Always took very good care of my cats

I recently found a kitten. Called every vet clinic near me. Golden Paws scheduled me in immediately where every other clinic was two weeks out or not taking new clients??? Very grateful and satisfied. I dropped Smokey off and literally 15min later her checkup was complete. Fees were very low also. Highly recommend Golden ????

Excellent Vet, Owner, staff and services. Very open and transparent and involved in every aspect of my animals health and wellness. I moved 40 miles away but not change my vet, they are the best

The staff at Golden Paws is truly amazing. I had to put my 15 year old dog down yesterday and they were able to get me in right away to help him transition. They were so caring and supportive, couldn’t have asked for better people around us! Thank you for all you do!

My cat needed some teeth extracted, and they did a great job. I was paranoid about leaving her there, but they let me know how everything was going every time I called to ask. She has healed up perfectly and both of us couldn't be happier.

Great experience! Dr. Sam was great with our Australian Shepherd. He was honest and gave us his assessment without adding pressure to do everything at once. Our dog with be going to Golden Paws going forward without a doubt.

We bring our two feline family members here and have been really satisfied with their services. They dealt with the COVID situation diligently, safely and professionally and we always feel like they truly care about our critters. Appointments are always on time and vets and vet techs are very patient with questions and respectful of our time and concerns.

Dr. Sam and co have saved the life of my pup Korra, and helped her stay healthy. I could not recommend them enough, and I currently live in Lone Tree and Happily drive 45 minutes for her appointments!

I wanted to try out a new vet in Golden, but I feel like I definitely made a mistake trying out this one. The only positive thing I have to say is that they successfully healed my dog's ear infection, which I don't consider to be particularly impressive. That being said, I paid $300 in bills just for that ear infection and only $120 of that was for the actual drug/medicine. I have had ear infections treated by other vets and never spent this kind of money. On top of that, they probably spent a combined 10 minutes with my dog across three visits. Even worse - they are STILL not letting people inside their facility. It is May 2021. The vaccine has been widely available in Colorado for months. Everyone I know in Golden who wants to be vaccinated, is. Even the CDC isn't recommending keeping people apart in this way. The CDC is not even recommending masks anymore if you're gathering in small groups and are vaccinated. I found this to be beyond unprofessional and it really shows that quality care is not a top priority here. Many people want to be inside with their dog during treatment for various reasons, not have their dog dragged away from them by a stranger while they wait outside in the car. You are decreasing your quality of service because of your unreasonable fear of a virus with a 99.97% survival rate that you are likely vaccinated against. My pup and I will not be returning.

I have had pets my whole life, and never experienced such a wonderful place to take them for regular visits or emergencies. The staff members are all amazing, responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. They are very reasonable with their pricing. My Goldendoodle loves them.

Best veterinarian office I have ever been to.

Dr. Sam Lane is hands down the best veterinarian I have ever had experience with. He not only diagnosed my dog with food allergies to it’s finest with several failed attempts from others. But while in route to bring our other dog while sick we were involved in a car accident sadly and he showed up on site to bring meds and support ~ still to this day several hours away we console in him for everything ???? this is the vet you want for your animals!!!

During a recent visit with my puppy, the vet tech holding my dog disregarded the covid restrictions by answering the door for a client, and letting them pet my dog. I have no concerns about the veterinary care but this wanton disrespect for the policies that are designed to protect the pets they care for really frustrated me.

They are always great w my golden. I've been coming here since she was a pup 4 years ago. Like the staff a lot.

Our two cats have been taken care of at Golden Paws Animal Hospital for several years, mostly by Dr. Sam. They are indoor cats, so the vet's is the only place they ever go. Hence, they're always terrified when their carrying cases appear, and they scream and cry the whole (very short) way to the office. They calm down and are very well-behaved while there, and are pretty quiet on the way back home. They are always treated gently and kindly by the vets and assistants, and I am treated kindly and respectfully when I call or stop in for something. Their medical care has always been excellent.

I recently had to take my husky here for a mini emergency visit. They were able to get us in within 30 mins after we called on a Friday afternoon! They took the best care of our boy!! He wasn’t nervous around them even though we couldn’t go in due to covid. They sent us home with medicine and peace of mind. Our boy is doing great, thanks to their amazing service!
