Dr Buchholtz is thorough and personable. The tech, Meghan, keep our cat calm through out the exam, vaccinations and nail trim. Worth the drive from Denver.

This clinic exceeds all expectations for professionalism. As a vet tech and self professed crazy cat lady, if you are looking for quality, humane and fear-free care for your feline, this is the place to go. The quality of medicine is exceptional and the team is compassionate, informed and reliable. In my six years as a veterinary professional, I have never seen a facility that caters to feline patients like this one does.

Took in our Gracie Elizabeth got Excellent care would recommend to anyone who loves their cat. Thankful it's only a cat office. Quiet and peaceful in there. And a great Dr who is kind and you can tell she loves your cat

The staff here is beyond amazing! Canon, Meghan, and Dr. B were so extremely kind and helpful. My cat is terrified of new environments and strangers so he hid behind some things on the counter. Dr. B examined him right where he was hiding so he would be as comfortable as possible, and talked us through everything she was doing. Both my cats will be coming here well into the future!

Dr. Connolly was the greatest. Super zen environment for my sweet Slate. So happy my girl recommended The Cat Doctor to me.

As pretty much everyone has said, this was a wonderful experience for us (and a tolerable experience for our two cats!) Dr. Buchholtz, Canon, and Aimee were all great to work with. We appreciated that they took the time to explain everything they were doing as they went along, and to make us and our kitties as comfortable as possible with what they did at each step. Not only did that ease our minds about the health of our pets, but it also reinforced the fact that they clearly knew what they were doing and gave us more trust in them. It certainly helps that they are a cat-only practice. Pricing is on the higher side but still fair. We will definitely be coming back!

What a lovely veterinarian and technicians! Being a tech myself, I know what I want from a veterinary clinic and staff. I wanted to try going to a cat only clinic with my babies as I’d never been to one before and they were so beyond sweet. My poor baby vomited the minute we pulled into the parking lot, they immediately brought her in and cleaned her all up along with the carrier. Dr. B has been the only vet to diagnose my baby with pancreatitis and he’s 11!! He’s always been very lean and vomited frequently but never had a clear diagnosis previously. I’ve emailed with questions and always get prompt responses. I can’t thank you guys enough for being so sweet and caring!

I had a great experience at this clinic. Aimee the vet assistant handled my nervous boy with such care and patience. Dr Buchholtz gave a very thorough and detailed exam and explained everything to me as she went along. We never felt rushed, and even the waiting area (and Canon at the front desk) was warm and welcoming. There aren't enough good things I could say about this clinic.. Great staff, facilities designed for feline comfort, top-of-the-line medical technology, convenient Saturday hours, very reasonable pricing for the level of care you'll receive; I would absolutely recommend the Cat Doctor!

My cat has never been happier after a Vet visit then here. Everyone is so nice and friendly. They really do a great job.

We just moved to the area, so I brought my 9 year old cat in for a checkup to get him established with a local veterinarian. We had a great experience! I love that it's a cat-only practice, it was a very calm environment for my cat that minimized his stress and anxiety. I'm very happy with the care that Dr. Buchholtz and her vet techs provided. The exam was very thorough and well done. I'll be bringing him back for a dental cleaning in a few weeks. Thanks for the great care!

Amazing compassionate Dr B is super amazing, a cat whisper who know and understands cats. Out of the league vetenarian! There is no comparison! I have a pet pla. Through another vet, not naming, but Dr B will see my baby to help when regular vet doesn't help!

They are amazing with our fur baby

I brought my kitty here bc his ear was bothering him. I had such a difficult time getting this new carrier of ours into the car bc my cat is 22lbs.. I ended up being late, & I don't know who was rattled more - me or my cat! When I got there I barely got the carrier out of the car & part of it started to come apart with my cat inside of it - I was really freaking out, about to start crying & the man behind the desk inside the vet saw what was happening & ran outside to help me.. I was SO GRATEFUL..the staff there are SO incredibly nice. I couldn't believe it when one of them came into the room rt before we were ready to leave & put my carrier bk together & come to find out it had been put together wrong..they gladly fixed it for me, & then brought it & my kitty out to the car for me! The doctor there was so great with my cat, my cat àctually sat still for her when she put medication into his ear.. I can't figure out how she did that bc every night it's a major drama scene when I give him the medication! The prices at any vet are really high, but compared to the others this places prices were extremely reasonable. I could go on more, but probably I've made my point. The only thing that bugs me is that I'm almost positive that they think I'm the basket case & my cat was calmer than me! I will definitely take my other cat there when its time. Btw, my cats are seniors - they were really knowledgeable & my cat really seemed to calm down & take to them so well. At the end of the visit, they let you pick out a little toy for your kitty from a basket of toys they keep on the counter!

