I had a great time. It was a beautiful experience. Everything was so clean and all the cat were really sweet.

This was my third time visiting the cat cafe. Every time is a new experience! I love meeting all the new cats and seeing all the ones that are happily adopted. It’s such a great place to visit! Highly recommend.

The vibe was stiff feeling, it would be nice to have a more homey feel/ more comfortable seating. You could only drink in one room- which is the room most of the cats were not in, and the way the rooms are set up it didnt make any sense. There were a couple of kids running around which the cats didn't seem to like nor did i as they had no boundary for socially distancing. It would be nice if there was a dedicated quiet hour with no kids. Overall it was something different/ kind of fun to do, but I don't think I would come back The staff is really friendly though, and the drinks are great! And they have some really cool gifts in the shop Also I love that most/all of the cats are adoptable

Cute, fun, a little pricey Took my kid here for an hour to play with the cats, she enjoyed it immensely. One hour of play was ~$26, so this was definitely a special occasion type of a visit.

The cats were playful and engaging, the staff was very professional and the coffee was great! We didn’t find a cat for “us” but we’ll keep looking.

Really liked my ginger tea. Too bad the cats were all sleeping during our whole stay! A bit disappointing, but, well, they’re cats! I needed to reschedule last-minute and they were very accommodating.

I’ve been to the Mew Haven cat cafe at least 30 times and every experience has been amazing. The Covid protocols are up to date and the staff are super careful to ensure that the guests and the cats are safe. The staff are always happy answer questions and make sure everyone knows and follows the rules. The drinks and food are very yummy and I always try to have something new each time I go. The cat lounge is always clean with plenty of toys for the cats to play with, beds, and toys. Litter boxes are clean (I’ve never noticed a smell or them being dirty). There is also seating to eat and enjoy your snacks and drinks. The cats are always friendly and I’m so glad they have a way to find happy homes while having visitors. I don’t mind ever going again to support the cats and the business. I highly suggest supporting this local business and taking a relaxing hour to hang out with some amazing cats!!! :)

So fun! My daughter loved the experience, cats were sweet and playful. I felt comfortable with their covid precautions, and there was enough space to keep people separate. Fun little trip!

If you love cats and want to support a place that cares for them, go visit! And, if you want to adopt a cat/cats, go visit! Option to buy food/drink, but not necessary. More fun to use the time to play and let the kittens and cats.

What a fun experience! We got to hang out with a bunch of cats and the coffee was a bonus!

the hour trip to new haven was worth it. The cats are lovable and super laid back. The staff heavily enforced strict Covid rules which made the experience feel very safe. They were also very straight forward and I would 100% visit again!

We had fun interacting with the cats. We even made a donation to the rescue. My only comment is that they should reduce the number of people to 8 as there were only 11 cats and not all were interacting, sleeping and didn’t always want petting. Just my thoughts. We did have fun otherwise.

Went to go meet kittys so I can adopt. I fell in love with 3 cats lol Hopefully my application is accepted. Fingers crossed! When we walked in they asked us to sanitize our hands and quickly went over the rules. After that we were free to use any of the toys provided by the cafe. The place was very clean and smelled nice. Didn’t get any allergies although there were 20 cats. I will come back to visit ! Thank you!

We are a cat loving family, my kids loved coming to the cat cafe, it was such an enjoyable evening!! The cafe was clean and comfortable, the person in charge was very friendly, and the cats were so fun to be with!! We had a wonderful time!

This is a really cute place the only thing that would make this place 5 star worthy is if you actually allowed to pick up the cats. It’s silly that you can’t. I’ve been to other cat cafes where you can and it makes way more enjoyable. Other than that it’s a fun place.
