I take both my cat and my dog there and Dr. D'Eramo is the best! My pets are never stressed or anxious when there and I feel that everyone really cares about my pets' well-being.

Generally good, though one time we showed up on time and they hadn’t seen us 40 mins later. Had to reschedule to a later time.

We use the AHoW for our dogs and it’s great. The vets and vet techs and other staff all seem friendly and love animals. They have helped us get help elsewhere (Tufts in Grafton) for issues beyond their scope (eg lymphoma chemo treatments in 2020 for one of our dogs). The only downside I can list is that their parking situation is not fantastic. The lot is RIGHT on Thompson Rd and there a limited number of spaces to boot.

Very kind, and well informed my entire family go's here and is happy with the care service we get. My puppy gets very excited to go to the vet and that's a first for me.

First time there with my 2 small dogs. Everyone was great and I strongly recommend this place!

Called this morning about 15 minutes after they opened for an emergency appointment. They took my guinea pig within that next hour; She had a dental issue with her incisors. Got a physical exam, a tooth trimming and a pill bottle of critical care to syringe feed with helpful instructions all for the price of *45$!* The vet that tended to my cavy was Gina D'eramo and her assistant I believe was named Lisa? They did amazing with her, they showed nothing but love and calmed her down and made me myself feel extremely calm and I was ensured that my cavy was in good hands. The physical exam (25 dollars) was thorough and everything was recorded properly and printed and handed to me at the end of the visit. They also told me some very valuable information regarding small animals (mostly guinea pigs) that I'll forever be grateful for. Very stress-free environment and all the staff I met were extremely helpful and kind! I definitely recommend this place for the value and quality of the service. -- Edit: 4 days after the initial tooth trimming and my guinea pig has still been unable/afraid to eat, suggesting the incisors were cut a bit short; She cannot eat her hay normally or veggies without being thin sliced. -- Edit 2: It's 12/18/2020 and my pig has been okay since the trimming and is back to her usual self! THANK you to this place :) I'd bring my other animals here in a heart beat!

Punctual and efficient service. They clearly explained everything they were doing. And both the doctor and nurse had wonderful personalities and sense of humor. Every bit as professional.

They have a very nice vibe (if you will) to them, and are kind. They are just more of a dog and cat vet than an exotic one. They make it difficult to get medication that they don’t already have, and it’s stressful. But they are nice people and even took care of me while I was in tears

The compassion they showed me when my 17 year old Romeo was ready to cross the rainbow bridge is something I will remember forever. I hadn't made an appointment, but they were kind enough to take us after their last appointment. Beautiful, caring people.
