The self wash stations for dogs are without a doubt the best in the metro area. Separate rooms with plenty of space to bathe and dry your dog. Super reasonable price and they furnish everything you need - rubber apron, towel, flea comb, pin brush to get the loose fur out from underneath the coat, and shampoo. There are stairs to help your dog reach the tub and drying table. The tubs are nice and deep for minimal splashing and just the right height. They even give you a free wash after 10. And you can stock up on healthy treats, high end food, and supplies for any kind of housepet. I've been shopping and bathing all my dogs at Essential Pet since 2012 and I'm still coming back. Reasonable prices on the best quality pet foods and treats, too.

I take both of my dogs to get groomed by Sam and she does an amazing job every time! Both of my dogs come out perfect. Would highly recommend her!

I self wash my golden doodle. Wash and fluff dry. I have my own private room. And staff is very friendly!

If I could give negative stars I would. This place needs to be shut down. Self wash has mold everywhere. Stopped using that a couple of months agoWas in buying food today. Employees were complaining about a coworker having COVID and infecting everyone. No masks or COVID precautions anywhere I left without buying anything and went home and soaked myself in sanitizer

Our first time here using the self wash service. Our dogs were scared but the owner was great in getting us setup and trying to making two stinky skunked pups, to feel better. We will be back, hopefully minus the skunk smell!

We took our 6 month old Sheepadoodle Henry for grooming there today with Robin and we are so happy with how engaging she was with us and how well she treated Henry. We were very nervous about having him groomed at all as it was his first time and kinda a handful of energy but we are so glad we did. Thanks so much! See you again in 8 weeks!

My puppy and 10 year old dogs go here regularly. Always happy n comes clean. Staff are so good

1st place i have ever taken my doggo too for a nail trim normally i would do it myself. They were fast extremely tentative to my pooch great staff and great nail trimmer thank you again will be re visiting soon :)

Horrible response time. I was told someone would call and schedule. I have called several times and the same response has been given, that someone will call me back. No call backs. unsat. Moving on.

Dirty cluttered store. Very difficult to shop. Most items arent priced. Had to stand at the cashier station for 3 mins before I noticed ANY emplyees were even working. Poor experience. I'm surprised PACFA hasn't shut this place down yet.
