Mountain Vet To Pet Evergreen, Colorado

I have been taking my dogs to this vet since march of 2021 and have been very happy with my experiences. We had to euthanize an elderly dog who was on his last legs and the staff was accommodating, caring and flexible and helped make an awful experience tolerable. since then we have been taking our 2 goldens here to see Dr. Olivia Baudrand and have been very happy with her advice and expertise. Obviously, veterinary medicine is more challenging with covid and in keeping with safe covid practices, the vet does curbside drop off and pick up, but Dr Baudrand has been great about taking time to come out and explain any work she has done and answer all of my questions to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this vet and Dr Baudrand specifically.

I would definitely give it zero stars if I could but I have been with Mountain pet to vet for about 4 years and now the one time I go in for help for my fur babies I get unprofessional business from staff members when I was only dropping stuff off! I have been waiting for over 10-15 minutes before I got any help! I definitely don’t recommend anyone going here when they don’t even treat their customers with respect because if they can’t give respect to the parents of the animals I doubt their treating our own fur babies with the same! Complete and utter disrespect after being a regular after 4 years. The behavior was uncalled for!

I've never met my vet here. It's been almost two years and the only people I see are the vet techs. When I asked when they would have in person appointments, they have no answer. How can they charge almost $200 for a dog check up and vaccinations, but no time with the vet? You also need to wait in the boiling hot parking lot for the hour appointment and cannot leave. Also, have called and made two appointments and the scheduler must not have entered in the appointment correctly. Disappointment abounds. I'm never returning.

Over the years Mtn. Vet to Pet have gone far and above expectations. The amount of care, understanding, and communication has always been outstanding. Nothing but praises for these guys!

I cannot write enough good things about this place!! Yesterday we came here expecting to put down our fur baby, but thanks to Dr. Camp she diagnosis our baby with a treatable ailment. Today we have our fur baby and she is on the mend!!! Thank you so much for taking care of our baby!!!

Dr Warren is phenomenal. Took such great care of our Jasmine when she got cancer and another cancer. Very caring person that knows animals well.

Incredibly friendly staff that was so compassionate when our poor husky got sick. They tried every effort to make her comfortable and really spent the time speaking with us regarding options and potential treatments.

They were able to see me as a new client quickly (same day) and were very efficient with their social distancing measures. They were clear on the phone and in-person on what to expect. It was my first time at a car-vet appt. and it wasnt bad. Being allergic to cats makes being at the vet a challenge so this method was a plus for me!

Myself and my pug Zoe love the very personal nature of Dr. Lisa Warren! She is so caring, gentle and extremely thorough!

Dr. Warren went above and beyond and helped save our cats life when he almost died from a blockage in his urethra. Lisa came in on her day off and was able to pass the blockage. He was kept there for 3 days and Lisa and her staff took amazing care of him until he was able to come home. We take our dogs here as well and she always gives them the very best care and never tries to sell us anything that we don't need. I recommend her to all of my friends and clients. I will not go anywhere else!

The Best Vet Ever. We have moved and still drive 22 hours to visit Dr Lisa Warren for our yearly check up. She treats Stella Blue like her own, I can not thank her and the staff for making sure she has the best care. Stella is always happy to see her!!!

Dr Warren is fabulous. She is great with my baby bulldog, Chowder, and is super responsive to my questions and emails...and I have a lot of them!
