Overall great experience. The staff was helpful with answering all of my questions and keeping me updated on my dogs for their week long stay.

Nice place where dogs can play together safely. Staff was super friendly to me and my dogs.

They are not good at working with dogs with anxiety or fear. My dog has been to many dog parks and has participated in other daycare programs, but she is fearful of new people and anxious in new places. I told the staff not to handle her on the interview day, but they held her down in order to let another dog sniff her. Of course this stressed her out more and she became reactive, which is very much unlike her. The facilities are small and loud. Would never recommend. Take your dog somewhere else.

I would like to say that I am highly disappointed in camp bow wow. We have been taking our dog here for some time now, and he loved it. Every time we would take him he was having so much fun. Over this last few months we have noticed some changes, we would periodically check the cameras and sometimes our dog would be no where to be seen and we would call the facility and they would say..” oh, he was out away for lunch.” And I caught them saying this a few times and there was a couple times when they lied because we didn’t pack him any food for some of his half days. So where was he? I also recently noticed that some of the staff member would shovel the dogs around with there feet if they seen something the dog was not suppose to do, my dog doesn’t respond well to being shoveled/kicked around. These employees are getting paid to do there job, so don’t be lazy. Also we’ve been getting complaints that our dog has been biting other dogs/people. We’ve asked a few times if we could see video of this happening and if they can describe more in depth about what exactly happened and they couldn’t provide us with enough reason or information. (Also this is very highly out of our dog character to bite others, he is a puppy and has a lot of energy, but not once has he ever bitten anybody. He also has a cat as a sibling and never once has “attacked” her.) we’ve also been arriving some days around 4/5 and they have all the dogs already put in there individual kennels so they can get ready to close, I understand that they have duties to do before they leave, but I also don’t pay for my dog to be sitting in a kennel for 2 hours. So I highly don’t recommend going here, I know some family and coworkers that have there pups attending camp bow wow that I will be making aware of this situation and advise them to not come here any longer. Hopefully they can make some changes.

Nice place. My wife cousin let their dogs in this camp. The dogs love the place, looks like they now that they go to play with other dogs. Awesome

The staff at Camp Bow Wow has always been so loving to my anxiety-ridden dog. I'm so happy that I've taken her there to work on socializing, etc. I also LOVE the live video stream in every play yard (including outside) so that owners can check on their furry campers at their own convenience. Thanks, Camp Bow Wow!

The Camp Bow Wow Team in Westminster is friendly, caring and always welcoming. Daisy loves spending the day at camp and comes home a tired pup. They offer daily enrichment activities which adds another level of engagement for your pup. The photos they share of those activities make my day and show how much they care!

I’ve taken my dog to other Camp Bow Wow locations but this one just seems like it’s super unorganized. I checked my dog in at 8am and looked for him on the cameras for about an hour before I decided to call and ask where he was. The lady said he was sitting in a cabin because there were too many dogs. WHAT?! I made a reservation…so for you to say you had too many dogs seems irresponsible. My dog had literally just gotten there and had no chance to meet or play before being put into a cabin. Also I’m not a fan that they even put dogs into cabins since we pay good money for them to play and be exhausted. I have a very energetic pup and he needs all the play time he can get. Overall, I won’t be going back to this location.

We love that we can watch our dog on the cameras - he has so much fun at camp! Would definitely recommend.

Great daycare. They cared enough to try both of the groups (large and small dogs) for our 40 lb pup because he didn't like the big dog group.

We will not be bring our Doggo back to Camp Bow Wow ever again. We've encountered more and more issues with this facility within the last few months, and today is the last straw. We have had issues where I've had to call into this facility while I'm at work because the employees can't be bothered to do their jobs and actually keep the dogs that have issues away from each other. Not only that he has come back several times VERY sick. They're suppose to be keeping up on vet visits ect but didn't even mark that my dog had been neutered for months. Several cases of kennel cough in my dog. Today was my last straw when I made a reservation and to my surprise at 8 am the whole facility was full. We have been bring our dog here for month several times a week religiously and they just won't get my money anymore. DONT BRING YOUR DOG HERE. DONT SUPPORT THEIR FACILITY.

