They were very good with my pet even though she can be difficult. Everyone was pleasant. A nice experience. I highly recommend Dr. Kerch and staff.

I loved it and my pet loved it. They are so kind. I went to a few vets and by far this one and the hospital in cheshire are the best. I will always go back. The staff were all so kind the dr. Really had a lot of patients with me expecially because i cant understand things very well sometimes and the receptionist even took the time to get my baby some water. Its great to have a special place to bring my pet so we are both comfortable

I was greeted by the assistant to the doctor and she was knowledgeable about every question I had,and Dr. Keech was great in his examination and what treatment he recommended and that all I had questions about he answered before I could ask,they actually took my female cat Cookie in as an emergency the same morning I called. Of everywhere I have brought her this place is beyond good,I would give 10 stars if possible. Thank you for your service I will recommend you to everyone who needs help with their pet. The Doctor and his team are very knowledgeable, polite and caring people. Moreover, doctor was able to answer all my questions that I have. In addition, I would definitely recommend this veterinary clinic to other people.

Our dog needed surgery on his mouth. They were excellent and provided very good care for him. I would recommend them to anyone in need of care.

Dr. Keech is brilliant, talented, and kind. Truly compassionate care here. He has done surgeries on many of my small animals in the past. I cant imagine how difficult it is to neuter a hamster, but he has done it! I will always come to him for my veterinary needs.

Excellent staff, Dr. Keech is great wuth animals and explains what your pet needs. My difficult to handle cat Bambi had to be examed due to cystitis. He got her treated inspite of her disapproval.

I did think that this was a good place. Until I ran into hard times due to a pet dying and then medical issues of my own. When I called on wed the 9/25 and requested for the first time ever that they see if they could help my pet out by looking at his eye that is swelling shut as we speak. I’ve had him and my previous pet there numerous times and always have paid at the time of service. So when I asked that they allow like to come in today and I could pay on Friday for his services. I did not think it would be too much of a issue seeing as how I’ve been a customer for years. Having spent thousands at their facility. But sadly I was not treated how you would think. I was told well bring him in in 2 days when you get paid. Even tho I again stated the severity and the speed at which it was progressing. So that is why I sadly must recommend that anyone taking the time to read these reviews must be a serious pet owner as myself. And as long as your rich then your fine coming here. But if your a single owner with no other support and if you may run into hard times. Then don’t come here expecting to build a relationship with this company. You’ll be turned away the first opportunity.

No-Compassion Care - Made me wait two days for appt. even when I said my dog was in pain and needed attention which resulted in my dog needing additional expensive treatment. Last year she recommended an $800 surgical procedure; when I balked, she did a much simpler procedure for $200. Recommends unnecessary testing. Very Rude, cold, and uncaring.

I've been bringing my dogs to Compassionate Care Veterinary Hospital since 2014 and have felt 100% satisfied in the quality of care my pets receive. Dr. Puskaric and staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

Brought all 4 of my dogs here for the past few years and everyone was amazing! Recently changed owners and now I need to find a new vet. The staff is unwelcoming and the office vibe doesn't have a good feeling. The vet that looked at my dogs didn't seem knowledgeable and she was unsure of the results she received from a biopsy and decided it was inconclusive.

BEWARE! NEW OWNER IS AWFUL!!! I was very happy with Dr.P but after the recent ownership change I would not recommend anyone to this office. They had me hold my dog while they took a sample from a small mass on his chest. The vet tech just stood there while I had to be the bad guy and hold my dog. The test results came back that everything was fine yet the office told me my dog needed surgery immediately to remove the mass. (It's was very tiny mass that ended up going away on its own!) When I said I couldn't afford the surgery right now tried making me feel guilty and said I could open a credit card. They also told me that my dog was allergic is chicken and had him on a RX dog food of rabbit. When he got into something and was sick I brought him in and was told to put him on a chicken and rice diet until he was feeling better. When I went to cancel my wellness plan I received a threatening voicemail that they will be taking me to small claims court.

Great experience at this Vet! Friendly staff, even Saturday hours. They have an awesome wellness program that covers vaccinations and office visits, lab work and even discount on my puppy's neutering, sorry Buckley. Will continue to use and I highly recommend them!

Great place to take your pets for shots or check ups. Veterinarian is nice and informative.
