At Wag Central they were extremely polite and answered all my questions. They also responded quickly via text messages with all my additional questions and setting up a suitable appointment. I'm really looking forward to my dog's Personality Profile appointment!!!

This happened a while ago, but I just can't let it go as I feel compelled to help others make informed decisions about their beloved pets' care. These people did not provide proper care for my very fragile senior dog. He was mostly blind and very anxious, but I really needed assistance caring for him because of work. The owner assured me that they could care for him. I didn't find this to be true. I found him barking away, locked in a room by himself more than once. This is abusive for a terrified elderly dog. The first time, they said they wanted him to get used to the grooming room so that he could be calm during grooming. Nonetheless, I concluded that this was their practice to not deal with him while charging me for his care because he was in there at times he shouldn't have been. Besides, if he was in distress like he was, he shouldn't have been placed in there again. Additionally, they charged me for a service that I am most certain they did not provide. I left a message requesting a call from the manager to discuss this, but she never did. This only confirmed my suspicion. I never took my baby back there again, and I truly regret having taken him there in the first place. It still pains me to think that I didn't pull him out since the first incident.

They take excellent care of our dog. Edit: Took. I got a call this afternoon that they can "no longer accept our dog" due to some "policy changes" because she's "not good with other dogs", despite never ever getting a complaint from them, or anyone else.

When we lived in Milford I took my dog Daisy to Wag and was beyond ecstatic. I found a place that loves and cares for my dog as much as her family does. We moved to Westbrook about 9 months ago now and I STILL use Wag for Daisy’s boarding and daycare needs. She doesn’t go as often as I would like (travel) but I don’t even have to think of looking any place else. They always send remainders about when vaccines are due and that is a huge plus! I can’t say enough great things about this place. Forever a client for my baby Daisy ????????

My dog has gone to Wags for boarding in the past...love this place. My pup lucky had his first grooming there and it was top notch! When i picked up Lucky he was handsome and happy!! Skylar, the groomer gave my pup the BEST grooming! My kids are thrilled with how handsome he looks! I highly recommend Wags. Professional, reliable and Skylar genuinely loved seeing lucky come through the door!!! 5 ☆ for sure!!! Thanks Skylar!!!

sad to have to make this review, but after working there for just over a month i think everyone deserves an HONEST review. the facility is very nice. it’s large and a great space for dogs to run around and socialise with other dogs. however, most employees there are very very rude. the main leaders there are the daughters of the owner at facility and have been known to yell at the dogs and use forceful methods to remove dogs from certain areas, sometimes resulting in the dogs yelping. also, if any dogs got injured and started bleeding for any reason they would easily disregard the injury and from my knowledge never would tell the owner of the dog if it was injured unless it was a MAJOR injury. many dogs lost their teeth while i was there and when i gave that information to other workers there they seemed to not care. i had many questions while working there and most staff seemed annoyed when having to explain things to me as if that wasn’t a part of their job. the result of me leaving was because the staff there COMPLETELY CUT my hours without consent of me or the owner. when telling the owner about this her response was “they don’t want to work with you” and nothing else. she didn’t even properly fire me. the staff there also ended up losing another girl a week or two before i left because of how much they bullied her there. ending this, as i said in the beginning the facility is GREAT but the staff are absolutely terrible. very unprofessional.

I am so glad to have found this place! I was so nervous to leave my 6 month old puppy there for a weekend! Pros: -The place is clean, modern, organized, beautiful. Great first impression! -The staff is friendly, polite and pleasant. Respond fast to text messages. -You get pictures of your dog throughout the day and a list of their optional daily activities which you may select for an extra fee. -Well priced. -They have a heated pool for the dogs to exercise. -My dog ran to it the second time he went and didn't even look back to me when they took him, I took it as a sign that he loved it. Cons: -None. Although I would prefer it if they had cameras for me to see the dog whenever I wanted but it is no big deal that they don't. Highly recommended!

Wag Central is terrible and they treat the dogs bad. This place should be closed down. I dropped my dog off for a grooming and when I picked him up he had cuts and scratches all over him. I’m livid!

I cannot recommend Wag Central enough. If you want a daycare that cares for your dog like you do, this is the place. They dont just put a whole bunch of dogs in a pen and let them play but actually interact and supervise the dogs. With a bunch of enrichment activities, option for swim time, and much needed nap time this place truly caters to dogs. (And all of us helicopter dog parents) I get multiple updates a day which I LOVE. Thank you wag central! Leo and I will not be going anywhere else! My friend dog was there few hours for the first time. He got plenty exercise and play time. Even they had some craft time. He made some art using his poe of course ????????????????????????????‍????????‍????????????

I absolutely love this place! I was so nervous about my dog going to day care, but Wag Central truly made me feel incredibly comfortable with the entire process! Thank you for taking such great care of Harper on her first day! She can’t wait to come back!

My puppy (well now 71lb puppy), Nash, has been going to Wag for a couple months now. I can't say enough about how much we love it here. We got him right when the pandemic started and we wanted to make sure he had the opportunity to socialize with other dogs. I did TONS of research on the best daycare in our area and hands down, Wag Central was it. They offer a great services like daycare, training, grooming (they do a fantastic job with nail cutting), boarding, and Nash's favorite-Swim! I love that they have a calendar of activities and a "structured" day. I also really like the texting system they have for communication, it makes it really easy to ask questions and book daycare days. Nash had to be out of daycare while he was being neutered, but he was still able to join the fun of the Halloween drive-by social and was offered to stop by to take a photo with the fall photo-shoot back ground. He returns this week and I'm not sure who's more excited- me or him!

My dog Penelope always has a great experience when getting groomed at Wag Central!! The staff is amazing and Penelope always gets excited when they greet her. Wag Central has a standard of professionalism that they stick to and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trusted care for their four-legged friends!

After visiting their website and going over all services offered I was sold on Wag Central and ready to sign up for their training classes and doggy daycare. As a first time pet owner, I decided to give them a call to better understand their services (and to be honest for some guidance). At first, I was not satisfied with the customer service, however, the owner reached out and addressed all of my concerns. I look forward to bring my Dogue de Bordeaux for puppy training.

I honestly have to say that I love how they treated me and my puppy Chullie. As soon as I walked in they were so kind to us. Chullie immediately was so playful and I know she felt comfortable. The place is so clean and beautiful they have all kinds of treats for dogs. I was so happy for the great grooming they did on my Shtzo ????♥️ They are truly professionals I would give ???? ⭐️ ????

Today we went for the first time. Luna had her nails trimmed and painted also she received her bordetella shot. The staff was so friendly and kind. Luna's nails look amazing. We plan on bringing our Amstaff back as much as possible, I'm looking forward her going swimming. I will definitely tell my friends and family about this place. ❤️????

They take such good care of our neurotic little pup. She is a rescue with all kinds of social issues, and yet she's so excited to go there! Every time we pull in, she starts wiggling and singing her happy song!

I was so humbled to have found this warm and happy place for my Polo. During the covid season, many places were closed to grooming and they remained open as essential Anyways - clean spacious and very courteous staff. Ask for Amanda!

An amazing place. Service is so informative and nice. Keep you well informed throughout the whole process. Prices are so reasonable. They took care of my Owen fast and with care from the minute I walked in. Gorgeous place. Can’t wait to make this a monthly visit for my baby.
