My puppy just turned 2 and this is her first wonderful haircut! Jennifer did exactly what I wanted and was very knowledgeable about how to groom cocker spaniels. The prices are lower than anywhere else I have seen and my baby was treated so nicely. They even had a Christmas tree set up to take pictures. I highly recommend bringing all dogs for grooming here and love that I found the perfect groomer.

They did a great job on her at a reasonable price. They matched her new bandana to her harness. She was so whiney and cute.

Jen is amazing! She's very accommodating, and amazing with my cat (who can be a little nasty) and dog. Her prices are great, and she does an amazing job! Would definitely recommend her!

I went to Muddy Puppy because I had a gift certificate from a raffle. I looked them up and the reviews were good, so I decided to call for an appointment. When I called I asked the woman if there was any availability for Saturday, she said, “Yes, we have a ton- 9,9:30,10...” I picked 10am. I dropped off my pup at 9:45am. When I asked how long it might be, she said “We’re really busy today so a while.” I explain that I had a 10am appointment, all she said was that it was their busy season and would call me as soon as he was done. At 1:15, almost 4 hours later, I called to see if he would be ready soon and the woman replied “I told you I would call you when he was done. He’s in the crate and looks happy, we take them out if they need to use the bathroom.” When I mentioned my 10am appointment again, THAT’S when she mentioned that the “appointment” was not an appointment, it was a drop off time. The dogs dropped off earlier, would get groomed 1st. So my dog was sitting in a strange crate for 4 hours...waiting. If that was explained on the initial phone call, I wouldn’t have taken him there. I’ve never heard of that kind of policy! She said it was for people’s convenience so they could drop off their dog. That is NOT convenient to me. Convenient is scheduling an appointment at 10am and having my dog groomed at 10am and picking him up 1-2hrs later. He’s 5lbs, there’s zero need for him to be crated for FOUR hours before being groomed. I finally picked him up at 2:30pm & he came running to me like he was scared. As soon as I took him out he used the bathroom (1 &2), so I know that he was never taken out. I hadn’t even left his harness or leash because I didn’t think it would take that long. He wasn’t himself for the rest of the day, he was grumpy and wanted to be left alone. I saw all the positive reviews, so I wanted to be sure everyone knew my negative experience. Maybe they were really busy, maybe this isn’t typical for them, maybe the lady was having a bad day, or maybe I’m a crazy dog mom, however, when you are in a service industry, you should be respectful of all your customers time and worries. Policies should be explained before you book an “appointment”. Needless to say I won’t ever bring my dog there again.

Best Groomer in Town! I've been taking my dog to Jen and her crew for years and they never disappoint!

LOVE this place, Jen and her staff rock. I sometimes can call last minute and they always try to fit me in. My dogs come back looking beautiful. Prices are reasonable too.

I have taken three dogs to the muddy puppy and I can say that I love the way they handle my dogs and their service. I now am down to one dog and they have continued to provide excellent service. I would recommend muddy puppy to anyone!

I've had my dog groomed here since we got him 3 years ago. I've been completely satisfied each time we had him groomed and have complete trust in these people. I wouldn't think of going any place else.