We will not bring our pup back here ever. Our pup had been coming here for 3 months every week for daycare and we have had minor problems but this weekend was the last straw. My birthday was Sunday so we made a whole days worth of plans and I had made an online reservation for him on Saturday to be there almost the whole day because we didn't want him in the kennel all day at home. Much to my shock when we showed up at 11 and the facility was completely closed. Apparently they close down for 6 whole hours in the middle of the day on Sundays. I wish someone would have called or at the very least sent an automatic email to me on Saturday when I made the reservation to explain this. Because even if I had dropped him off earlier the majority of his day would have been spent in a kennel which why would I pay for that? When he can do that for free at home. I called the facility to discuss the matter and never even got a call back to apologize for lack of communication. Secondly, he threw up one day right after daycare and when I tried to call to see him something happened or if he ate something I also never received any communication back. Lastly a few weeks ago I came to pick up my pup and when the employee brought him out for some reason she decided against putting his own collar on him or his Prong collar. We put him on a Prong collar because he will pull until he chokes. So she brought him out on their flimsy collar and to no surprise he choked himself and threw up all on my shoes. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I would not recommend bringing your dog here. They advertise as having excellent staff who supervise dog-play and note all the cameras, so that you can periodically check in on your pup dog. I showed up for my interview last week and was put in a room where I could watch the "play rooms." It was a small room with what looked like 15 dogs and two handlers. I immediately noticed two dogs that were not getting along. In my short few minutes there, the handlers had to separate the dogs 2 or 3 times, because they kept getting into tiffs. I was thinking to myself "1. this is far too many dogs for one room and 2. why are they letting these two dogs stay out together?" A few moments later, a very intense fight broke out between the two dogs. Several other dogs jumped in too. The handlers couldn't break them apart, so they grabbed hoses and started spraying the dogs. That also didn't work. Next thing I know, I hear fog-horns going off and see multiple staff members running. I took that opportunity to walk out of the building with my dog. I will not be returning. Too many dogs and they were poorly supervised. It was incredibly scary to watch. I left with a racing heartbeat and shaking hands.

I’m going to start off by saying that my dog did not pass her interview(s) to get into doggie day camp. With that being said, I’m more than impressed with how the staff here handled all of her interviews to try to get her comfortable with the atmosphere. Each time they discussed with me what happened and why they stopped her interview when they did. They were patient and attentive to her and all of the dogs involved in the interview. I think they made wise choices each time and stopped it when it was still positive but showed signs of going down hill. Once my dog matures and little and gets a few more obedience classes under her belt maybe we’ll try again in the future. But I’d honestly say that the people who work here care for the dogs that they’re in charge of and I would trust them with my dog had she gotten in.

I like the fact that my dog is not in a cage all day and is socializing with other dogs. In addition, I appreciate their Web Cams so that I can check in on how she is doing.

The staff are always super friendly and attentive. They welcome my dog by name as soon as we walk in! If you’re going to be taking your pup to daycare often, I highly recommend buying a daycare package, and using the app to make reservations ahead of time — makes drop off and pick up so easy!

My dogs have a great time here, and I never worry about safety. I have watched them on the doggie cams and the attendants are always in control of the dogs. As soon as we pull up in front of Camp Bow Wow my dogs get excited. They just about drag me in the front door and then greet the staff with sloppy dog kisses, The dogs would not do that if they didn't love the staff and weren't well-treated. I also like the various forms of enrichment they do with the dogs, and the fact that I can take them on Saturday for day care.

Our pup loves her days at Camp Bow Wow. She is often trying to get to the front door and into camp as fast as possible. We love to watch her play with the other pups on the camera while we are stuck on work calls (this is a good stress reliever), and she is always excited to see the employees. When we get her home she is often ready for a really long nap. We highly recommend Camp Bow Wow and the team in Westminster.

Had an excellent day taking my dogs to the camp. I brought both dogs in for their interviews and left feeling great. The staff worked with me and my dogs to make sure we were both comfortable. They explain every step of the process and why it happens. This was reassuring for me as well. The ability to watch the interview process happen in real time is great as well. I left my dogs their for 4 hours and when I picked them up they were happy and tired. I would fully recommend this Camp Bow Wow location as it exceeded all my expectations.

The staff here truly care about the dogs who attend "camp." My dog has a blast and gets to switch between inside and outside throughout the day. The staff remember him (even though he doesn't come in all that often), and they get him to be relaxed and playful. The best part about Camp Bowwow is their webcam option - you can watch your pup and see what they're up to throughout the day.

This was our 2nd time through for our dog, Ember. I will admit I was frustrated the first time when she didn't "Pass" but this time I brought back-up in the form of my husband and our usual car. She didn't do so well in the Large dog room but she was given a 2nd chance in the little room (>40 Lbs.) and she did pass that one! I am forever grateful and relieved that you have such a "rigorous" screening system. I assumed she would have passed the first time. But since she didn't I can be assured that ANY dog you let in, will have passed the same standards as my pup!

Been bringing my pup here for a few weeks. Service and facility are EXCELLENT. Clean space, friendly and professional staff. They take good care of my baby! The ONLY reason I took away one star is because during rush times, it can take over 20 minutes for them to get my dog when I'm picking him up. That's a little too much time to be waiting but I can be patient since they treat him so well. Just be prepared to wait between the times of 5:30-6:30pm on busy days.
