Luis takes great care of our cat. He treats our cat like he's part of his family. Danielle is great with scheduling our appointment and they are both very caring and friendly!!

HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I switched from Wagging Tails to Wagz and Wigglez to groom my two Ragdoll cats in Feb2021 simply because Wagging Tails was booked for 5 months in advance. The groomer who did the mobile grooming for Wagging Tails to Wagz that day was Luis the owner Danielle's husband. I have a big male Ollie, and a small female Molly. In April2021 I started noticing Molly had a 3" X 7" swath of hair not growing back. To me it was obvious that the perfectly straight line of the 3" scalped area was the width of the clipper blades as it traveled right down Molly's spine. So, I called Danielle and let her know. I also sent her picture's. She acted completely dumfounded and said she's never seen that before. Keep in mind my cats had been getting groomed by Wagging Tails for over 5 years and neither cat ever had any issues. Over the last 3 months I've been exchanging polite texts back and forth with Danielle. NOTE: She lives in the same town as me, but neither her or Luis ever offered to come over and look. On May 20th I brought Molly to vets, and the vet agreed that Molly was 100% healthy and agreed that the hairless swath wad man-made. Meaning it most likely was caused by Molly's hair getting caught up in the clipper blades and ripped out follicles of hair. Obviously because that was the only area on her body that was butchered, then it most have been the angle of the clipper, the speed of the clippers or even clippers that weren't sharp enough. All that’s happened so far is I got stuck with a $125 vet bill. Yesterday was supposed to be another haircut that was confirmed by Danielle back in Feb2021. Nobody from Wagz and Wigglez showed up. Danielle obviously deleted my confirmed appointment even after everything I had been through. I sent her a text this morning and told her even though I had been still willing to do business with her, because she cancelled my apt., I was now very mad, and was going to post a bad review and hire another company. Within a minute or so she finally called me for the first time and started blaming me for writing long negative texts to her throughout the weeks we were trying to figure out what happened, which is a lie. My texts were detailed because she was acting like it was some big CSI mystery when it was obvious it was a BAD CUT! When you go back and read them, I was a perfect gentleman and very polite and willing to work with her. She said if I post a bad review, she's going to call her lawyer and sue me. I started laughing and said go ahead, sue me, and that’s when we started arguing and I finally told her I would never do business with someone like her again!!! To this day she has never apologized or admitted any responsibility of doing anything wrong. Instead she blames it on molly's "soft fur" and blows me off on yesterday confirmed appointment. NOTE: She did offer once to reimburse me for Molly’s cut, but as of today, I still haven’t received anything from her except a string of text messages with excuses that go back to March2021.

Wonderfully professional and caring pet grooming service. It's a pleasure to interact with Danielle; Luiz is amazing when it comes to trimming my 2 kitties' nails. With his kind and patient care, he has managed to turn nail trimming day into a 'spa day' for Reggie! Tootsie adores him!

We absolutely love Wagz and Wigglez! We’ve been using them for years now. Luis is so kind and gentle with our animals and Danielle is so accommodating and lovely to talk to on the phone! I wouldn’t use anyone else! My kitty has had horrible mats in the past and Luis expertly yet gently gets them off. The van is impeccably clean and well equipped as well. I highly recommend them, I wouldn’t use another mobile pet spa!

This grooming service is top-notch. It's so convenient to have your pet groomed in your driveway rather than putting them in the car. I have my cat groomed every 3 or 4 months because she will not allow me to brush her thoroughly. She stays soft and un-tangled with the help of Wagz and Wigglez. The nail clipping is also helpful as that is impossible for me to do. The sanitary trim helps her stay clean from the litter box, and the shampoo keeps her sleek for weeks.

Absolutely amazing job, my boy toby ???? had the biggest smile on his face after his bath and nails trim. Highly recommend. Thank you so much and can't wait for the next visit ????

All of our dogs love Luis (their tails start wagging as soon as he pulls in the driveway), he is kind and gentle with them and we highly recommend Wagz and Wigglez!!

Danielle is amazing too, best customer service ever. Price is reasonable and I don’t even need to leave the house! Thank you so much for your hard work!

Luis and Danielle are wonderful. Luis and Danielle are easy to work with and great at what they do. Luis truly loves his job and loves our dog. Our dog loves Luis as well. I wouldn’t trust handing my dog over to anyone but Luis! Danielle is so kind and accommodating. We had an emergency when our dog was sprayed by a skunk at night. Luis came out for a late night cleaning with a smile on his face. Once Luis was done, you would never know that our dog was sprayed by a skunk. We are so grateful. Luis and Danielle saved the day that night! We look forward to each grooming!

Louis is such an amazing groomer! He truly is the animal whisperer. Every time he comes to groom my cat I am just wowed by how he handles him and what a great job he does. Danielle is beyond helpful and accommodating - I can’t see myself using any grooming service besides theirs! Keep up the great work!!!

Luis takes great pride in his grooming!!! He is firm, yet very gentle with the dogs and cats. And he can handle even the most difficult cats, which is not an easy thing to do!!! I recommend him to anyone and everyone who asks for a great, reliable groomer!!!

Luis is the best dog groomer we’ve ever had! He always arrives on time for appointments; the van is clean and tidy; he takes the time to talk to my children who love his visits; and our eight-year-old dog, Sadie, always leaves the van looking and smelling wonderful. But most importantly, Luis is gentle and loving with Sadie, taking his time to make sure she’s comfortable. Danielle is also a pleasure over the phone—she always makes sure to get our appointment on the books, no matter how busy they are. ????????????????

Luis & Danielle are amazing people ..Luis has been grooming my Pomeranian for 10 years & she just loves him .. he is super kind & gentle with her & takes his time to make sure everything is perfect before he leaves her .. I would never use another groomer . He is always on time & Super Sweet .Danielle is so kind & both really go out for their way to make your grooming expeirience PERFECT !!!
