Heritage Pet Parker, Colorado

We have been coming to Heritage Pet for at least 10 years. Brandi is our groomer and has been working with our dogs for at least the last 5 years+. She has been wonderful with our dogs and catered to each of their needs. Scheduling is easy and we book ahead for the year, which is great! Our dogs have always looked fantastic when we pick them up. We have also used their day care services after grooming and it is a positive experience. I will highly recommend Heritage Pet for any type of grooming. They are personable and professional. We love them!

Had a great grooming visit with Alyssa for my 12yo Springer Spaniel and 5yo Brittany. I explained the type of grooming/cut, as it’s not breed standard. Alyssa did a nice job following what I asked for and presented two good-looking pups after their grooming. Reasonably priced. Recommend using Heritage pet for grooming and boarding.

My puppies always come back looking so spiffy! Kasey does such a fantastic job with my boys. Oliver is a very feisty 5lb maltipoo who has had to have 3 people hold him down, lol. Charles is a 18lb chubby cavapoo who is timid and shy. I love how well they are taken care off. They NEVER come back with cuts and I NEVER have seen my animals get aggressive, which would tell they had a bad experience. We have referred our neighbors to them as well

Usually we use Sunshine Dog Ranch, but they were full. With a death in the family, I was desperate for my dogs to get boarded and Heritage Pet saved the day- or so I thought. Not only was this place DOUBLE the price of our regular boarders, but 2 out of 3 of our dogs have been diagnosed with kennel cough within 24 hours of being home. Highly disappointed. I hope the facility gets a thorough scrub down to avoid future outbreaks. :( A positive-- their staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Best day care ever-personable staff

Anne has been grooming Sophie my miniature schnauzer since she was 10 weeks old. Does a terrific job treats her wonderfully!

We love bringing our pup to Heritage Pet. He has an amazing time. The staff is very on their game and know their breeds for grooming. He has a wonderful time playing and is always worn out when he gets home.

Wonderful staff, they are all so friendly and helpful and they take the best care of my dog! The groomers always make my pup look amazing and their boarding/daycare is excellent as well. My dog always comes home happy!

Alyssa from Heritage Pet visited my residence today in a mobile grooming van to groom my dog. Not only did Alyssa do a fantastic job on my dog's bathing, haircut and nails, she communicated very clearly and took the time to understand what I wanted. Alyssa made some great suggestions and I'm sure my pup will be more comfortable outside this summer because of her expert grooming. To top it off, the fees for this mobile grooming were very reasonable. I highly recommend Alyssa/Heritage Pet.

Terrible place, ever since they changed ownership the manger there just stopped caring. Place looks terrible, then even when I call the phone just rings and girl that book the appointments on the phone are rude abs rarely answer. Me abs several of my friends are going to other groomers abs I’m recommending on Nextdoor app and other stuff like Facebook for people to stay clear away from this place until they want to start caring again and hopefully one day they will care abs fix it back

Our pups look amazing!! The staff here is extremely attentive and talented. Their love for animals is real.

Admittedly I’m not a fan of boarding in general. I left my Mastiff with them for a weekend and he came home depressed. I don’t think he got as much attention as he is used to and felt very lonely. (Mastiffs need a little extra love)

We LOVE Ms. Casey!!! She makes our little pup feel like a million bucks. We are so grateful to have a groomer we trust so much who always cares for our little guy so well. Merlin is a rescue dog who went through some trauma as a puppy, so it’s tough to win his trust. But he’s so at ease with Casey and is always excited to see her! Look how proud he is of his handsome haircut ♥️

We brought our 10 month old puppy here twice and both times we had issues. This is not our primary boarding facility, just a back up for when ours is booked. But we will not be returning. The first time we brought him, it was a two night stay, upon pick up, they threw in an additional Charge, and when asked why, they said it was because he was there for passed his pick up time, however, NO ONE ever told us we had to be there by a certain time to pick up. Our primary boarding facility has always had clear communication with us. Second time was this weekend. Our initial plan was to board our puppy for one night, July 2nd and pick up July 3rd. However we decided to extend our plans to July 4th. My husband confirmed at the time of drop off that our dog would be there from July 2nd to July 4th. We also called again on July 3rd to confirm his additional night stay because of the confusion we had before with this facility. So twice we talked to the kennel about our pick up. On July 4th, we came to her our dog at 11am so that we would not be charge for a half day of daycare. When we got there, no one would answer the phone, the door was locked, and the open sign was off. We called and called repeatedly, with no answer. Finally after knocking on a side door. Someone told us we weren’t allowed to pick our dog up because it was a holiday and they’re closed. We had to fight with them to get our dog, after multiple times confirming the date we were picking up our puppy. Being closed on a holiday is fine, but no one ever told us this. And they had multiple chances to say so when we confirmed a pick up date of July 4th more than once. Communication and customer service at this facility is terrible!

I would not recommend this groomer. We had been going here for years. We have paid a ton of money to have our dogs groomed here. Brandi is wonderful and our dogs love her, she is the best in Parker. However, the management tried to make money off the pandemic. They wanted to charge $30 extra dollars per dog to get them in for a groom during the pandemic. I called the other day to see if we can get in (I heard they had stopped price gouging for the time being) and the manager said they were scheduled out until April. Ha. Also that they had 600, yes 600, clients on their waiting list. This company used to be amazing. When it was purchased by new management, they have price gouged clients and are not the customer loving company they were before. I’d suggest going anywhere else. Anywhere.

We take our golden doodle here all the time for her grooming needs. They do a great job & have no complaints.

They do a very good job. I bring my Golden in and get him groomed every 6 months.

We love taking our pyppy here for daycare and boarding. Frank has been going here since he was just a few months old. Great communication and the staff truly cares about our furry friends! Highly recommend Heritage Pet!
