I’m very upset that I brought my cat in for a tooth extraction at 8 am, got a 1:30 message that he was getting ready for surgery, then heard nothing. I worried all day and called at 3:15. I was told I had to reschedule because of complications with other surgeries. If I hadn’t called he would have been there even longer with no food in a cage all day scared for no reason. I’m so angry. Consider going to a place with more empathy for pets and pet owners.

They're simply the best. I was introduced to them when I was fostering for an organization, and now I bring my pets here after witnessing their excellent service. They're very responsive, kind, caring and professional.

I regularly bring my pets to Jasper and have been doing so for years. I alway feel warmly welcome by the staff and the veteranarians are truly expert in what they do. Dr. Space, who owns Jasper, always explains what might be wrong with one of my dogs and the varioius options for treatment. The other vets at Jasper are equally skillful, patient and willing to answer questions. There is no other veterinary service, as far as I'm concerned, than Jasper Animal Hospital.

Such a good vet. They work incredibly well with my pet and always take the time to explain everything.

The entire team is kind and knowledgeable, I've been bringing my pups here for years and they always go above and beyond for the pup and for you!:)

The trauma of getting our two cats to the vet(for both myself and the cats!) is completely gone once we enter Jasper Animal Hospital. All of the staff is responsive, gentle and knowledgeable. Dr. Space is the best veterinarian we have ever had. She is bright, professional, calm, and most importantly compassionate. She lays out all the options and allows you to decide rather than tells you what to do. I trust her with my most precious friend Scout.

Dr. Kovaleski is absolutely amazing! Our dog Chloe has been having a few health issues over the course of the last two years and Dr. Kovaleski has been amazing with listening to our concerns and figuring out what is going on with Chloe. When talking to Dr. Kovaleski you feel like she is really hearing what you are saying and that she truly cares about your dog. The staff at Jasper is also amazing! I would highly recommend Jasper Animal Hospital!

Miss Roo and Miss Shauni have been going to Jasper Animal Hospital since they were puppies. It is so reassuring to know that they are always in the BEST of hands there. Dr. Space not only gives them the best service and treatment and is so very knowledgeable, she and her staff also take great care of me every time we have been there by answering my questions and tending to any concerns. It's so important to have a vet and animal hospital you can take your pets to that you trust explicitly. I'm so very thankful we found them what is it 12-13 years ago and have never considered switching clinics. We love them and feel so good knowing Miss Roo, Miss Shauni and myself are in the best of care!

We love Jasper Animal Hospital, and take our cats there. The care is always great, the staff is friendly and compassionate. They communicate well, and their prices are very reasonable. We feel like our cats are in really good hands at Jasper!

Jasper Animal Hospital is a great place to care for your pet. We have used them for the past 4 years for our Shih Tzu and they have always been very professional and responsive to our needs. We highly recommend them.

We were please to see how well Johnathan the technician that worked with Dr. Space interacted with all our cats on our last visit. He is the same technician that had taken them into the office during Covid and it gave us a warm feeling that the person who interacted with them when we were not there took such good care of them.

I love Jasper Animal Hospital. Dr. Hanley is the best. She sits right down on the floor right next Cooper, my lab, to do her exam. She talks to him and is just as interactive with myself. The vet techs and front desk are also fabulous.

All around great experience. Very patient, went in with a 16 year-old & 1 year-old pup - managed both their personalities. Our senior pup was dropping weight pretty quickly, staff understood our concerns and gave us lots of different solutions. Pup is eating like a champ now!

My pets have been going here for over 17 years. Dr Space saved my dog when his stomach flipped from an obstruction. There was no time to transfer him. Luckily when the anesthesia went in, his stomach flipped back. She got the obstruction out, and stapled his stomach to the side wall so it wld never flip again. She has watched 3 other of my pets live long valuable lives and pass away. She is wonderful and has a great staff. Their price is great for the quality of loving care. Definitely consider Jasper Vetinarian Hospital if you are looking around for a great vet experience!! Real people who love animals!!

Our dog Lily always receives excellent care at Jasper. Dr. Space and all the other vets are great care-givers.

Update: 4/23/21 - We have been a customer here for 7 years. Since writing this review there was no response, and today they told me they don't want to see our dog any longer. Please - do NOT support a business like this. They must have been acquired by a conglomerate recently - it's terrible. This vet used to be great. It has changed hands and since then we almost never get the same vet (each works minimal days each week), they frequently up-charge services like teeth cleaning etc, and they don't do what you ask for. When we went to have our dog neutered they refused because the blood work came back with anomalies. After paying for multiple blood test that all had different results they agreed there were no issues. The visit after that they said our dog needed an $1100 tooth extraction, we never did it and our dog is fine, and our visit last year ended with yet another $550 estimate for deep teeth cleaning, while we left without the services we asked for. If you can't trust your vet's recommendations, you should go elsewhere, which is what we plan to do.

I've been bringing my dogs here for almost 20 years. The doctors come and go but the service and care has always been top notch.

From scheduling to close out Jasper performs at an exceptional level. The staff are always professional and courteous. The owner and personal vet for our pet (Dr. Space) is responsive, knowledgeable and compassionate. We highly recommend Jasper Animal Hospital to anyone looking for first class treatment for their pets.

Friends recommended Jasper Animal Hospital to us when we got a puppy a year ago. We've been very happy with the care they've shown our dog and we look forward to continuing to have them care for our dog Lola.
