherd ???? loves his school, friendly staffs all with big heart for animals.

Brody is my 1 year old border collie. He has been to numerous daycares and I was nervous but the staff here really helped put my feelings to rest. Tbey are amazing with Brody abd care about us. They literally would sit down on the floor and play with him while other guests were waiting to be xhecked in. They madevus feel special. Thank you and we will keep coming back.

What can I say, I've been c ok ming here for years and every one of my dogs over the years have loved it. They give dogs back healthy and happy because they are or have been taken care of.

Since my dog is 9 years old and has only boarded at one facility, I was nervous. She has been here about 4 times now and all was well. She even interacted with other pups!

I boarded my dog Ruby from 10/6-10/11. I used Best Friends twice in 2019 and the service was phenomenal. I chose group play for her, extra cuddle time and a bath and nail trim for the afternoon of 10/11 before check out. I picked her up at 6 p.m. on 10/11. Ruby was a little itchy that night and was scratching up a storm and had runny eyes Tuesday morning. I assumed that she was having an allergic reaction to whatever shampoo was used. I called several times to check the brand that was used and finally go through on 10/13. The groomer was out that day and I was told I’d get a return call about the shampoo. I never got a call back. Later that evening on 10/13, I had my glasses on and Ruby was laying across me and I realized she has FLEAS!!! She’s never had fleas before and she definitely didn’t have them when I checked her in on 10/6. Their policy is to charge you for flea treatment if your dog arrives with them. I tried for several days to reach them on the phone and finally got through today. I spoke with Renee (I believe) who was pleasant and apologetic. She mentioned they may have come from a dog in the group play because there are no outbreaks in the kennels. She stated that I would have to take Ruby to the vet and then send them records before they would consider giving me a refund or a credit. I explained that I tried to get Ruby a vet appointment but they are booked solid for a few weeks. There’s nothing Best Friends will do in the meantime. Meanwhile I’ve had to spend money to try to resolve the issue with home flea treatments for Ruby, our other dog Onix (who wasn’t boarded) and our 3 cats because she has passed them along to them. We also have an almost fully carpeted house so I now have to treat our entire house. This is expensive and I’m a single mom on a budget. This is an extreme inconvenience to me and I will never board my dog there again! They need better policies in place for these instances. Furthermore, how did the groomer not notice she had fleas!? Were they even looking at her when they bathed her?? This is super unprofessional and unacceptable!

My wife and I used to absolutely love this place, but we have had some troubles recently. We send our dog 1-2 times a week and for boarding when we need it. She loves being there and always seems to have fun. They opened at 7 all Summer, and I was told that they were going to keep those hours moving forward. I show up at 7:40 with my dog and no one is there. When I asked if they opened at 8 now, I was told "Yes, it is on our website'. The last time we boarded her she was on an antibiotic. We instructed them how she needed to be medicated, and the directions were on the bottle. When we picked her up we noticed they gave her twice the amount they were supposed to give her each day. We are sad to see how this place has turned. It used to be wonderful.

I am not shocked to see other dog owners review this place 1 star as of this year. We used to see Val for years and she was the best! Once she left it all went downhill. Like another reviewer experienced, my dog was severely ill after coming here with a new groomer (she was incredibly rude, unprofessional and had no concern for my requests/concerns). We paid over $1,000 in vet bills due to his constant vomiting and diarrhea. Whatever you do, do not go here! Management has clearly left and there is no one to answer the phone when I tried calling about this. Corporate should shut this location down.

They are clean and reliable. Staff is friendly and courteous. I have bee using them for 20 yrs without problems.

This place is awful I’ve never been so furious. They shaved my Australian Shepard to the bone. They don’t know anything about dogs cause if they did they would know you never touch an Australian Shepard’s coat. There is something very wrong with them it’s disturbing. I had an beautiful Australian Shepard and they turned her into a laughing stock. Honestly disturbed and appalled. IT SAID IN THE DIRECTIONS DO NOT TOUCH THE COAT AND WE reiterated IT. WORST PLACE EVER

Great Place!! I can finally relax while I’m away know he is so cared for and not locked up the entire time!! Staff is amazing and friendly. Jaeger love it!!!!

It used to be a great place but something changed recently. Lot's of new, inexperienced staff and staff looks stressed. Signed my 6.5 month old GSD up for puppy playgroup and they put him with the big dogs without asking because they said he is too big to play with the puppies. Dealing with a stressed out puppy now. Even my older dog who loved to go there recently has been hesitant when I leave her. .

My dogs came home very sick!! It’s been three days and they are still throwing up and have diarrhea. Today we took them to the vet. $250 later and we will probably have to take them back for another visit. I will never take them back. I sent an email to inform them and they have not replied as of yet!! Beware !!!

Thank you for taking care of my 3lb toy yorkie.. the staff made me feel calm and confident... I even had a delay in my return and with communication they helped my mother who picked up Charlie go seamlessly.. Thank You again!! We will be back

My pups are always scared to go But once @ Best Friends they are calm And enjoy their play time & grooming Is great!

Good luck booking anything here. I have called and left messages, emailed asking for a call back, emailed asking to book a tour, and went on the website to request a call back. NOTHING! it's been almost two weeks and I've had no return anything. Great way to run a business.

Needed to find a place to get my pup groomed while in town visiting family! Stumbled upon Best Friends Pet Hotel and couldn’t be happier - I just wish I could have this place back home! Grooming session was super quick, easy and cheap! Cannot recommend enough if you’re in the area!

My dog received great care. Wonderful staff. Very attentive. They have real time cams on their website so you can see your dog during the day.

I think it was good not real sure where my dog was sleeping unable to go in since Covid But I do know he sleep for 2 days when he came home. And this was my first time but he is going back again for a longer time 1st time was for the weekend next 8 days

I expected it to be like the Best Friends facility in Orlando. It is nothing like it. I was so upset I almost didn't leave my sweet pup. I should not have asked for grooming. I gave the staff written instructions to take care with his coat, that a little trim was all that was required. They shaved his gorgeous coat. I've been crying all afternoon. They. Ruined. His. Coat.

I brought my dog there in the summertime didn't have any problem then I went to bring my dog there today the guy acted like he didn't know what he was doing he seemed very afraid of dogs then they called me I didn't even get 5 minutes down the road that I had to go pick my dog up they couldn't handle her and I had to cancel my vacation and lost my money!! ????????????

Our dog stayed for the first time for three nights and everything was great.

Use both Day Care and Grooming Service, Ginger is always happy to go to Day Care and seems to look forward to it. Regina in Grooming is wonderful, always kind and professional and Ginger looks fantastic. Highly recommend

Grooming We have had the best experience and results in taking our dogs to Val Wyatt @ Best Friends Chadds Ford over the past 15 years. We frequently are complimented on our Goldendoodle and asked where he is groomed. In addition, Val is great with the dogs and our dogs always are excited to see Val - which is the highest compliment. When our Golden Retriever was older and had mobility issues, Val went out of her way to see that he was groomed with minimal to any discomfort which says everything about Val's treatment for those in her care. I would take our dog to no one else!

Love the grooming, not a fan of the small dog daycare area, but the large dog daycare seems great. Never boarded, but seems adequate.
