Definitely seemed to really care about my dog's condition and had a plan of treatment for him.

First sold me an unnecessary medication then straight lost my puppy’s appointment for her rabies shots & now I had to cancel her first grooming appointment, no apology, no “sorry for the inconvenience” acted like it was my problem, whatever plenty of other vets in the area ????

I knew there was something wrong with my pup. He was acting strange. So I took my pup here 2 times and both times they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my dog. They took blood, put him on antibiotics and told me he has a heart murmur. A little after his second appointment my pup started puking a bunch out of nowhere so I freak and called Broadway Estate, it was after hours, and they pretty much told me that they would take blood and upcharge me a bunch because of the time I was calling, and changed her attitude towards me when I told her I cant afford an expensive emergency visit, especially when they had just taken blood. I ended up at CVSG. They treated my pup for pancreatitis and told me his heart rate was slightly elevated from the pain he was in. She only had to feel his stomach to know he either ate something that got lodged or he had pancreatitis. I dont understand what Broadway Estate was doing during my pup's visit in which they dont allow you in the building at all. I dont understand how they could miss a swollen stomach and would have given him antibiotics that were extremely harsh on his stomach. They almost killed my pup with their negligence. I would go somewhere else if you want to keep your best friend healthy and have a vet that truly cares about your pup.

I was a little nervous to stray away from the Banfield care we know and love, BUT his first appointment here was free and based on reviews we decided to give it a shot and I COULD NOT be happier with the experience. I went in with a whole list of questions and concerns. I went in a little nervous with a new puppy. Everything about the staff here is incredible. It felt like they were going above and beyond for us from the front desk staff being so patient with scheduling appointments to the staff taking care of our baby boy and answering my questions with patience and compassion. I said I was nervous about cleaning his ears and they gave me a full tutorial on how to do it and a little brochure and how to's to take home. 10/10 recommend this office. Thank you so much!

I made a appointment with them for my cat she is a inside cat and very very shy and 15 years old. I have been waiting to get her into a veterinary so that I can go in with her. I made the appointment and ask if I could go in they assured me that I could go in. I get to the business and he said they where very busy and I could not go in with her. Needless to say they lost a customer after 20 years with them. COVID-19 IS NO EXCUSES

For a Veterinary that should care about your pets they unfortunately don’t care. I took my dog that wasn’t feeling well. As I proceeded to tell them what was wrong at the end of it all they didn’t even bother to check my dog in any way and only prescribed a medication for him. My dog hasn’t gotten better. If you care about your pet I recommend you look else where for better pet care.

After using this vet for 10 years, we just got gouged $138 for a full exam when we brought 2 cats in for a leukemia vaccination. The vaccines were another $46. We never asked for the full exam,, they just tacked it on. I was told this when they asked for their money...before they would release our cats. Cats were seen by a "relief" doctor Kristal Miles, who likes to talk a lot giving you useless info, but doesn't listen. Dr. Mosher left a year ago.. Most of these good reviews are a year or so ago... I would have agreed with most of them. But in 2021, it's become something we no longer have trust in. Even after the poor experience we had with Dr. Miles, Dr. Trimble never called to apologize (the staff assured me they would tell him). This is not a place I can recommend. We won't be back.

We got our Cavapoo from AquaticDog and they recommended this place for the initial vet visit. The first visit went well! They were thorough and friendly. Due to covid I was not able to go inside but the vet called me while examining my dog and answered all my questions. They were upfront about fees and I thought their fees were fair. After the first visit I decided to stay w them!

Fast and friendly exam for my pup, it’s one of the rare places that I feel I can take my pup and not be sold a bunch of unneeded tests and procedures.

Last week we had to put down our 16 year old family dog. Broadway Estates was very kind, professional and compassionate during this process. Dr. May and McKauley were extremely caring and took the time to be sensitive to our needs. During this tricky time of Covid-19, they handled everything extremely well. Been seem them for years and will continue to do so with our other pet. Thank you!

Very caring and affordable. Staff are very patient with my rescue. She is a sweet German Shepherd that former vet would muzzle when she came in the door. These folks take the time to make friends with her and I really appreciate it.

The entire staff at this veterinary clinic are wonderful, with a special shout out to Dr. May. You'd be doing yourself a favor by taking your special little friend to this vet. A+++

When everyone else said our sick dog needed to be seen right away but couldn't get him in, Broadway Estates did and provided great communication, care, and compassion. Thank you!!

Charged me almost double what I was quoted..... We recently got our newest family member , George, who is a super sweet 3month old cockapoo. We were referred here and were looking for a long term veterinary family for our newest furry loved one. After first visit we were scheduling our 4 week follow up to keep up with the vaccine schedule. I asked the total and was quoted $45.00 for the 2 vaccines. I specifically asked " Is there a fee for the actual visit as well?" and was told " No fee for the visit since it is just a vaccine appointment. Total will be $45 for everything.". 4 weeks later I come back today to go the shots and charged $85. When I inquired about the situation the receptionist made me feel uncomfortable for asking and said it was the fee for the actual puppy visit. I explained I had asked about the fees before and the only effort to resolve the issue was " We gave you incorrect information". Showed no sign of caring to even resolve the issue. Then asked for a debit/credit card to pay after I again said I specifically had asked about the appointment fees. I have a business and employees and know how hard it is to find staff that are well trained but never would I make someone pay an incorrect fee especially without trying to show effort at all of resolving the issue. Actual Doctors are very sweet and kind but not worth the front desk staff they have there. Also have called in twice with questions and practically been hung up on because they were so busy they would they quickly answer a question and say "have a good day and thanks for calling!" Before i could respond. Literally happened 3 times in 1 phone call. Sadly, we will be looking for another clinic for our new loved one after this experience.
