Staff was very compassionate with what turned out to be a challenging event. The doctor and crew were most helpful to me, my fur baby and my family that arrived for support. Stephanie was particularly helpful with aftercare information. The facility has ramps and use of updated technology that make logistics less stressful when there is a sense of urgency. Highly recommend this outfit however there may be a bit of a wait due to the high volume of customers.

Dr. Willis is an excellent vet. The techs and assistants are very warm and kind as well. I have been taking my pets here since 2006 and I feel they have always received the attention needed.

VCA is always great. They do a great job with both our dogs ???? ????! I gave them 4 out of 5 because there is 1 person in their office who is a little curt but most of them are very nice, patient and helpful. I chose to ignore that person because my experience with the rest of the staff and the veterinarians has been so wonderful!

The staff at VCA Valley always takes great care of my pets whenever I bring them in. I really like their current process, which is to call when you arrive and they come out and bring your pet inside for their appointment. This is convenient especially for the standard annual wellness checkup type visit. Services can be a bit pricey but I recently got pet insurance through work which helps offset the cost. I have had particularly pleasant experiences with Dr. DeRico and Dr. Funaro.

This place genuinely cares about the wellbeing of my dog and takes great care of her. I am always blown away with the sheer volume of clients they are able to treat. Wait times are variable but I have never had a vet with so much availability. They have competent, friendly staff who are clearly stretched a little thin during this difficult time. Biggest downside is that it can be a little costly but I am not sure the competition would be that much cheaper anyway.

I called Valley VCA hospital because my dog is a patient of the Vernon VCA And has an emergency situation but Vernon was booked up. Upon calling The Valley VCA hospital I was told I had to wait four days for an appointment to get an exam after which I had to wait additional time for the appointment to take care of his emergency I feel this is unprofessional unreliable and I would not recommend anyone to go to this particular VCA others are good this particular one lacks compassion They seem to be only after the money.

Horrible customer service. Called on behalf of a friend to provide requested information regarding a pet. They became accusative on not being able to provide information. I wasn't asking for information, I was trying to provide information for a friend that you requested. Anyhow, way better customer service needed without insulting a helping hand.

They are a very good dog kennel and take care of your pets. A little expensive but worth it.

A month ago, my pet and I were refused care because of respiratory illness. My pet was left outside, as requested on their door. I was told this location was not an emergency hospital. On their website it states they offer emergency services and I was not even offered an appointment. There was 1 person in the waiting room. This situation made me feel very upset because I genuinely thought my pets and I had a good place to come to for their care. The vets and the environment is great. It's unfortunate that I feel I can no longer bring my pets here for care, because if my pet is sick, and I'm being refused service, then why bother at all?

Would not recommend. My wife brought her dying cat here last month. The cat's condition was obvious. Instead of being up front with my wife, they recommended a battery of tests and lab work without discussing the cost. Attempted to cancel lab work based on cost and cats condition. Staff was rude and unwilling to listen. Cat was dead a day later. They charge twice as much as other vets for the same work. They prey on people that are in a bad state of mind with their pets dying and get them to sign off on unnecessary, expensive work. Shameful.

Pretty good place. We've used them for 25 years. Caring staff. Not cheap though. Good COVID solution... you stay in your car while the take care of your pet.

We just lost our 13 y/o fur baby and to receive a sympathy card was unexpected. They were always wonderful to our fur baby and the whole staff signed the card. It still hurts but knowing that he made an impression on these people who see all kinds of animals and they remember makes my heart glow. Thank you

I had a very stressful experience with this facility. In the thick of the pandemic I had to make an appointment for my dog due to a worsening skin condition. Money is very tight right now, all things considered so I asked before hand what the cost would be for the wellness exam. The receptionist in formed me that because it was my first time visiting the animal hospital, I was eligible for the free first exam coupon, available on the companies website. I was ecstatic because that would be a great help and I booked the appointment. Upon arrival, everything was great, they took my dog in and assured me that they would call me to go over all cost before administering any treatment (which they did). While waiting I searched for the coupon code and could not locate it on the website. I asked a couple of people from the hospital if they could assist and they all said they could not. I then found a number for the corporate office In California and was put through to Marie, head of marketing. She requested that they honor the coupon without the code because the offer still shows up on the company website. That would have brought my bill from $370 to about $290. The hospital refused. This experience has added stress to an already stressful situation. I will not be returning to this clinic.
