Your aquatic specialist is a doll!! Really cares about the animals and knows her stuff and it shows!! Bought 3 of the cutest little angelfish. I normally dont buy angelfish from big box stores because theyre normally beaten up and sickly looking, but she had them in their own tanks and they look super healthy. They're doing well in their new 55 gallon home and readily ate some beefheart soon after I got them.

Tania is super awesome and very customer service friendly. The staff always has answers for any concerns or questions. I love that they’re my local pet store.

Staff girl was very kind, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, she paid attention what I was purchasing and explained it to me , the purpose of the little cage and how should I be using it .

Went to get a fish, got a rude attitude + insults by the fish department. Specifically the Chinese looking young lady.

The Windsor store is by far my favorite Petco in the area. I went when I first got my cat a year ago and WOW it has really changed. The new manager John was so helpful and under his management the store has really transformed. I never have an issue finding what I need, the staff are friendly, the store is clean and the animal habitats are spotless. The associate at the front was helpful with my large number of price matches and was friendly. Overall I have nothing but good words for this location and will be making this my main store while I live in this area.

Love seeing the turtles wish they had puppies and parrots but all good great finds the Turtles ???? made my day

Cashier named Jennifer was very rude and gave me attitude. Also really liked to glare too. Said a water sample was needed with a dead fish that wiped out my whole entire 55 gallon tank that I bought from this Petco a week ago. When I asked is this policy she goes “let me get the manager.” Honey, if this was policy please show it to me and I’ll be happy to bring you one. So Jennifer if you happen to come across this, fix your attitude and show some sympathy for all my dead fish.

Less than 1/3 of the lights were on in the store, it was very dark, and some corners and aisle ends were just black, empty shelves, beginning to wonder if they are going out of business.

I like all petcos but this one didn't have much of a fish variety.. there weren't any small animals available.. but I believe it has a grooming service n vet inside
