Happy Cat Hotel Windsor, Connecticut

OMG this place is Fabulous!!! I went to the one in windsor. And the price is definitely reasonable considering all the overhead they need to pay out so that the kitties are monitored via camera when not being groomed, fed, played with, walked (yes, i said walked as they're not stuck in a tiny kennel with no room to move). Benny absolutely loved it and i could tell he loves Lori, who is a complete doll, I can't even begin to tell you how helpful and supportive she is as i had to drop Benny off at with only a moment's notice and it being our first time. And they send pics and videos daily and the groomer sends before and after pics. I would recommend this place to everybody that has a cat. And a shout-out to Lori's boss so they know she's an AWESOME spokesperson for your business.

This was our first time at a groomers. It was our cat Vincent's first groom as well. The ladies here were awesome. You could tell they loved cats. We will be back to have Vincent groomed again.

Great place you can rely on completely. You have to see it to appreciate it but you won’t be disappointed.

I love this kitty hotel. They have all these beautiful themed rooms, lots of things on the walls for my cats to play with. Staff play with my kitties, feed them and give them their medications. It’s much more convenient than asking a friend to feed them twice a day. They also send daily pictures updates which helps you stay connected with them while you’re away. I felt very confident and safe that my cats were being well taken care of. They also have a kitty “spa” where my cats got deshedding treatment and a haircut. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my cats while on vacation. I highly recommend.

We had a great first time experience, with a cat who had never been groomed before. The staff was very friendly. We are very happy and plan to continue using their services.

I brought my senior cat in for 5 days while I was away. In the past I have had someone come to my house and feed him, but he is on medication, and I felt better having someone keep a closer eye on him. The staff that I met were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived his room wasn’t ready, so they set him up in a temporary room. He instantly made himself at home. I was impressed with the size of the rooms. The staff took good care of my cat and sent photos/video daily. When I came to pick him up, he didn’t want to leave.! I would not hesitate to have my cat visit the Happy Cat Hotel again.

Excellent experience... Stephanie was super professional, the place was very clean and I left knowing our kittens were in good hands. Enjoyed the daily updates and the grooming service as well... would highly recommend.

My cat is very skittish. They treated her with kindness and love! The grooming service is outstanding too. If you want a place to leave your cat, the Happy Cat Hotel should always be your #1 choice.

We absolutely loved the experience with Happy Cat Hotel. The staff is very kind and professional, they made sure to check our pets’ records in advance of our stay and kept constant communication. The suites are AWESOME! Great design and very clean too. We got pictures of our kitties during their stay too. We were on the road for 5 days with our cats and this was by far the best place they stayed during our trip!

Happy Cat Hotel is terrific. I had to board my older cats for the first time and was nervous about it. But what a great experience! The staff is caring and patient, and the facilities are clean and spacious. They took time to get to know my cats and sent daily updates and pictures. They were very accommodating of my requests for interaction among the cats, feeding schedules, treats, and attention. I'm so glad I found this place!

Since we typically have a cat sitter, our two cats had never been away from home. We were concerned about how they would fare, but both cats did very well! Chris and Hilary sent photos keeping us updated. We feel confident that we’ll be able to again leave our cats at the Happy Cat Hotel the next time it’s necessary.

My cat Odin had a spa day. He is a long hair boy who had some dandruff issues. The employees are friendly and professional. They care about your cat and take the time to ask you about your cat before you leave them. I can tell he feels better in his own fur now. I highly recommend this place if you have cats.

Beatrix is my Persian and had the best groomer and stay. The place is so clean and professional and NICE! I won’t be going anywhere else. (It’s worth the drive for piece of mind.) ????????????

My cat stayed there and was groomed several times and always came back happy! They were attentive to his needs (meds) and always gave updates so I could see that he was doing well! After we had to put him down, they reached out and send the sweetest card and shared their memories. They really do love and connect with the cats they take care of, truly amazing and caring staff!

I got my senior cat groomed here. Her fur unfortunately was matted and oily because she has been having a hard time cleaning herself. They not only did an amazing job but were extremely helpful and friendly. They took the time to really get to know her. I will be bringing her there every 8weeks to keep her fur beautiful and mat free. I really can't even express how kind each employee I made contact with was. I can tell they all love cats and their job! I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves their cat.

My cat Nacho absolutely hates having his nas trimmed. He is very difficult and has been turned away from multiple groomers before. The staff at The Happy Cat Hotel were wonderful! They made me feel more at ease with their confidence in being able to trim his nails. Service was fast and the staff is courteous and caring. It was by far the best grooming experience Nacho has ever had! I highly recommend The Happy Cat Hotel!

Wow! What a great experience my fur babies and I had at the Happy Cat Hotel! I love how the groomer took her time to meet my cats and calm them down, and on the way home they were so blissed out they didn't even meow! The before and after pictures really showed what a great job was done. Will definitely be returning!

The staff are lively, accommodating and love every cat they meet. Their spaces are creative and fun for the cats and their amenities are wonderful.

Happy Cat and its staff are simply amazing! The knowledge of cats, how to care for them, how to make them feel loved and comfortable, is incredible and well beyond any place I've ever come across. They have a passion what they do, they treat our four-legged furry kids as their own when they are there, and go out of their way to accommodate all needs. Hilary, their groomer, is the only one able to get our cat to relax enough to be groomed and does a wonderful job. We can always see the difference when she comes home after grooming; she runs around like no other time and seems so much happier and comfortable. Thank you, Happy Cat, for all you do!!! Your work means so much! :)

This was our first visit with Happy Cat Hotel for grooming of our 17 month old Ragdoll who can be a little skittish. They were wonderful with him. He was relaxed during his initial consultation and looked beautiful when they were done with him. Will definitely be a regular customer, and we have his brother booked next. Their groomer is just wonderful. You can see how much she loves her job and that made me feel 100% comfortable leaving my JuBee there. She came home looking all sorts of beautiful with the softest fur I've ever felt! I'll be going back with my other furchildren!

Highly recommend. They were so great with my shy, nervous cat! I will keep bringing her here for all her grooming needs!

Very happy with my cat’s time at the Happy Cat Hotel! The rooms are spacious, clean, and have the most adorable themes. The staff was friendly and helpful prior to his stay and during his time there. You can tell they really care about what they’re doing. The daily picture updates was also so reassuring that my cat settled in and was getting lots of love! I would definitely recommend the Happy Cat Hotel and plan to use them again!

My cat is a homebody but Hilary is an amazing groomer for my long haired floof and the boarding rooms are wonderful. Everything is so clean and you can tell the staff really cares about the cats in their care.

Hillary is by far the best cat groomer ever! I was seriously blown away by her work and was in love with how my babies looked afterwards! Also - not to mention, the cat hotel rooms are SO chic and fun! I highly recommend for all cat grooming and boarding!
