Kong Company Golden, Colorado

awesome company. I love their pet toys. I work down the street from them and had a car accident, someone from Kong checked on me and when they saw I had a dog they gifted me a bag of toys. Was a really nice gesture, made my day a lot better. Thank you Kong!!

Employees are amazing to work with management is wonderful and the products are great! My dog loves them!!!!

Pretty disappointed though I have been a long time customer. Have submitted several requests for communication regarding a product that split in two less than a week after purchase. No response from the company :(

Very difficult to get a refund. Sent in receipt, thou already sent last week when initially requested, and asked for again. Seconds later, when adding receipt, page expired. "Carla" seems to want to lecture, rather then believe the customer. There were obvious flaws in both toys.I let her know I was throwing with my dog at time of punctures, she wrote back advising me to supervise my dog and told me they would not continue to refund. WHAT? As if I had requested any refund before from this company. Pictures sent. Very disapointing to be given the run around. A company I now choose to ignore in product lines, rather then continue with this run around game with Carla. I was told I could speak to product manager...get toy names again, though they have the pictures, receipt... Time is precious, so I am moving on to other companies.

Kong frisbee junk ....my Shepard had it ripped on one fetch

I contacted Kong Company about the large red Kong bone I bought for a dog. I sent pictures of the broken Kong. I was promised a new black Kong would be in the post. I have emailed them again and nothing, no reply. Extremely disappointed with this company. Customer service is useless. I will not be purchasing any more Kong products. Oh and I would give it ZERO stars. I just feel for the dog who has lost out.

Almost killed my Maverick. He chewed on this toy that was sworn to be good by this company for no more than 10 minutes . A small piece was dislodged, I had to pull it out of his throat. Never buy a toy that has several molded colors. I should file a lawsuit. It's made in China.

Really good online customer service. I had queries about washing kongs and got detailed replies explaining the whys and wherefores. I like the innovation, variety and quality of the products too.

p good i guess An edit: Management is awful. Clint and Joe do not know how to retain employees, and workers like it when you slowly take away everything that made the job bearable, right? A good place to work for maybe a week or two, because no one stays longer than that anyways. If you stay longer your job only gets harder. Not recommended.

This has been the highlight of my Colorado vacation. The behavioral specialist, Mark, was fantastic! He gave me so many training tips that I am anxious to try out.

Was Visiting our son in Colorado who attends Colorado school of Mines ,we are from California ,the people at Kong industries were very polite and gave us toys for our new rescue pitbull/Chinese Shar-Pei and since then we have bought nothing but their leashes and pet supplies thank you very much for a great experience

Best toys for dogs and cats.

I am certainly glad to see that people bring their dogs so maybe the lady that was walking the rottie mix "black and brown dog" today around 10:30 who was wearing a blue puffy coat with a white collar that let her dog poop over by the lake and did not pick it up was not an employee of Kong. She was with some other ladies, another lady had an all black dog and she cleaned up her dogs mess, I know because she was carrying it. They all headed back towards Kong. A lot of people take walks around that area, very rude and distasteful to leave your dogs poop especially when you are carrying a leash that has a dog poop bag holder, and to be so shameless as to do that right in front of a group of people walking with you. Wow. So as I said, hopefully a visitor and not an employee, if she is an employee I hope she gets a talking to. Gross, just gross, I hope you are embarrassed you nasty person. I guess the ladies walking with you didn't call you out on it, but I will, CLEAN UP YOUR DOGS POOP! I guess you can make a retractable leash with poop pag holder, but you can't make someone use it. Such is life Kong. ;)

I live about 30 minutes from the Golden, CO manufacturer and I went there today just to check out the facility. Jennifer was quite cordial, nice, and generous. Thank you for the samples☺
