Went out of their way to help me with my socially limited dog.

I've been going to TMVC for decades and can't say enough about the competent and caring care my cats have received from Dr. Valori who is an exceptional vet and person. I recommend her and this clinic to any pet owner.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I left feeling comfortable with the information I received for after care and what they did while he was there. And really budget friendly!

I came here (over 2 years ago-prior to Covid) due to all the positive comments I heard about Dr Valori. While she is okay, her staff is god awful. In a nutshell, here is why: No communication between Doctors and front staff. No communication with staff in general and clients. No records kept or updated-constantly have to reiterate why you called over and over. I haven’t been back in over a year and sent them emails to close our files and yet, I still get email and flyer “reminders” Extreme lack of empathy even in dire situations. Charges are ALWAYS incorrect and much higher than what they originally quoted. No return calls. No follow up calls. Sutures (staples) not removed correctly or left in all together. Incorrect medicinal dosages. And finally, front staff lies to clients. Please find a vet that won’t afflict this kind of turmoil in your life.

I have been a customer of TMVC since the eighties. I think they are the best vets in town. They have cured many of my sick animals when I thought there was no hope.

The front desk was nice and the building seemed up to date. we were bringing our puppy in for a pre surgery exam for spay that they insisted on and we had to wait 30 minutes to see the vet at the end of the day. when we finally got to see the vet, the whole process was odd and confusing. the vet came in and had no answers for questions, was quiet and gave us no direction or information on the surgery. She checked our pups heart and lungs and then just practically stood there the whole time. it wasuncomfortable. To say the least we will not be coming back. Update 11/21/2021 - I have literally unsubscribed from this place several times and have called. I still am getting text messages, mail and emails. It's a ridiculous reminder of this place. Over and over again.

I typically take my pet to a vet out of state but had an emergency and needed to go to a local vet. I had a great service! They were able to make room for me to be seen same day and took great care of my dog. I highly recommend and would come again.

I called in for advice, and was told the vet was out until the next week. I left a voicemail, and as promised my call was returned. I was offered advice over the phone and was able to make a decision. Thank you!

I like how respond they are to questions and how they explain the procedure being done. I also like how they are very accurate in the estimate of the office visit.

It was a positive experience I have been bringing my animals here for many years. They are always courteous and very helpful. I trust them here. Dr. Valori is a wonderful vet. She is top rate and so knowledgeable. It is a great animal hospital.

Dr Valori and everyone at the clinic have always treated our fur babies with the best care. They also treat us, as owners, well by accommodating our needs as well. They are the best.

The staff at Table Mountain Veterinary Clinic is absolutely great. My dog sees Dr. Krystal Robinson who is very kind and gentle. My dog is a rescue and very afraid of the vet - Dr. Robinson has been understanding and patient. I am so happy to have found her!

I trust them with my cat and dog. They extracted my cats gum diseased teeth. They give my dog shots and exams. I mean, sure I go take advantage of low cost spay neuter services, but it's not a vets fault they have to make it expensive. Vet school and overhead costs are expensive! Be nice to the technicians and the vets. Their jobs are very difficult!!

I did my initial visit with my pup, everything went amazing! A couple of weeks after my puppy gets sick and of course after researching the Google I freaked out all night, the morning after, I called them as soon as they opened and they were super helpful of the whole situation! Even as a walk in I had results and medicine faster than I expected and they very patiently talked me through out everything. Will definitely only be bringing my puppy here

Dr. Robinson was wonderful. She is not only a knowledgeable professional but a kind and caring person.

This place needs help with service! I'm a regular customer, the doctor said my dog needs to come in asap, I called to get her in and front desk person said don't come in we can't treat or help you at all. They wouldn't even call the doctor, and no doctor on call even when they are open. They just want me to go somewhere else. I've had 4 other animals with them. ???? The doctor ended up making it right. I guess just good front desk people are hard to find. In the end they did pretty good for us.

Note: this is an old review that apparently didn’t post right away. I have always had excellent care for my pets at Table Mountain. We have always received both excellent medical care as well as great advice and empathy regarding decisions about care for our furry family members. Dr. Valori and Genna and Tina are always ready to help. I recommend them to all of my friends. Thanks again for taking such good care of Olivia. Her teeth look great and her breath is fantastic! Update: latest visit on 09/07/21, we saw Dr. Morton on semi urgent basis. We got appointment the same day (thanks Kathy) saw the doctor promptly and got a plan of action started for our Olivia. This clinic always takes good care of us. We love Table Mountain Vet Clinic.

Table Mountain Veterinary Clinic is wonderful. The care that my older rescues receive is compassionate and all of the vets are knowledgeable and consult with each other if something is questionable. The cost is reasonable given how expensive vet care has become. And there is consideration for expense versus benefit. Up selling is minimal - and only from their email provider.

My dog hate shots so much that you can hear him crying from the reception area. But with this clinic, they allowed me to be with him and calm him. He didn't even know he received two shots and blood withdrawn. They also have vaccine discount days too. We were in and out of the apt super quick. Definitely recommend.
