Services have been absolutely horrible as of late and I've been taking my dog here for years! I 100% will be looking for another vet. They either don't call you back, call back days later or have you on hold so long you get connected to the answering service way before close! They once had the audacity to tell me I had enough time to go back home for my covid vaccine card AT THE APPOINTMENT AND NOT WHEN I MADE THE APPOINTMENT! My dog can barely ride down the street without panicking! If you have absolutely nothing to do all day, take your pets here. If you like some level of sanity; AVOID, AVOID AVOID!

Made an appointment just to be left waiting for over 30 minutes outside with my dog overheating and when I called to get the records for my dog they give me an attitude. Completely unprofessional and would never recommend that someone has to deal with this level of service.

I think the doctors are not polite fast to rush you out the clerical people rude and I think their knowledge is unacceptable I will finish my treatments there and find a new one

I had an amazing experience with Shakespeare Veterinary, Dr. Milo and the team did everything they could to help save the life of my dog Rosie such short notice! She was in critical condition and required an emergency C-section. All the places I called seemed to not care about Rosie as much as they did the money but once I called Shakespeare they gave me a reasonable price and they were nothing but kind, loving, gentle and supportive towards Rosie. Thank you so much for saving my fur baby. We are forever grateful. Definitely check them out.

Been going here for 15 years, Dr. Milos saved my dogs eyesight and life when she had cancer. Now fighting heart disease and he is doing his best to keep her happy and comfortable.

Tbh their clean here but the staff are just horrible. I worked here for training and was immediately fired for 2 warnings. No black people work here and they treated me differently because I was a different race, no black people work here. They didn’t have any breaks and that’s illegal. They treated me horribly and I would NEVER recommend ANYBODY and their child to work here. They constantly gossips about other employees , they’re toxic, immature , childish, and are out to get you and only care about themselves. I would never recommend working here. But they are clean and do they’re job but I feel as if they’re racist and ask too much for such little pay.

Dr. Is very gentle and caring with all my puppy's and staff out of this world. Best place to bring your pet's ????

Outdated equipment and horrible staff. They’re so rude and their equipment looks so outdated and looks like it hasn’t been changed or bought new stuff in years! Blood staining or any liquid or texture that comes out from the body can stain these things and stay on it! Beware.

the veterinarian is so good. he loves animals so much, he took care of my dog and my cat.a really nice guy to talk to and he tells you like it is. he doesn't sugarcoat things and he also is very respectful. the receptionist that work there are wonderful they do their best to try to get you in as soon as possible if there's a problem with one of your pets. and the prices are very very reasonable.

Dr. Milo and his Staff are absolutely welcoming, professional and attentive. They handled both my pets; Dog and Cat with great care and concern. Decided to try a new Vet close to home, as I relocated; with this in mind- their service was not nearly close up to par, as I had previously experienced at Shakespeare. Going back to Dr. Milo and his team with excitement and joy. They truly provide excellent service and follow-up with my pets health. Thank you Shakespeare for caring!

Always great and friendly staff

Dr Milos and his staff are exceptional and relatively inexpensive. I brought my golden retriever, Phoenix to them on a recommendation from a friend when he was five years old. The vet I used previously charged only $25 for an office visit but added a lot of extraneous fees and was much more expensive per visit. Dr Milos advised me when Phoenix was ten that I should look at getting another dog or I would be coming home to an empty house. Two years later I adopted a rescue who helped my golden enjoy another two years. When I reluctantly brought 14 year old Phoenix in for the last time, everyone was so kind. They gave me the option to spend time alone with him. I received a sympathy card signed by all three vets. I was devastated by losing Phoenix but so grateful Dr Milos had advised me to add to the family and that I didn’t go home to an empty house. Athena mourned Phoenix too, and we’ve added another dog to our family. The front staff are wonderful as are the techs. I highly recommend this veterinarian office.

I always have a good experience here, but the front staff and vet techs really help improve our visits. My dogs, especially my boy, are pretty skittish in general. But my boy is so calm and comfortable around Kaylee the most, his first time with her he actually put out his paw to make her pet him!!! He has never done that with anyone else! We will continue to come here because of that ♡

Went for a wellness check for my dog came out with a bill of $340 never again they are expensive and I feel like they charge you for unnecessary thing to rake up the bill if it's not a dire concern don't add extra stuff the my bill just the necessities.

I was visiting Connecticut from Colorado and my pup got an ear infection. They were very understanding and accommodating. They fit me in the same day within a few hours. The Doctor was great, and kind and took great care of my pup
