Excellent veterinary care. Dr. Marotta is absolutely amazing! He genuinely cares and is always so thorough when answering any of our questions or concerns. It is crucial for us to have a doctor we can trust and work with closely. We have a 16 year old doggie that requires quite a bit of attention and Dr. Marotta is always so kind and patient with our girl. We are so incredibly grateful to have Dr. Marotta as our vet.

Incredibly professional, compassionate and advanced in their knowledge on advancements in veterinary care. I switched to them after being disappointed with three different vets, mostly because of how select clinics belittle pet owners. Yes they are pricey but they try their best not to have you do unnecessary testing, etc. unless warranted. The support staff really makes this place run and the vets are not shy about calling you in the evening, whenever they have their first chance to call. The vet techs get to know your animals well and love them as much as you do. They are also an incredibly bright group. Highly recommend this place.

Have always gotten good service from them and the staff is friendly with my pet. Things are wonderful when I’m able to get an appointment, but they’re not great on operating on other people’s schedules even with respectable notice in advance. Had a time-sensitive need for an updated digital copy of my pets records and called them to inform them such. They told me it would be 24-48 hours for it to be sent to my email. 72 hours later I did not have it, and I tried to call but they’re closed for a Friday holiday before a weekend… during which they’re also closed. I needed the records on that Sunday, 5 full days after my request. 3 full business days passed and all I’d needed was an email, but the staff was apparently unable. Disappointing. Only allows me to specify unresponsive at the 2 star mark otherwise I may have left 3.

Incredibly impressed with Countryside Vet! Went here for a second opinion on my 8 year old cat and ALL of the staff were so kind and caring. But the cherry on top was to get a call from one of the doctors late after hours on a Friday to go over the bloodwork results from the visit the day before! They truly care about you and your pet. I wouldn't have minded waiting until Monday to get the results, but for them to call and go over in detail everything means a lot and to ease my mind before a weekend.

Just acquired a 3yr old rescue Beagle and on day 2 we had a sick Beagle. Countryside was booked up, but Dr Jeff Santee checked her over for me. This is my Vet from now on.

Knowledgeable, caring staff that takes the time to know your dog with a comprehensive approach to their health. People should be so lucky with their health care to have a no rush wellness check up.

Had a 1230pm appt with them today withnour pooch, as their patient now for 2 yeas plus.., texted my arrival to 2 numbers that I was in the lot waiting, as SIGNS Dictated and STATED to do in lieu of Covid protocol...They never acknowledged us, AGAIN 1230 APT, THEY WALKED BY US 3 times too with a wave to solider and i in the lot. With that said I am sure they are great people and great veterinary, but I communicated as asked. Went into ask why, the lovely receptionist, was like I wasn't even scheduled, nor expecting us.. That they would try to fit me in.... I left.. Honest experience related here...

Lola has been a patient at Countryside for the last 11 years. The doctors and the assistants are friendly, compassion and knowledgeable. Excellent organization during Covid-19 time.

With the challenges that the Pandemic has put on this facility, they still manage to be as sweet and compassionate to our pets as well as Us. The Dr's. Come out to the Car and speak with us..they bring the pet in when we get there. Very Very Well Done.

Brought my dog in to investigate hoarse barking. Dr. Marotta did a very comprehensive exam and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, going over all the treatment options. Nothing about the appointment was rushed; we were there for about an hour while my dog was treated, and Dr. Marotta called me several times while I waited in the parking lot (pandemic protocol). I'm impressed with the quality of care and very happy with how seriously everyone took my concerns. Will continue to bring my dogs to Countryside!

Doctors and technician are good. I am giving them a 1 star because of the 2 receptionist (2 except the petite which was good) on my first day i was 15 mins late because of some issues i apologized and the receptionist has to show me in annoying way that she will send me inside asap because the next customer is coming. When i went inside few rooms were empty so (why do you have to show me that attitude then i was thinking). After few days i came back for medicines my puppy need so i came back. Again 1 of the tall receptionist assisted me. Asked me if i'm feeding my pup wet or dry so i said both and the other receptionist started giggling as if there is something funny in our serious conversation, the lady who is assisting me was giggling too but she was trying not to. I may have not understand the question well but is that how you guys attend to your customers, ?! I chose to come to your clinic because i've read all good reviews but i was so disappointed! I worked as a receptionist before and i know how you should be nice to customers and make them feel welcomed but you guys are ruining the image of the clinic. Your doctors are so nice but because of you 2 receptionists i decided to never ever go to this vet clinic anymore! Ever!

The doctors and technicians are knowledgeable and genuinely care about their patients. The front desk staff is very friendly and flexible with accommodating your schedule. The complimentary coffee and tea are a nice touch.

Love this place !!! Been going here for three years !!!! Sasha went yesterday for a check up and she was so happy leaving and her doctor ????‍⚕️ is the best !!!!!! Everyone there are so nice and professional,understanding and great!!!! ❤️????????

Dr. Santee did and outstanding job with my 11 yr old Shih-Poo. It was the first time an exam and injections were given and no sedation was necessary. That's a credit to Jeff and his staff for making my dog feel more comfortable and relaxed witj each visit. Thank you, Countryside.

Been coming here for a few years with multiple pets. They are caring and always get the job done. I enjoy coming here!
