Good service from support staff. The doctors and techs really care about the pets and I feel like my pets are in great hands.

The visit was very good. Benji received good care and everyone was kind and considerate. BAH has a community reputation of being the most expensive but we like Dr Bogart. All of my neighbors go elsewhere for Vet care because of this expense factor.

One of the few USDA certified Vets in the area. My cat needed an int. travel certificate. Great go my cat liked it. The nail clipping is fantastic and a non-expected complimentary service. Thank you

I have a very sassy cat, Dr. Datner was amazing with him. He growled the whole time and continued with the exam and didn’t let the growling get to him. He answered every one of my questions, even if they were not the smartest of questions. He genuinely seemed to care. I do t have kids, so my cat is the closest thing to a child I have. He put my mind at ease and really made this difficult appointment easier. 10 out of 10 recommend Brookfield Animal Hospital, especially Dr. Datner

We just brought our Teddy bear hamster lady "Lucifer" there! Although we got sad news, I highly recommend this office for your pets medical care! They have been courteous, friendly and helpful as well as patient with all the questions and concerns I had. They followed the proper Covid procedures by having us wait in the car and I got to talk to the veterinarian over the phone!

For some of us, our pets are beloved members of our families. That's why I am deeply troubled by what happened at my first and only visit today at Brookfield Animal Hospital. After speaking with the tech before the visit with the veterinarian, the veterinarian Mixon came into the room and without speaking to me immediately vaccinated my pet. It happened so quickly that I thought he was actually examining her! I asked him what had he done when I saw the needle and he told me that he had given my pet a shot. He could tell that I was visibly upset and I questioned him about his actions, which he assumed I had approved without his speaking to me directly based on his conversation with the tech, NOT me. The tech and I had briefly discussed potential vaccines but no final decisions were made by me. As is customary with other reputable veterinarians, they come in and have introductory conversations with the pet parent ESPECIALLY for the first visit before they automatically start injecting pets with chemicals. I was not given an opportunity to ask questions about the necessity of the vaccine, its side effects or potential harm BEFORE he gave her the shot. It was extremely upsetting for me and it felt like both a violation of me and my pet. It should be noted that the vaccine in question was not a foundational vax that my pet needed immediately so there was no urgency necessitating him not speaking with me. Further, I was not offered a treatment plan, or any ongoing care recommendations for my pet, other than answers in response to direct questions. Needless to say I will NOT be returning. I am just praying that my pet is okay. A note to this practice is to make sure you get clear permission from pet parents before you administer any vaccinations or other procedures to pets - the same courtesy and dignity you would want if it was your own pet family member.

This hospital is fantastic. Whether it is a routine visit or an emergency situation, the doctors and staff and there for you. They've helped us when our older dog passed, and also when a new puppy was introduced to our house. I highly recommend Brookfield Animal Hospital for all of your vet needs!

The staff at Brookfield Animal Hospital are always incredibly professional & compassionate. Nowhere have we found folks who do such an amazing job of not only caring for our pets, but also defusing our nervousness & anxiety when a pet is ill or injured. There is nothing the staff needs to do, but to keep up the fantastic work you provide every day. Thank you so much for caring as much about our pets as we do.

My dog Rosie recently went in for a dental cleaning. It turned out she needed a couple of extractions. I was kept informed of everything and how she was doing. I was called the next day by Mike to see how she was coming along. The staff and doctors always go above and beyond. I am always happy with her care.

Trying to find a new vet post-pandemic pet adoption frenzy, was so hard! Brookfield Animal Hospital welcomed my boy with open arms! It was the ONLY place who would fit in my sick kitten same day and we were ???? thrilled with everything about them! They’re now our “mew” vet for all our fur babies!! Professional, amazingly caring and courteous, with totally reasonable charges. Who could ask for more?!

Attentive and nice staff, seemed like a good place to make a primary vet!

My dog went in for a routine teeth cleaning, knowing that there might be a potential extraction. The staff was super responsive and made me feel comfortable with everything - what to expect, possible outcomes, even checking in the next day to see how he was doing. I felt they were focused on my and my dog the whole time and they never rushed our interactions - that made me feel safe.

Very professional, caring, Our guinea pig Charcoal passed away and they took time to talk to me when I brought him to be cremated. When I picked up the ashes, I received a beautiful box and a heart stone with his paw prints.

Love everything about this place! Everyone is so caring!
