Love this vet hospital!! We've been going here for years. Today, our dog was suddenly very ill (vomiting and listless). We totally panicked. They told us to bring him right in. I know we made people with appointments have to wait which I feel badly about. But he's only 8 lbs and I swear he threw up twice his weight :(. They stabilized him and did tests. We won't know until tomorrow when the bloodwork and such comes back what caused this. But we walked out of there with him seeming to be 100% better. I can't thank them enough!' ❤️

Worst place I ever went to , took my puppies to this place and they mistake my puppies for other puppies,lied to me about treatment and took my money but nothing was done. I came home with my puppy still in pain. I had to take my puppies elsewhere. I will never take my puppies back to this horrible place

I've been going to this hospital for years now, there is no better! Great prices, love the late hours, If you want high quality medicine ,and compassionate care for your pet, this is without a doubt, THE place to go ! End of story !

ZERO STARS Had an appointment scheduled for 6:30 my fiancé waited for an hour with no communication, he was at the location prior to the other cars that pulled in yet they were seen before me . They clearly over booked or just were skipping over him , coincidentally everyone the tech was communicating with and taking their pets were white and she seemed uninterested when conversing with him an African American man and when she finally acknowledged him (an hour later) and walked to the car she claimed one more car was ahead of him and when she seen the confusion on his face smiled which upset him so much he left . Sad that you can’t treat your customers with the same respect they give you . Then when I called i was given a poor excuse and a giggle . Take your pet to banfield or literally anywhere else.

Waited for over half hour, no notice that it was curbside. 3 appointments scheduled at the time I was scheduled. Terrible service and unprofessional.

I would give zero. Just give me my dogs records you useless trash. Its not that hard. I hope you all hit a tree at high speed.

Great people and service. You can tell, by the way they treated everyone's pets, that everyone in that office loves animals.

Vet was very knowledgeable but i had to wait 3 hrs for my puppy to be seen. My appt was for 5:30 but there was no record of me calling to book appt. I was told by staff i would be seen but would have to wait. Also this same staff tried to give me the wrong dog. I won't be going back. To bad because i liked the vet.

Really wanted to sell me food and upcharge me. Edit: I had the vet respond, but they took it down I think. So let me elaborate. I don't want to buy prescription food from them. I want to buy it from PetSmart or Chewy because it's the exact same food, but cheaper. But, man, they wouldn't take no for an answer. It was crazy "We can order it every x days so it's always here. You should really get it from here. Blah, blah, blah." I've never been so high pressured from a vet. This happened back in 2016. So take that for what it is.

Dont ever bring your pet to this place i had an emergency with my dog and they turn me down told me they did not have any space when i realized that they were closing in an hour

They never returned my call. My cat Mama succumbed to what ever was ailing her. How can you be so unfeeling and unprofessional. Shame on you!????????????????????

I really did like the way they treated my Mia ( kitty) and everything came out really well, but the price was pretty steep to me. Otherwise they do treat the fur babies very good.

To answer your question, I am addressing the correct veterinary hospital. I am displeased with both facilities. Waterbury Veterinary Hospital has a rude technician that will see you patiently waiting in your vehicle, however will serve you last disregarding the severity of condition your fur baby is in. She also presents herself as being uncomfortable around people of color. Other customers have stated that they too have experienced the same treatment from her as I have. Yes, Acear is back to being his old self again. So I am appreciative of that however, your staff is the face of your business and help represent this animal hospital. You want the same clients to return so they too will refer their friends and family to your clinic to help build more revenue. Customer service is just not what it use to be anymore. Then to make things worse I continuously kept calling daily to see if my cat's test results came back yet. The answer was always "no". When they finally did come in, the Vet stated that their records indicated that I've been informed already by one of the treatment staff. I stated if that were truly the case, why would I have to call you guys everyday just to get my cat's test results? I can however understand about being short staffed and the fluctuating hours during the busiest parts of the day. However that is not the fault of the customer. Learn from this and do better please.

Vet is very friendly..place has always been clean.. I will give them that but the way they charge to play on emotions is crazy.. sure they’re not the only vet hospital to do this but during a pandemic you’d think that they’d be more responsible with prices.. NOPE.. pretty much have to take out a loan to get your pet taken care of!!!

I love the receptionist and Vet. They were so kind and reasonable on prices. First time here and would recommend to anyone who needs a vet!! Mia my dog was so friendly and happy which is rare for our dog. Thank you Addison for great service!!

Very clean professional veterinary office staff is kind and actually love the animals we have 3 pets that frequent this vet and I highly recommend it.

They are the most caring, sweetest, nicest professionals you will ever meet! Especially when you are trusting them with your BABY! I highly recommend you bring your loved one HERE! You can be 100% assured that your baby will be -LOVED - CARED FOR- and treated like a part of their own family! They are so amazing! My chihuahua has been a patient for 12 years.. We love them! Charlie loves them!

Pleasure going here. I like the fact they do exams and shots in separate room because it’s always excruciating when I’m there with my dog and he’s going mental trying to get to me. Much less anxiety for us both ????

Very expensive brought my 1st dog there to get shots all of his shots all together were over 500 dollars and my second dog I brought to another place because everyone told me i was overcharged for everything and for my second dog was only about 150 for all of her shots this place is a ripoff but the doctors are very nice though.

They were fantastic with my dog. The MD even called me to check on copper and me.

They said they closed at 8 we showed up at 6:30 with our not even 2yr old pup that had 2 punchers n the lady came out seen how bad it was and handed us pamphlets. She said they have appointments so they could not see an emergency situation. So we had to drive 30 minutes away as our poor pup was bleeding pretty bad. If I could give them a 0 I would. I can’t believe they turned us away. What a scumbag vets office. And they still never returned our message my fiancé left on there machine. I’ll never recommend anyone to them. They in my eyes do not care about Furbabies

Be very careful with that vet. The only thing that interests him is the money that they can give him, they don't treat their dogs well, be very careful when carrying the veterinary aesa, I tell you with all my heart, please, it does not happen to you as it happened to me To me, who charged me so much money for nothing. They are bad and influencing the old thing of the assistant
