Can't begin to thank Dr. Knudson and staff enough for all the years of excellent care they provided my dog and my daughters dog. Kind, caring, and knowledgable. One can't ask for a better veterinarian. I moved and drove over 30 miles to give my precious pet the best care possible.

Was my first time here. My pup was sick and I needed to get her in quick. My usual vet was booked so I called and explained the situation. Even though they were full they had me bring her in as her situation could be serious. Not only were the very nice and knowledgeable but the capabilities with onsite blood lab and xrays were able to rule out anything life threatening. I am very thankful to have them in our neighborhood!

They are so amazing! And very reasonable in their pricing. The Dr's and staff are kind and warm. I highly recommend them!

Took my 7 month old kitty Journey for a checkup. He had been sneezing a lot and had a runny nose. The doctors and technicians were very knowledgeable and gentle when handling him and assured me that he didn't have anything serious. If you haven't picked a vet for your dog/cat/pet, this is the place for you!

I just want to start by thanking the staff here for their help and service and to let others that are in search of veterinary care know that this is a fantastic option for you. We had to make the decision to send one of our cats off on the voyage home today after a rapid loss in her quality of life. I had used another vet in the area that put a poor taste in my mouth and started calling around for alternatives. Many places said they were booked or were closed or just simply wanted me to wait or not help at all. I understand I'm not the only person in the world of course. However Coal Ridge not only got us in almost immediately they were extremally professional and empathetic . The quality of care, the professionalism and speed at which they ran tests and helped us make decisions was astounding. As hard as it was to let go, they made the process so much easier or stress free as compared to almost any other vet I have ever used.

The entire staff always treats us really well and sometimes bends over backwards to help us out. And the safety and wellness is always 1st with them.

Worst vet experience I’ve ever had. They wasted an hour of my morning, barely glanced at him, and gave no medical advice at all. I went here because my mother had a good experience with her dog, but they apparently don’t know how to handle cats. After sitting in the waiting room for 20 minutes after my appointment time while dog after dog came through and was helped, they finally found a room for us. My poor cat was stressed and scarred and he hissed at the vet. You’d think the owner Dr. Knudson had never seen an upset animal before. She barely interacted with him and immediately gave up on the exam. Then she offered me expensive tests without even giving me a medical opinion on if he needed them or not - just that they were available “if I wanted.” I pointed out that I’m not the vet, so I don’t know what he needs and she pointed out I hold the purse strings. What? After an hour I decided I would go and find a different vet. When I went into the office to let them know I was leaving I heard Dr. Knudson in the back room loudly complaining about me and my cat. He’s a normal cat! I strongly recommend never seeing this doctor for any animal, much less a cat.

I wanted to thank the staff at Coal Ridge Animal Hospital. Our beloved 16 year old dog Cali was dying and Dr. Knudson gave up her lunch hour to come to our house to put Cali to sleep. It was very peaceful for her, and we got to be with her. It was also very reasonably priced. Thank you so much. You don't know how much this meant to us. Thank you, Cassie Kearney

My dogs are not well behaved, friendly, or even remotely pleasant in a veterinary setting. I love that treatment rooms don’t force unpleasant interaction with other animals or owners. I love that vet staff listens to the owner and works around the “short comings” of the doggo. The prices? Well, let’s just say this… it doesn’t get more affordable or reasonable. Gold star to you folks, thank you for being there for us (even if Opal acted like a snot) we appreciate the attention to ALL of the details you provide our puppy and her family.

Great place to go when our furry friends are not them self's, a good and through exam. The staff was great, and know what to do and how to do it. This was my first experience with Coal Ridge Animal Hospital. It was a good visit, the staff was responsive and helpful. They examined and treated my pup nicely. He has some anxiety and sometimes needs a muzzle, they understood. It was a good visit to the pet Dr.! I'm looking forward to my pet, and I, building a relationship with this team.

I recently had to put down my dog It was very hard the staff was very nice and kept on asking if we need anything. but only down side is one of the staff members just kept calling my dog him after we said that she is a girl.
