I absolutely love this place!! Would recommend any day.. I brought my 6 week old kittens there the staff was so friendly and gentle with them (3) I wasn’t charged for anything just told to come back in 2 weeks (they were still too young) I came back and again friendly attentive and gentle.. I got their shots and we went about our way.. Thank You Catzablanca See you again

Great people and great experience with a sick cat.

Topless friendly appeared to be gentle and caring with my cat. The doctor however seem to be under the influence of something made me uneasy and of course difficult to trust her. I could be way off base, hopefully I am, I'll see when I go back.

Dr. Dupont is the best I trust her with my fur babies....she has brought one back from a very grim situation.

Great place to bring your Cat(s) for their health needs. Also offer specialized food and other products.

I purchased the cat's eye product last November, it was expensive, and I still have mice, they are no longer returning my phone calls or emails, do not purchase from this company, I was hoping the product would work.

Did a great job to help testing and grooming our long haired cat. Adjusted their plan to reduce the risk to our cat and actually charged less than the estimate!! Appreciate what they did greatly!

It's great having a vet that specializes in cats. They really care about the animals and have a depth of understanding that many general care vets lack. The staff is very friendly and reassuring to nervous cat parents.

Dr. Dupont and staff do an excellent job specializing in cats and an awesome job following up on them. They have helped our cats when we really needed the assistance. When you call, a person answers and the doctor and staff communicate with you.

I've taken my adopted kitty here for the last 2 years and found out that they really don't care about my kitty girl. I've told them several times about an itch she has that won't go away. Their response was expensive alergie tests that are as much as a car payment ($330). And forcefully shoving a pill down her throat. Additionally they have told me 2x now that a vet Dr will call me I'm regards to her treatment. The first time I waited almost a week before calling and speaking to a supervisor. This time is about the same time and I'm not going to continue to do business w them if they can't do their job correctly and care for my animal. I use to go out of my way to see them, not anymore. I'll take my kitty elsewhere where she is cared for and not be told she has to get shots every year when she doesn't, all just to make money.

Love this place. Staff is very friendly. Vets are very informative and thorough. Riley (one of their kitties) can help u fill out ur paperwork, lol. Love this place for my furbaby!

Catzablanca is wonderful! The staff is amazing and caring. Always so friendly, helpful and compassionate. My cat and I are very lucky to have found such an amazing team. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers! Would recommend them to anyone looking for a loving vet for their special friend!

Absolutely no stars. Two years after leaving them I am writing this review. It makes me sick that I subjected my two cats to their care for the better part of 10 years. Today they went for the second time to their new vet for their annual checkup and again were so much more relaxed. Interesting that my new vet gave them both their distemper and rabies last year and they are not due again for yet another two years. The vet even feels at their age of 13 that they should not have another distemper as they have had them all their lives. Catzablanca gave my cats shots every year! They never offered the 3-year option. They also always told me that one of my cats had seasonally allergies and would dig deep into to her ear (causing discomfort) to show me what was in it. They would treat the "infection" and have me come back. My new vet has checked her ears twice these past two years and does not have the same conclusion Catzablanca had. The last time I went, they extracted or tried to extract urine from my other cat (I could hear her crying) because they said she had a urinary infection. I showed the results to the new vet and she said it was not likely as the results were on the borderline. I do not know what Catzablanca's philosophy is, but what I do know is that they did NOT have the best interests of my cat's in mind. I went there thinking they must be great as they specialize in cats and came away with a very cautious and guarded feeling about them. When I called to have my records transferred, they told me there would be a cost of like 5-10 cents a page. I told them that was ridiculous and as my cats I had a right to their records. They then said they would send them via fax/email. I question how much they left out. Little did they know that I kept all of their checkup slips over the years and even the cat they said had horrible decay on her teeth does not. I would not subject any cat of mine ever again to these folks. I am saddened that I was duped for almost a decade by them.

Love these guys theyve been my cats go-to for 4 yrs now they are caring & love cats. You can find cheaper but you get what you pay for.

They did all they could for my little guy. But now his sister has blossomed into a very sweet girl. This hospital takes care of my baby girl. We are so closeby too!

I loved my first time here. I rescued a litter of kittens and they took them in! The staff was so helpful.they gave me a tour of the whole place. I liked the calming towel idea so much. Even better this is a BBU place. Thank you so much!
