Love Spa Dogz. Staff is incredible.

Went here a few times, due to the pandemic I paused and I tried to come back as the weather got nice and apparently if you don’t take you dog here within 12 weeks of your last appointment, you become a “new customer” and they have interesting periods where they don’t take “new” customers. The inconsistency is just unprofessional. Other than that they are okay.

Wouldn't take my dog anywhere else in the area. Kelly and her staff are warm and attentive. I feel comfortable leaving my dog in her care. He always ends up looking and smelling great.

Spa Dogz is the best! Kelly and her staff are very professional and they care very much about their customers. My young cavapoo loves going there and comes home clean, sweet smelling and mat free.

It was beautiful. Daisy always loves to go and see Kelly. Very lovely atmosphere. And they do a beautiful job. Daisy always looks great.

Spa Dogz did an amazing job grooming my terrier mix! We’ll definitely be making it our regular grooming place.

I’m always afraid of leaving my Morkie to any salon because my dog has anxiety issues, but the owner made me feel so comfortable. My Lola looked so beautiful when I picked her up. The only one that cut Lola’s hair without shaving her down like the others did.

We just moved to the area and took our Havanese to Kelly on the recommendation of another client. We are so thrilled - Benny looks SO CUTE and though she can be timid, she seemed so comfortable with Kelly. The safety precautions in place for Covid were great, and pickup and drop off was very easy! Definitely the only place we will be taking our girl!

First time I tried this spot and bwoah ... this is my wife’s Shih Tzu of only 4 months and had his fur tangled and needed a professional groomer and THIS right here is the spot. Worth every penny, I do recommend it and I’m going back too.

Friendly staff and clean facility!

Amazing service. We have a difficult dog to groom (too much energy, wiggly, sometimes nips when claws are being cut), but the wonderful staff at Spa Dogs never makes an issue of it. They are so kind and loving to our hyper boy. They take their time, keep him as long as they need so they can go slow and make it a less stressful experience for him. Plus, he comes out looking amazing every time. I will always recommend them as a local groomer to all my friends.

Very reasonable priced, friendly and professional. The quality is the best I've seen in the area. Took our dog same day and did a great job: very understanding that he was a little anxious and timid type. His nails were trimmed perfectly to where he walks with that padded sound (no more clickity clack) clearly not rushed. Highly recommend.

Kelly always makes Bennie look great and feel pampered! He loves going in to her facility (no shaking, like when he goes to the vet). I recommend her and her staff to anyone who wants to take the worry out of choosing a dog groomer.

We’ve been taking our dogs here for a couple of years, and we love the service Spa Dogz provides. Kelly always remembers everything about our dogs and they get excited walking in the door. They are perfectly groomed every time, we are really happy to be customers here.

I really wanted to love this place because of all the great reviews and recommendations but unfortunately I did not have a great experience with them. If it was only one issue, I would have given them a second chance but my dog was not only left in the crate for HOURS before I was called to let me know they were done, but I was given an attitude by the owner as well. Maybe it was an off day for them but she spoke to me in a rude and condescending manner which I did not appreciate at all especially from someone who I am leaving my dog in the hands of. So sad this didn’t work out as it was such a convenient spot for me but I rather travel for more professionalism and care.

Spa Dogz does a fantastic job with our dog Siena. We would certainly recommend them to a friend, and will continue coming here!

Kelly R O C K S. Our sweet dog Mookie used to freak-out getting groomed. She would become frantic upon arrival at the groomers. After months of this behavior we decided to make a change to Spa Dogz. After the first visit her anxiety stopped. She became calm and gentle. Makes me wonder what the other groomer was doing. Thank you Kelly and team for taking care of our Mookie. Kelly is an artist! My minature poodle always looks beautiful. Every other dog that is in the been groomed also look picture perfect when they are done.

Spa Dogz is clean and welcoming for the dogs. The dogs are treated gently and kindly. The grooming is really nice. Overall a nice experience.