I decided to take our 12-ish year old kitty to this vet when he started acting a little weirder than his normal weirdness. He had been dropping muscle mass and some other stuff. She walked me through the entire exam and was very thorough and loving and caring with my boy. In his 12 years, I don’t think he’s ever been to a vet like this. I loved the experience so much, that it will be the place I take our 10 year old kitty for her checkups, too. The Cat Doctor was worth the 45 minute drive. I have good vets far closer to me, but she is an amazing vet!!!! Highly recommend!

As a new customer during the pandemic, I'm very impressed with their thorough professionalism and adaptation to social distancing. I was able to watching the cat exam from the comfort of my car while listening to the vet give informative play-by-play over the phone. The cost of a complete exam plus blood and urine tests was the same as I paid at another vet 2 years ago.

Best experience I've ever had with them. Friendly, knowledgeable, felt like a family friend, not a clinical cold environment for the kitties. Easy to get in within a short period of time. Highly recommend!

Wow my wife and I sure wish we were cats! Cannot praise the office staff and doctor enough. We have an 11 year old Snowshoe and an 18 year old Siamese and are recent transplants from Florida. In the 30+ years that we have owned cats, we have never encountered such a friendly, caring and knowledgeable vet (and office staff!). Our 18 year Siamese is deaf and has suffered with allergies for most of his adult life, no one seemed to be able to figure out the problem or provide him any relief, that is until we found Dr. B! Our Neko is now able to breathe and function normally and now gives our 11 year old snowshoe a run for his money! HIGHLY recommend The Cat Doctor for anyone's cat!

I found The Cat Doctor when my cat was very ill. I knew I wanted to find someone who could specialize to his specific needs, I asked two former vets we had already been to, and they both highly recommended Dr. Buchholtz. Every experience I've had here, whether my cat is doing well or not, the entire team has gone above and beyond for us. Canon and Amiee are always super helpful and friendly. Darby is always super gentle and kind to our cat baby. AND Dr. Buchholtz goes above and beyond to help aid my furry baby's specific needs by listening and offering advice, and even responding to my anxious emails after hours! I'm so thankful I've found a place like The Cat Doctor where I can feel confident in the care my little man receives as well as the care they show me! CHECK THEM OUT FOR SURE!

I would say this is the best cat vet around. The staff is amazing. They got my cat in right away handled the situation explained everything to me and was there again the second time I had to come back. They are reasonble and understanding. Im super happy I found a good vet for my cat. They are the best I think.

My sweet kitty Sylow and I were lucky to have found Dr. B and her team. My poor guy was unfortunately diagnosed with GI lymphoma and Dr. B was able to give him (and I) 15 great months post diagnosis. She was able to treat him with as minimal trips to the vet as possible. We will forever be grateful for the extra time and quality of life Dr. B was able to gift us.

This place is fantastic. The vet here really cares for cats and always makes sure to take as much time as needed with each one. The rest of the staff are always extremely kind and go out of their way to ensure each cat is cared for properly.

I brought my sisters cat here to get her spayed. There was a pretty traumatic incident prior to bringing her here when her litter mate got neutered and died from the anesthesia at the clinic he went to, so I was very hesitant and nervous to get her spayed in the first place. Darby was so kind and understanding from the check in (I cried like a baby) and Dr. Buchholtz sent me a message right away letting me know Evie was done and doing well! This is a great team of people and they did a great job making me feel more comfortable with the process! I appreciated the professionalism, understanding and communication they gave me!

Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, professional, & friendly. I had a curbside appointment today and they were very thorough and made me and my cat feel as ease and taken care of. They were very gentle and informative during my cats exam. Prices are very comparable to other places and even on the cheaper side. Highly recommend!

Dr. B and her staff are wonderful to work with and it's obvious that they are all passionate about caring for cats. Everyone is incredibly patient with kitties who get upset and are thoughtful enough to call and check in on them after any procedures or illness. Dr. Buccholtz and her team are honestly the biggest blessing when it comes to our cat Max. Although he is the sweetest cat at home, he turns into a monster at the vet. When he goes to The Cat Doctor they are able to keep him calm and really go abovr and beyond to avoid the small things that trigger a cats anxiety and fear. Their place is always clean and they offer services that are beneficial in solving your cats needs. Highly recommend her and her staff. Thank you all for everything you do for Max. They are kind and compassionate even when I made a mistake on my appointment time (it was totally my fault and they were so kind) They take good care of our kitty who isn’t so nice to them ???? thank you to the entire team for working so hard during this crazy Covid Curbside...
