I love this place. My little boy enjoy visiting the fish tanks.

We went back to this PetSmart today to discuss an issue we had with a Budgie we bought weeks prior. The manager: Ryan, who sold us the budgie was there, on his day off, and he still heard us out and offered an immediate solution to our problem. Rachell, the cashier was super nice and helped ring us up and was talking about our Budgie and we appreciated the personal touch. Everyone is super friendly and they always offer assistance! It’s my favorite PetSmart to go to!

This strip mall and this store are filthy.

They have anything you can possibly need for your pet. Neat, organized and friendly always.

It was decent it was a PetSmart? Seemed like it was well ran I had to return an item the other day and they said there was no issue and the exchange it for me at no cost with no hassle when actually my dog chewed her way out of the harness I brought it back saying how do I stop this from happening and they actually credited me for that item and help me get a different one that would work better prices are a little high but anytime you go to a specialty store like that they're going to be? You can probably save a few bucks going to a Walmart but they won't have the variety or the specialty items set a store specializing in pets would have they also have a groomer and I believe a veterinarian although I have not use the services yet it's nice to know they're available

I bring my dog to this place since he was 6 months old. He always resisted and didn’t like. It’s fine because I believe dogs don’t love go to the groomer, but today was the LAST time I brought him there. They told me he doesn’t like the canil and I told them specifically to just call me when he is almost done so he doesn’t need to be there in the cage. They knew that because it’s not the first time he goes there. They didn’t call or texted. They also cut my dog nail wrong and hurt him, it bleed a lot. Now he hates that place even more. They also accept more dogs than they able to handle. They do not have enough time to properly attend to each dog with care. That’s why my dog also came back not fully dried and also was hurt because they are always rushing. This is unprofessional. Dogs need good attention and care because they can be traumatized for life. I am really disappointed and they lost a costumer forever. :)

In and out quickly, got what I needed.

Very clean and big store. Not 5 stars because of small parking lot and it’s shared with the Starbucks drive through so with bad luck you’d get stuck in your spot waiting for the line to move!

I just want to say thank you so much for two of your employees . Steffen your sales team and brendon your manager . For helping me get a Veterinary cat food . I've been trying to get this food from every PetSmart with no luck . And I'm three hours away from your store . They are truly a pet angle . So you're company should be proud of them . Thank you from the bottom of my heart .

One stop shopping with pet food, pet hotel and animal hospital

It was simple to get to off of I-95. High traffic area. Really organized, clean, great parking lot. I came for one item that I saw online they had in stock and I was able to find the aisle without speaking to anyone. The staff was really friendly and checkout is very smooth. (Starbucks is right in front - bonus!)

Grooming appointment Confirmed for 7am , no one showed up until 8:15. Had to wait in stiflingly hot store for one and a half hours. Since store doesn't open until 9am I guess they don't put air conditioner on until then?

Horrible way of keeping the fish healthy and kept in small tanks. ????

After a week away I got my pup back in one piece and seemingly good spirits. I wasnt able to see the exact location where he'd stay but the model unit seemed big enough. Picked him up and he was washed and smelled great.

Me and my family went and got our first family pet which was a hamster last week. The associate named Ryan was very informative and helpful with our decision and purchase. I was very pleased and so was my child. I would highly recommend PetSmart

Their pets hotel is managed and decorated like a local place. So inviting.

Michael (manager of store today ) Doesn't want to work or has issue ,he was arguing with me in regards a price. He didn't want to check the price on it and double charge me. As a manager he has to have more knowledgement of items and have a better attitude with customers.

We were squeeze in to see doctor. Pug has broken nail from the root. Has to be sedated to remove. Prescribed antibiotics and pills for pain.
