Dr Kris is amazing. I learn something new every time I take my exotics there. It can be hard to get an appointment sometimes, but that is because they are good at what they do and the services they provide are extremely difficult to find. They even sent me a sympathy card when my lovebird died. Also, they rehab injured wildlife and have resident animals.

Apparently not accepting new clients. Never heard of a vet that doesn't want a new client. All my dog needs is an updated vaccination. Can't recommend them because you won't even be able to go. Don't bother, go somewhere else that will actually accept your business. Take your business to wheat ridge animal hospital apparently. Reply to comment: I did not go to wheat ridge. Not sure if that's true as I was able to find another vet the same day and schedule an appointment with them for that same Saturday (A Saturday nonetheless!). This vet treats exotic animals. Friendly staff and clean environment.

Love Dr. Chris. She and the Vet Tech Ann took great care of both of our dogs. Ann called the following day to see how both dogs were doing after getting vaccinated and the following day with test results.

They took the time to answer all of our questions, even though it meant our appointment stretched past quitting time. I feel like they really care about my pet.

Incredibly disappointed in this facility with repeated issues we will not ever go back. My dog was extremely sick and not himself and I took samples as they had requested and I was told they would review in house and send ou, but yet nobody gave me a call to let me know the results and I called 3 times just to have to show up on Monday after taking my dog to another facility after I already paid these people to get it done. Same thing happened when my dog needed his rabies shots they had a batch that went bad I wanted the 3 years shot I needed to get him set up right away so I took him to another facility and they proceeded to charge me still for the shot he didn't get. Granted they refunded this last time, but not the time before.

Our cats love going to the vet here! They are handled very well and we always feel prioritized when it comes to scheduling. The employees are great with communication and the appointment app makes everything so much easier!

Everything was great! It's so hard to find an avian vet, and even harder to find one you really like. And this is exactly what I found at GoldenView! The vet had a great "bedside" manner - treated both my bird and me very warmly and professionally. She took the time to answer all my (many!) questions, and did a thorough exam. I am so happy to have found such a great local resource.

I’ve had a couple visits to Goldenview for my pup. They’re really great with Moxie, have competitive prices and really respect my inability to pay for every single little recommendation and also my desire to find long-term holistic solutions rather than always going to medications for my dog. Really appreciate that they respect the way I want to do things and always give me great supplemental information. Appreciate them a lot

Took days get a call back about a ointment for my bird who said it would be ready the next day! Only to be told they couldn't help me with antibacterial ointment because they couldn't see him i tried to get an appointment but they said they were weeks out on an available date but I could bring him in if I paid extra for the visit , I'll find a different place to take my feathered friends place was kinda pricey anyway . it won’t let me reply to your response but I was charged over $300 to take off a toenail and waited two hours after you said he was ready I never complained because I understand that you guys are extremely busy , just wish you or a little more organized and more sympathetic to the needs of these animals , I can send photos, FaceTime , email a video my bird and I just needed some help and your office offered NONE.

We asked for a quote for a dental cleaning for two ferrets. We emphasized that the price is for two. They gave us a price that seemed fair. After the procedure we learned that the price they gave was for just one ferret, so essentially we had to pay double what we were expecting. We've had problems with this place before and stopped going. We only went this time because we were referred by our vet and we thought it was a good price. They haven't improved and we'll certainly not see them again.

I really liked this office at first, and was excited to have found a long term practice after only one try. Unfortunately, the administrative errors became intolerable. I’ll come back and update the problems some day, maybe, but in a little too aggravated to do it without severe bias today.

Changed my appointment time without telling me. I called ahead and gave them my previous vet's contact info AND filled out their online form but somehow they had ZERO information when I arrived. I had to stay in my car and call in which is fine except that it wasnt explained to me ahead of time so I got my poor cat in the carrier not realizing I had to call them first, to which they brought out a form I had to fill out before I would have to call AGAIN to answer an excessive amount of questions from the nurse which were also answered well before I arrived but somehow lost. A half hour after I put my cat in his carrier, I FINALLY hand him off. This service is wildly unacceptable. Why even have appointment if you're just going to arbitrarily change it? Why is there an online form if none of the information is kept? Why did you call me and ask for my previous vets information if you weren't going to use it to get any of his records? There is no reason a routine vet appointment should take over an hour! Literally no way. You cant expect animals to tolerate that. I feel guilty for bringing my cat here.

Dr. Kris and her staff continue to take exceptional care of all of my critters. Dr. Kris always takes time to explain whatever is going on and answers all of my questions.

I love this vet! When I moved back to CO with my tree frog, it was very difficult to find someone experienced and knowledgeable in and willing to see frogs, but I finally found GoldenView. The doctor was kind, professional, and knew exactly what she was talking about. They even went so far as to verify that my frogs enclosure was what he needed and I was thrilled to have such a wonderful experience. I recommend this vet to all my friends and family with animals, because chances are, they can help! If I could give 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend taking your pet to this vet, they rock!

Honey and I enjoyed our visit. Everyone there is so kind to Honey and I. Dr. Matt takes especially great care of my baby. I don't know how he does it, but Honey doesn't yelp when he gives her the immunizations. Thank you!
