This was my first visit here to have my dog evaluated for laser therapy. Dr. Soucy was great. She was understanding and gentle with my old lady dog and explained everything thoroughly. I appreciated her honesty about the range of results possible with the therapy. The technicians were professional yet friendly and engaging. Tassie and I had an excellent experience!

Dr Dellamonica is fabulous. He is so kind to my dog and always works with me to find the best solution to help my dog feel better.

Everything you could want in a veterinary hospital. Professional and friendly.

I have rarely seen such a miserly business. We scheduled and due to Family Covid complications missed an initial appointment. Since that day we have received a flurry of letters asking that a $50.00 fee be paid for a missed appointment. It felt like a joke at first, because what kind of service business, particularly a local service business, has a model where they charge for a missed appointment due to Covid. This one does! What an unprofessional, low value waste.

Dr. Dellamonica is a saint and takes great care of my dogs! ????

There is absolutely no other veterinarian I would trust with my animals than Dr. Morna Pixton. Aside from her knowledge which is amazing, her care and bedside manner are absolutely the best. She's like part of our family.

All they want is money and they want money for offering no services whatsoever. If there is a cheaper (in the cheapskate sense of the word), less obviously focused on customer business in Guilford, it would still be a race to the bottom with Guilford Veterinary Hospital.

The doctors are very knowledgeable and professional. I never feel rushed. The wait time is usually minimal. I took my little dog in for a behavior analysis and I left with an almost 500 dollar bill. Guilford Vet is good but so expensive. I don’t think they care or realize that not everyone in Guilford is made of money. I wish they would offer a discount for rescued dogs.

Guilford Vet has been caring for our fur family of 3 for over 10 years now! Great staff, excellent doctors wouldn’t think of going anywhere else

Been a forever client and has never had an issue that the staff could not do. They are a very caring hospital and compassionate.

My tiny maltipoo had a skin infection under his eye. Dr. Pinot & a technician were so very gentle and patient when examining & treating him. The staff are all very caring & truly treat your pet with respect & understanding. Happy to report my little guys infection is healing.

The entire staff is excellent from reception to the doctors. They are caring and dedicated. They've taken great care of all my pets for many years, and I trust their expertise and care. From checkups to surgery, they have been excellent. Thank you Guilford Vet!

Dr Pixton has been out Vet for more than twenty years, there is no place else we would ever trust with our four legged babies.

Everyone is so nice! They take excellent care of my pets. And I can tell they genuinely care about the animals in their care. I would not dream of taking my fur babies anywhere else.

My dog had a very large cyst on her back near her tail and a smaller one that had ruptured. Shevwas scheduled quickly and both cysts were removed. That night! I needed to get help because she couldn't walk, the vet tech talked me through how to get her into the house. They called the next two mornings to see how she was doing. Their concern for my dog was very comforting. They also sent an estimate of what the surgery would be so there was no surprise when all was done.

My last toy poodle came here. He lived to be 17. When he was younger, he was attacked by a larger dog and needed emergency surgery. I brought him here to Dr. Ackles. She has since retired. My new TPoo pup comes here now. All the Vets are terrific. Dr. Anita Soucy recently did my new puppy’s spay and microchip surgery. It all went so smoothly. Everyone at the front desk is very nice. They sent me photos of Ginger before & after surgery which were so adorable and made me feel less nervous. With my discharge instructions and medicines there was a letter from my "dog" explaining the entire procedure from start to finish. I don't know of any other vet that does that. In my experience they are a notch above.

I have been going to Guilford Vet since I have had my dog, Captain who is 12/13 years old. The staff is always wonderful and very informative. My dog loves the vet and is never scared of the staff members. We love Dr.Deangelo she’s wonderful! Everyone is. I am very very happy with you guys and will continue to bring future pets there.

I have used Guilford Veterinary Hospital since 1976 when I got my first dog. Prior to that my parents had used the same practice for our family dogs. We have always been completely satisfied with the care that our best friends received. All of the Doctors are very knowledgeable but I always liked to have the ability to have the same Doctor follow my dogs and this is easy to do with this practice. The Vet Techs are also well skilled and handle the clients with ease. (Both human and canine)! I would highly recommend this practice!

I like Guilford veterinary very much but I do think they are very expensive.

All people with whom I came in contact were polite, helpful and friendly. The doctor was helpfuil and good with my pet. She explained the disease my cat had and how to manage his continuing health.

The staff are so caring, professional and attentive to detail that my dog loves going to the vet!

I am sad to write this review, I really like taking my two rescue pups there, but this time I am disappointed of their work, my little pup has some issues around his face, he had some surgery of an infection as I was told , looks like he went through some trauma before we had him, so he wouldn’t let anyone touch his face area to clean or cut his fur, so my husband and I specifically ask them to shave his face hair, they said ok and they had to sedated him to do that and also when the dr. Called me she said he will have to be sedated whenever he need a face hair cut, but when I saw him that evening they only did one side of the face and left the other side as it is, he still have hair that keep getting in his mouth whenever he tried to eat or drink, and he now looks like his face dented the way they did their work. I am just very disappointed and felt like they didn’t listen to us, to put the poor guy through the sedation and come out to be looking like that especially when we both us. Just not happy this time.
