It was Serenity's first experience there. She was extremely happy and comfortable when they return her to me which means they treated her with love and respect. She looked amazing. I am Very happy with their service.

Michelle’s personal touch is such a wonderful groomer. I brought my Siberian forest cat here for his yearly shave. Many groomers won’t do cats but Michelle was happy to book an appointment right away when I called. One thing to know before coming here is that they’re cash only which I didn’t know so I had to run to an ATM, but it was worth it. My kitty came back smelling so good and felt so soft. I will definitely be recommending her services to others and continue coming here! THANK YOU????????????

Michelle used to be reliable and kind. Her service has declined... she rarely answers the phone and when she does, she’s rude. My most recent attempt while trying to book with her, she was rude and proceeded to tell me that no one wants to groom dogs anymore. I will not be back and my family has decided they will no longer bring their pets to Michelle either! Mobile pet grooming offers more flexibility and and kinder service.

1st time going to Michelle’s personal touch grooming. Michelle and her daughter are wonderful. I will definitely take my dogs here again! Price is reasonable and time was excellent. Thank you guys for making my Yorkie Teacups just the way I wanted!

Went to Michelle’s for the first time today with my 11 year old dog that has Cushings. They were extremely knowledgeable about her condition and treated her exactly as she needed. My girl came home happy and the cut fit everything she needed to help her symptoms. Happy to know I have a groomer in the area that not only cares about her needs but treats her the way she deserves! Thank you to the team at Michelle’s for treating my girl (Holly) so well!

My dog Lucy does not like to be left at any grooming places. When I return to pick her up after the grooming, she is always panting and anxious to be in my arms. But when I go to pick her up from Michelle's, she returns all calm. Their grooming is just the way I requested. I highly recommend them.

Michelle is the best cat groomer. She truly love all animals. She helped me out when I had a not so good pet sitter taking care of my cats when I was ill in the hospital for months. Michelle was so wonderful to my Willow who is a 24 years old little tiger (human years). She had to shaved her down but fur grew back in no time. Also she has groomed by very long hair Ragdoll Tucker another happy kitty thanks to Michelle! I will never go to another groomer with my cats she is so gifted with animals and has a heart of gold !!!

What kind of groomer acts first and asks permission later? I brought my 17 y.o. cat here for a lion cut only, with specific instructions Not to touch his paws. 5 minutes later I get a call demanding I pick up my "aggressive" cat - she was trying to trim his nails! I did not ask for this service and if I was told she was going to clip his nails, I would have said no! He has to live with painful matted fur for another week because of this. That'll show me not to trust anyone outside my usual groomer - even at a vet's recommendation. Please treat other people's cats with respect and mind their boundaries. You will not be seeing us again.

Terrible job! Not professional! Over charge me for nothing.. we ask for (not too short) and she cut it short and not straight.. omg..I don’t know what to do know.!! I wish I can post pictures here!

The BEST groomer. She is always happy and does a great job. We have a little shih tzu and she loves going there. She also does early morning so you can bring your dog early.

Michelle is amazing!!!! I have never met someone who cares about her animals as much as she does. She is very fairly priced, treats her animals wonderfully, works fast, and does an awesome job. She did a great job with Abby, who can be a handful during nail clipping, and she smelt and looked wonderful when I picked her up. I recommend her to everyone!

I brought my 6 month old Yorkie for his first grooming session today. I heard great things about Michelle so I knew my little Cash was in good hands. Cash is a very hyper puppy and I know from first hand how hard he is to handle. He won't let me put a collar on him without giving me a hard time so I was a little nervous of how he would behave. Although he didn't behave as well as he should have, Michelle did her best to clean him up and give him the cutest haircut. When I went to pick him up, he looked amazing and so much better than what I expected. She truly did an amazing job and I recommend her to anyone that has a new puppy who needs grooming. I want to take the time to truly thank you Michelle, especially for being to handle my little monster.

I was looking for a groomer for my 6mo old Shih Tzu and came across a wonderful review about Michelle's Personal Touch. So i decided to give her a call, and let me just say that just the conversation that Michelle and I had over the phone in reference to my little guy who looked like a "Mad Scientist" I knew she was the perfect person for the job. Micci aka the "Mad Scientist" was very,very matted, Michelle took her time and gave him such personal attention she is the best. Due to Micci being so matted he was very itchy after the grooming session with Michelle on Saturday Aug 15th she explained to me this is normal. Not only did she give him a soothing oatmeal bath she text me Sunday morning Aug 16th to find out how he was doing. OMG!!! let me just say no one has ever done that for me, my children, or any of my animals. I would recommend Michelle's services 10 thousands times over and over. We love you Michelle!!!!!!
