Cathy who runs the training classes is a huge asset to this store. She is great and patient in controlling the chaos of a room full of puppies.

Their guppies killed off all my glow Danios, my rummy nose tetra, my rainbow fish. My Bettas. I know I should quarantine myself but I never have to with actual fish stores. I'm at a loss of so much much due to sick fish. Petsmart needs to Medicate new fish. Everything dies from here within a day or two

This store REALLY needs to mark their products better! I bought a dog bed that was on a shelf, with a tag that said $35. And was charged $50. Not cool people.

We got apple/cinnamon incredi bear treats and squeeky Kong tennis balls ???????? also thank you gentleman (not sure what his name was) for helping me find one filter to get our fish thru until some come in stock (I've been waiting almost 2 months)

Every time I've went in the employees have been rude. The store is pretty messy too. Not much in stock. Also strange they still require a mask. All in all, don't go here unless you want to leave unhappy.

Stopped in to get "Kylo Wren" a water bowl for my car. Kylo pulled a new squeaky toy personally off the shelf and carried it himself to the cashier.

Great service and wonderful employees that are very helpful. I ordered the wrong size gentle lead head collar for my dog. They were quick to get the correct size for me and make the exchange. I was out of there in no time at all!

I love this place, but I came in about 4 min early to get some emergency medicine for my cat and they closed the doors in my face. No a big deal to wait I guess. But I was hoping for more understanding and help. As I come all the time!!

Alexia was so helpful from the minute we walked in the store. Great customer service skills and knowledge on everything we ask her about the fish tanks. We are happy to say this is our new store we will not go back to the Lakewood pets mart the manager at that store had a attitude from the minute we walked in. Thank you again Alexia for the great experience you are definitely appreciated.
