When I called this place in a crying panic because I had no idea what I was doing, they handled me with understanding and patience. When we got there, the man taking my dog was beyond compassionate and I will be using them again.

They answered my call early in the a.m. and took us in as soon as we could get there....they came out to my car and with great respect they very gently lifted our poor boy Bubba from the car....the woman I spoke to on the phone, was wonderful, very very nice...their prices are really affordable, they have several options available....

As we all know, losing our best friend is difficult . This was my first time using Inserv for our pets cremation. All I have to say is I would never go anywhere else. The staff was caring and helped us throughout the whole service. They made it so much easier for us to handle the loss of our dog.

Spoke with multiple people to arrange bringing my pet I lost unexpectedly. Wonderful customer service from the front office to the gentlemen who took my pet goat. Thank you.

We appreciate your kindness and sympathy. Working with you eased a little bit of the pain from our loss and provided some closure along with a Beautiful memorial and p.s. the card made us cry. We will always have a little bit of Leon with us physically thanks to the service you provided.

JUST AWEFUL!! There are veterinarians who will NOT use this crematory at all!!! I have been told from a reliable veterinarian that they never use INSERV because they mess things up all the time. They mixed my dogs ashes up with another dogs ashes. I had this uneasy feeling that something was not right when all of the labels did not match. And who would look at that? Not most grieving pet owners. I did some detective work on my own and contacted the grieving dog owner and luckily found them in time before they memorialized the wrong ashes. Not one word from Inserv of apology

I was very disappointed for 165 bucks there were no dates of when my pet passed!! I got his ashes in a tin can made in Thailand and his Paw print with nothing on it disgusted!!!

I've never been there personally but they took care of everything with my two pets. Lost my beautiful Piggy Girl (my dog) October 2019 and they did such a beautiful job with the urn I picked out they even sent me a card. Lost one of my cat's my Digs this Feb unexpectedly and didn't have alot of money at the time. They still gave him a very beautiful little urn and paw print for a very reasonable price. Can't say anything but good things about them.

Despite calling them several times, they never bothered to call me back. I ended up using another service who was professional and attentive.

Very helpful during a most difficult time

We have been so pleased with Inserv. Frankie and his assistants have been extraordinarily reliable, compassionate, and friendly. Kim in the office has been so helpful, and very pleasant to work with. Inserv has found some really great people to make one of the least enjoyable aspects of our jobs in the veterinary field much easier, and they do so graciously.

Everyone is caring and understanding.

Amazing people to work with during what is one of the worst and saddest times in your life. Highly recommend them.

They are very compassionate people and the pricing is fair

They were very compassionate and understanding when assisting us with the final arrangements for our 12 1/2 year old English Bulldog that suddenly passed away. The handlers were respectful, the service was quick and reasonably priced.

The service from INSERV was excellent. They cremated my beloved dog Lucca. Service was fast and the package I received back from them was beyond my expectations.

Amazing place. Took very good care of everything we've ever needed for our passed fur babies. My little young pup who passed just recently, was put on a hold to get a necropsy. They made sure my boy was picked up from the crematorium sent to UCONN and then sent back to Inserv. Thank you to everything who helped coordinate getting my boy to and from UCONN this past October and working amazing wonders with Banfield to make sure this all happened and to also make sure he was still properly and individually cremated. THANK YOU!

Had to rate this place for their cremation services. Definitely they went above and beyond with the details of the individual cremation for my pet. I would highly recommend to use their services.

My vet gave them the wrong spelling of my kitty girl name my fault I'm sure. ..I called them they were so nice and are sending me a new certificate with the correct spelling. .....she totally understood how important it was to me....

I work at a veterinary office and wanted to comment on how great the staff at inserv is. They don’t have an easy job and yet they always come into the clinic friendly and with positive attitudes. Xavier the past two days has been phenomenal and I wanted him to be recognized!

I put my cat dusty to sleep dec 14 2018 at banfield in Bellingham and they use inserv for cremation. Its 4 months later and I still havent received his ashes.

Horrible, prior to putting my bearded dragon to sleep, I asked the vet technician if I could take him home so that I can make clay prints. She stated that the cremation services can make prints at no extra charge. I had one special request, I wanted all four of his prints on one piece of clay (each foot on one). The tech called Inserv to make sure it was possible before saying yes, once confirmed it could be done I agreed. One week later I go to get the remains and send prints. They printed one foot on four separate pieces of clay. I was very upset and called them, they told me they were confused about the request, but never bothered to pick up a phone and call me about what I wanted. Now I have the same print on four clay pieces, al they stated was they could give me my money back. It's not about the money and my pet is cremated, so there is no fixing this.

Sadly, the place I brought my cat to be cremated used THIS place! They put the WRONG name on my cat's cremation certificate and the remains are put in a TACKY, CHEAP, SCRATCHED UP, .5cent box made in CHINA!!! CHINA, the country that TORTURES AND BOIL CATS AND DOGS ALIVE BEFORE THEY SKIN THEM AND EAT THEM! MY furbaby's remains will NOT sit in this cheesy Chinese made GARBAGE! I can't wait to see how long it will take for the new certificate to be sent to me! The worst part is, I will ALWAYS wonder now IF it's REALLY MY cat's remains that were returned to me! IF you can't get the name correct, HOW can I be sure the remains are correct? That's right, I CAN'T! I have one elderly cat still, when he goes, I WILL NOT go back to the same place and allow this company to cremate MY furbaby!!!! NOW I know BETTER to ask WHO will do the actual cremation. It's bad enough my furbaby died, but to then be handed HER remains in a cheesy box from China with ANOTHER cat's name on it....grrrrrrr I literally cried the whole way home after this.

I just want to thank you for the beautiful box that my dog *kelsey lapierre* came home in. I could not be more pleased. She also arrived 3 days sooner than expected. Thank you so very much
