Take my Yorkie here all the time to get groomed by Alicia and have never been displeased by the job she does.

I've ordered a cake here every year for my dog for the past 5 years now. I placed an order for my dog online 2 weeks in advanced. They usually call you to confirm the order and what you want on it the next day and they didn't. I called and whoever was on the phone asked for a 2nd opinion and said that my cake would be ready for pick up on the day that I had wanted to pick it up and this was TWO WEEKS before I needed to pick it up. Today is the day I was supposed to get it. I called in to ask what time I can come grab it and the man on the line said that due to something that happened in Colorado Springs they don't have it ready and can have it ready tomorrow. There was two weeks in between yet no communication or even a heads up. Thanks for nothing <3

I've been taking my dogs to this local Wag N' Wash for about a year now and each time the staff has been friendly and helpful and the facility has always clean. I would definitely recommend taking your K-9 for self-service washes.

We had the best time bathing our dog here. The staff took good care of us and it was well worth the price. We will definitely be back!

I’ve tried numerous groomers for my Goldendoodle and Wagon Wash provided superior quality, value and customer service. My dog’s cut was just perfect, and at a fair price. I especially like the option to have the dog’s nails done with a dremel tool. And total grooming time was less than 5 hours. I definitely recommend Wagon Wash.

Staff was beyond kind & helpful, facility was sparkling clean even at the end of the day (I was there on a Saturday, they had apparently been very busy all day). I was given a shower tote with shampoo, conditioner, wet brushes & dry brushes, two towels and a face towel. Tubs were the perfect height and easy to operate. Floor mats were provided & tubs had non-slip mats for the dog. Standard wash was $16 and it was worth every penny. We will be back!!

I was originally planning to leave a negative review because my grooming appointment has been cancelled multiple times now which was frustrating and made me feel like they didn’t care about their customers. However, this last time I decided to take them up on their offer to have one of their bathers do a bath and brush because even if my dog couldn’t get a trim they were still in desperate need of a bath. I ended up being impressed with how well of a job they did making me change my mind and wishing I had this done sooner! Due to past appointments being canceled on me it caused my dogs long hair to get several tangles and mats. When I got my dog back after the appointment all the matting was gone and his coat looked amazing. They also did the nails! The young girl let me know that she did an extra service free of charge to take care of my dogs dry skin since we haven’t been able to do our regular grooms and apologized for the inconvenience. She also informed us that there are been unavoidable incidents (didn’t say what) with more than one of their groomers, making their appointments very limited, so she was happy to at least be able to help with the matting and upkeep of the hair until I can resume my regular trimming appointments. Very impressed with the level of care that went into making sure my dogs needs were taken care of!

This was my first trip to a wag n wash and I was pleasantly surprised. Alicia was wonderful with my large dog. Cecile greated us quickly upon entering the store and both ladies, possibly sensing my nerves (first time bringing in my rescue) spent a little time loving him and reassuring me. They both took the time to be kind to me and my pup, and I am so grateful! Will absolutely be back to try more services next time! These two employees got this store a new longtime customer.

It used to be great until this year...we've been trying to schedule a grooming for our dog for the past 6months and they keep canceling on us on the scheduled day or sometime the day before (for some random and unverified reasons), this is the 4th time we're scheduling a session with them and 4th time being canceled...not professional at all

Manager was awesome and took care of my issue. That's why they get three stars and not one. Other than the manager it was a mediocre experience. I took my dog in for a nail trim. I was asked if it was a trim or with the drummel. I told the person taking my dog back that it's whatever they think he needs. My dog came out with the worst nail trim I've ever seen. Nails were splintered, flat edges with sharp corners. I was not pleased. Then when I brought it up the tech said she cut help my dog's nail health. Ummmm...that's not the correct answer. The manager looked at my dogs nails and knew what happened immediately. My dog went back a second time and a drummel was used. Manager was super kind and apologized and I went on my way. I'll just stick to getting my dogs nails trimmed at the dog wash place near my parents house when I go to Colorado Springs.

Great place to take larger dogs for bathing and self grooming. Good sized deep tubs and drying areas. Helpful staff. I was able to dry brush out with supplied grooming tools and get a lot of under coat and longer hair areas groomed out before her bath. Thanks for having an awesome self bath center for canines!

Love having a place to get the dog washed where I don't have to clean up after. Plus she loves going as she knows she gets a treat when it's done.

I received a call at 7 pm the night before my 9 am appt to cancel (the close at 7 and open at 9), despite a confirmation text earlier in the day. Things happen and they had a groomer out but did not call me back after speaking with them in the morning as I was supposed to be to offered another appointment time. When I did finally called back that afternoon again they were incredibly unaccommodating and the customer service was deplorable. Needless to say we dodged a bullet missing this grooming appointment.

Don't take your doodles here for a cut...

The staff here are always so friendly and welcoming. They are very attentive and will provide extra towels or anything else you need while bathing your pups! Lots of space between wash stalls for covid precautions. This is our go to spot for bath time.

Great little store with very friendly and helpful staff. They have a great rewards program too!

Not sure if I like it. My dog gets very anxious in not familiar places. I wanted to be with her while trimming her nails and I couldn't. She was shaking and I felt bad about her being scared.

The staff were great! I took my dog here and did the self wash. I wasn’t offered an apron so I did get wet quite a bit. And when I got home and over the next few days I had a bad reaction on my hands to the products I was given to use to clean my fur baby. So I will not be returning again!

They did a great job and and the price was more than reasonable

This location is great. It's easy to get in and out. Their self service wash tubs are equipped with everything you need. The staff are friendly with the dogs. They also use a rewards program which gives free washes or discounted merchandise. They save us from stinky pup all winter.

Nice place, Vincent enjoyed his bath. We'll be back
