My family loves Veterinary Hospital Associates. The veterinarians and staff always give excellent care and advice, and they listen and respond to any concerns I have. They are the BEST!.

Dr Bridgmon is always great with my dogs. I appreciate it.

They are always so great with all of our animals. Very caring. Great place!

They need to stay open more cuz when ur dog needs his meds there closed and u can't pick up meds if u need to be closed at least keep 2 people there on Fridays and Saturdays so people can get there pets meds especially if there pet needs them real bad and there pet has epilepsy or some other sickness and the family can't pick them up cuz they work.

Back in the day when Dr. Martin O. owned this place it was all about the Animals now the new owners are all about $$$. notice how when the Dr. says i'll be back with the estimate they send it back in with the vet. tech because the doc can't look you in the face.

A little pricey but its worth it. They do a good job .

We were treated well. Riley came thru procedure well and the doctor did a hood job explaining it and care to give him anf what to watch for if any problem might arise.

Trust this Veterinary group. my pets are always treated with compassion.

Veterinary shortage is very hard to adjust to and still not able to go in with your pet is still a big negative. I want to meet the vet who’s caring for my pet. That being said, their staff is friendly and wonderful!

took my pet in for his shots & have his ear treated and then he started get bumps under hair & hair falling out staff says its nothing that he got there...hmmm never had it before didn't notate his chart til jul 1st when I called back & now they can't get him in til October??? not going back there again

Had a emergency with my dog. Called and even though we have been going to them for over 20 years they couldn't see my dog. Told me to find another vet or take her 50 miles away to emergency care. Will not take my animals to them again. Pathetic

I have been calling since they “opened” at 8 am and the phone just rings. No one answers but the phone does eventually just drop the call. I will update this review if I ever get someone on the line. This is happening on Saturday and I started calling at 8am it is currently 815 with back to back calling.

Just called for emergency services but they were kind enough to refer me out. Be advised if you're looking for a veterinarian they're very full on clients.

It's says they're open but they just hang up on you when you call

We have been taking our cat to this place to get some procedures done the last 3 times we been there they were happy to do this and now there is new owners there I wish that when my wife called them that they can say that they do not this procedure anymore but my took our cat there today and after 40 minutes in our car in 95 degree temperature calls my wife and said that they can’t do this procedure if there was better communication on the phone we would take her somewhere else the lack of communication they were not professional about this at all very disappointed.

Kirby goes every week for fluids IV. I have been going to your vet for the last three years. His care by your staff has extended his life span, thank you

The staff is so supportive and friendly. My questions were answered and I have complete trust in their care for my pets!

They are the best in Pueblo. Always very helpful and reliable with my dogs. Wouldn’t trust anyone else.

They aren't open Friday through Sunday only days I'm off work and now my dog has to suffer because I can't fill his script. They said he could die if he doesn't have it but they don't seem to care. I have to take a day off work so he doesn't suffer long. They should have some one to fill scripts and answer phones.I'm looking for a new vet and so should you! They don't care about your pets. 0 stars

Moved to another clinic bc the website says Sat 8-12 and NOT every other Sat as the tech informed me. Had a recent emergency and couldn't reach them

This place is a rip off and they slammed the door in my face and locked it when my dog had just got hit by a car

During this pandemic it took a while, as in almost an hour, but the dogs got nice treatment.

Really unprofessional company, watch me end up on the do not service list because they are really that unprofessional to refuse to service anyone who thinks they aren’t helping out with their unnecessary treatments to our pets for illness’s they don’t have... who pays for services they don’t need... come on now why ask people if they need shots they didn’t ask you for?! Why do we have to pay more when the dr give my dogs shots then when the tech is giving the shot and Why do you have techs giving shots if only a vet can legally do that?! So many questions thanks you guys! Our new vet is incredible save me over $500 on favn blood work alone smh this place will rob you if you know what you should be paying, check out the human society if you really need help with a vet they are point you in the right direction. Veterinary Hospital Associates will offer finance your visit and you’ll be paying for years!
